Also set into play for the USA market::: >>>>>>>>>

now THAT's a well polished turd!! Go CHFR
CHFR appears to be kicking ass. Anyone in this? Up on nice volume today, I might be back to even on that turd! Not bad for this sector full of stinking crap.
I didn't have shares in CYIG. I'm usually the last to know . I do own a small position in JADA however. Mostly for its "option" value.
I'm not putting new money in JADA. At one time I was up nicely on it and holding some freebies from swing trades. Then I tried to catch the falling knife... still waiting for the bleeding to stop 3+ years later. Not LOLing ... sh*t happens when we play the volatile stocks!
DAMMMMN, that's a gainer. JADA, sure is a long shot, but it's not been pumped at all since they went quiet after a quarter that was profitable but below expectations.
JADA- still have nightmares of that one from my rookie days.
Lol, that was some fancy quartz.
The biggest gainer I've seen is CYIG. There was a pump piece over the weekend and it opened up big. I think it finished the day up 86,000%. I was ROFL watching it
Sure that's possible. You're throwing darts at this point imho. Good luck if that's your investment strategy
$1000 money flow INTO JADA is an improvement.
I've seen these thrown out babes do 100 baggers in the past, in this funky china crap sector. Might JADA do that someday...
$1k worth, lol
JADA, any idea why that one is up, all on the ask?

Myriad Interactive Media Inc. (MYRY) Signs Licensing Agreement With Artificial Life on Its Medical Application Development Source Code to Be Used in Medical Marijuana Industry
TORONTO, ON and LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Jul 1, 2014) - Myriad Interactive Media Inc. (OTCQB: MYRY) (BERLIN: XNG), a global interactive media and development company, is pleased to announce that we have closed a technology licensing agreement for a mobile medical application to be used in the Medical Marijuana industry.
"The company has signed a source code licensing agreement with Artificial Life, Inc. (OTC Pink: ALIF) (PINKSHEETS: ALIF) (STUT: AIF) for its software code repository related to its medical applications which have seen a tremendous success in the diabetes markets", said Myriad CEO Derek Ivany. "The high number of satisfied users historically using the diabetes application, the quality of the app and its code and proven methods based on proprietary artificial intelligence technology that Artifical Life has successfully deployed over the years will give Myriad a great starting point as we move the company forward with our developments in the Medical Marijuana space. Myriad is currently developing a separate mobile application catered to both the recreational and medical markets, continued Mr. Ivany."
"Our first quarter trip to Germany allowed the company the opportunity to connect with Artificial Life and identify this tremendous opportunity whereby Myriad will be building a new series of medical applications, starting with the medical cannabis sector," said Ivany. Artificial Life has seen tremendous success in the mobile app market and had great success in the mobile application sector where their apps have collectively reached over 70 million downloads. The foundation behind these mobile applications translate into a massive code repository whereby Myriad has formed a licensing agreement to utilize the code repository which also includes mobile core and development engines which complement our ongoing entry into the mobile gaming space. Myriad will save a significant amount of money on future developments and the company is extremely pleased with the opportunity to work with Artificial Life.

D-G-NG is a silent sleeper that stealthily went dark a few years ago.
prior to that they had some amazing numbers of cash and assets in their 10q filing, but possibly decided upkeeping regulatory status was too costly and not beneficial for the company in the long term.
last 10q:

they filed a 15-12g but the company seems to be going strong at least if their website is any indication

also they have been maintaining filings and regulatory necessities to maintain active status over at the NV SOS business registry

Bob Stocks told me 10 bux or bust
Do you think the stock would be trading at a forward P/E of 0.4 if we had a firm date of the uplist?
I suppose anything is possible as long as they keep dumping stock.
SIAF- What is the firm date of the uplist? TIA
The SEC has received a number of complaints already.
Yes you are right about that RD. No disagreements here. But it's also chinese. And that is a factor too as we all know.
That said I didn't say it will get halted. I said I wouldn't bet either way if the SEC has issues regarding the complaint or not. It's just impossible to say. I would certainly not rule it out.
TF, SIAF is a company with
- 300M in sales
- 500k shares traded per day
- Fully reporting
- With exceptional transparency
- An international Board
- Has been reviewed by the SEC for over a year
It's not like any of the companies you usually invest in.
Sure there are some issues. Solomon talks too much when he shouldn't and he doesn't talk when he should. He's too optimistic and gets himself in trouble all the time.
This stock halted? No, that would be stupid. But if it happens then Solomon brought it on to himself. Nothing suprises me anymore with this loser CEO.
RD, I'm not sure if you are in a position to be sarcastic about this stuff after the last few years. I just tried to tell you what I have learned from companies in this regard and how the SEC sometimes acts. That's all.
You are both right actually with what you have posted. The only question is whether the issues raised in the complaint is reason enough for the SEC to step in or not. That's the only question and you can discuss that here for hours without getting any consens obviously because nobody knows.
There have been shady things going on in the past at SIAF. We all know that. Some stuff is rather minor, some issues are bigger IMO. I know for a fact that Joe is correct about the auditor stuff from the past. Does that concern the SEC? No idea. Maybe together with other stuff and the biggest issue now the f-share thing? No idea. We will see in the future. It's as easy as that IMO.
I have seen a few SEC halts lately in SEC reporting micro caps. I have talked to company management of some of these companies and they told me they weren't even contacted before the halt. Not at all! The SEC just stepped in and put on their 10 day suspension because of some stuff that they didn't like in one of these complaints that got filed. Then the fun begins when you open on the grey sheets after 10 days.
You still have no idea what causes the SEC to halt a stock. This is not Nasdaq, you know. The company is fully reporting. There needs to be a really serious issue for the SEC to halt this stock. Not some accusions or allegations from some individual who has an axe to grind because he lost $30k trading this stock 5 years ago. And if it's from a former shareholder, then they are free to start a lawsuit against the company. The SEC doesn't interfere with this. Only when there is a serious concern for the public. Other than that, it is the SEC's job to induce confidence in the market place, not destroy it, by halting stocks at random.
Total joke.
Get a clue RD, as no one said the SEC will halt a stock based only on the filing of a complaint. Duh. I am saying I expect a halt based on the extensive information I submitted. Address my concerns with the company ? Huh ? Wake up, as this was done ages ago. Solomon called me and we discussed the situation. I've addressed that conversation in my SEC complaint. I wouldn't expect any SIAF shareholder to sell their stock because the shareholders don't have a clue and operate with Kool-Aid. If the SEC contacts the old auditor as I have suggested, it's game over ......
"The SEC doesn't "halt" stocks just because someone files a complaint. You must be joking. Anyway, they will tell you to address your concerns with the company first. Even then, the best you can expect is that SEC will ask the company some questions. But I think the 10-K is being reviewed already."
Well, it is not a secret that the financing at Sino Agro Food inc. is a total mess, after the SEC has reviewed the S-1 for over a year.
I think the failure to pay the f-share obligation is reason enough that the SEC will look very closely at this company now with the complaint.

SIAF - after working ALL weekend on my SEC "whistleblower" complaint against this company and certain individuals, the massive mountain of evidence has now finally been SUBMITTED to the SEC for review. If the SEC doesn't halt the stock and initiate an investigation within 30 days, I will truly be amazed.
Nutrastar international had better than usual volume today of 64,884shares of which 63,284shares was buyside & 1,600 sellside.
After having a 4th quarter that fell short of company guidance the 1st quarter of 2014 showed that health drinks were not meeting expectations.
However the 1st quarter may have been the end of a two quarter downtrend with the rest of 2014 showing a slow improvement in what should be a transition year.
2015 according to management will mark the start of international expansion & maybe cordyceps production will finally pass the 100 ton mark that has been a key to holding back faster growth.
NUIN has been a good stock for swingtrades & I believe we are very close to another bottom with much higher prices expected before yearend 2015.
As long as nuin continues to be fully reporting unlike most pos Chinese companies that are not.
Hopefully didn't go down with Batista's oil rig.
Heck where is Drexion??
Scissor me Fernando!!
