bkramey, CGDI chart: reannotated to show what I see as MM shorting. Low volume consolidation, looks like we have some traders from the 3rd & 4th week of December pulling 30% profits from their core position. Everything looks good here, registered holders are realy not selling just retail common. We need more volume like we had in the pre-distribution days or another registered buyer to help us.

CGDI is a commercial real estate investment company located in Taiyuan, Shanxi province. They own a majority stake in 6 shopping malls (see link for photos) and are planning the construction of 2 additional malls.
Exact equity structure: CGDI owns 80% of TRBT, TRBT owns 76% of the shopping centers.
Current Price: .44
Book Value: .82 (note, the commonly mentioned book value of 1.20+ listed on geoinvesting does not take into consideration the equity structure described above and is therefore too high)
Tangible Book Value: .66
Earnings:
4Q09 - ? / 3Q09 - .03 / 2Q09 - .03 / 1Q09 - .01

They were hit hard by the recession in 4Q08 and have been steadily recovering since then. Their most recent 10Q was positive.
If you treat the recessionary 4Q08 and 1Q09 as outliers, the trailing P/E is ~ 3.5.
It's tough to lose with this one -- half of book value and roughly 3.5 times earnings with a clear trend towards recovery. The malls look pretty nice. Great play on the growing chinese consumer.

Sorry, thought you got some. Dont feel bad though, like I said, I only got a partial anyway. With the low volume I think having a low bid set right at the open stands the best chance as several orders including some misplaced market orders may get filled in one big order.

I had a bid for $0.332 in on Friday, saw the 17k @ 0.3301 and said sweeeeettt... checked my broker and got nothing filled !! Try my luck again on Monday

CGDI CHART Looks like we have found support above the 200ma .29 and a bottom is being put in here....All Indicators starting to curl back up....and both the the ADX 5 and 14 made the cross today......now all we need is volume to confirm.....100k plus would do the trick....next is the SAR @ .41 and we are on our way.....just that simple....
picked up 10k more at .33 today.

Or you have to bide your time (for the smaller position size of an individual investor). I got some recently at 35.5 cents, trying for more at 30 cents. The buy order just stays in all the time.
