NO I have not. Problem is rest of the world hasn't either. Looks like it might technically retest lows of 9cent level though...?
Would have thought last earnings being stellar would have gotten this company to the forefront.
Have you seen this PR? Huge.
Beijing, China, Dec 2nd, 2014 --- China Fruit Corporation (OTC: CHFR) (“China Fruits” or “the Company”), a retailor, wholesaler, exporter, and producer of fresh tangerine and other fresh fruits in People’s Republic of China, recently announced that: up to Nov 30th, 2014, China fruit will achieve sales revenue of 70.27 million RMB (about 11.38 million dollars) on exporting Nanfeng tangerines, an increase of 698% compared to the same period of 2013. Chinese New Year have any bearing on this company's operations?
PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China Fruits Corporation (CHFR) ("China Fruits" or "the Company"), a distributor and producer of fresh tangerine and other fresh fruits in People's Republic of China....
>>>>>>> ""Developing e-commerce with Alibaba's platform is one of the most critical strategies for the Company, which provides a powerful access to the non-China markets. By standing on the solid soil of the great reputation earned at Alibaba.com for years, China Fruits has achieved a successful business overseas.""
Also set into play for the USA market::: >>>>>>>>>
In June of 2014, the board of directors of the Company authorized and approved to setup a new subsidiary called US-China Fruits Company Limited ("US-China Fruits") under the laws of British Virgin Islands, of which China Fruits has 99.99% ownership. The article of incorporation of US-China Fruits was filed on June 16, 2014 but the company had no activities as of September 30, 2014. The Company believes the new subsidiary will facilitate the process and increase the efficiency when they develop overseas markets.
What alibaba alliance?
I agree 100% I think its AliBaba alliance will benefit exponentially to- and look at BABA, that stock is in stratosphere already.. Used to make fun of its name too a few years ago..
I don't see it going lower in light of expanding sales and income. Jewel in the rough here since never exposed to US investors on a wide scale. Once it becomes visible, buying should increase.
Seems to be holding strong at 15cents since recent earnings announcement which was absolutely stellar to say the least.
Guess time will tell if this achieves "uplisting" to larger exchanges...
Fruits are always good for human consumption.
I know that site, but there is no news besides earning reports. Compare that to http://www.taina.cn/en/investors.html where you can find other PR's.
I agree with you, future looks very fruity. PPS is climbing bit by bit.
Try OTCMarkets.com. Also, they are utilizing that new Ali Baba global site for product sales...
Many other small corps would love to have released earnings reports like CHFR did recently... Future looks fruity.
Problem is news is only visible on their own website, not on otc-markets. I send them a mail about this, but didn't get a response.
I'm hoping they get visible to the markets as their growth is unknown presently.
I wonder when we'll see the share price react to these numbers. What are the chances CHFR hit's $5 in 36 months? What has to happen to get investors involved?
Holding for years now, and will continue to hold as it looks like CHFR is on a roll.

I think it is correct. From 10q released today:
Never seen that before. Crazy. Can it be correct? Could there be a chance to raise money with new share offerings? Any thoughts?

Look at this filing. CEO owns 99% of the shares.http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=128775
Did you see news this week? http://www.taina.cn/en/20141014.html

Revenue growth rate almost hits 1000% for China Fruits Corp in Q1
U.S.-listed fruit distributor and retailer China Fruits Corporation (OTC: CHFR) has announced a year-on-year revenue increase of 984% for the first quarter of 2014, driven by new markets and the presence of 2.5 times more franchise outlets in Beijing.
The US$8 million in sales still doesn’t put the company in the black though, but its operating loss was 98% lower at US$7,064.
CHFR was also able to deliver shareholders a net income of US$114,711 for the period, compared to a $261,746 loss during the same period last year.
“The company’s business development is line with our strategic plans. The fast growth rate of revenues is attributed to our efforts in developing overseas market and to increase of franchise stores,” chief executive officer Quanlong Chen said in a press release.
“And we launched “Taina® Miss Fruit” Beauty Contest on March 5th, 2014. We hope selected fruit beauties can deliver healthy lifestyles to customers and to increase our brand’s recognition.”
Hey adj, filling this stock at .1199 believe it or not. Not below and not at 12 cents. Wild.
Waiting to see what next earnings and such brings for these folks.
Hello adijas. Well, I will post a e-mail response back from TD Ameritrade to this so all interested here can gain some insight re: OTC stocks, not just this one:

Dear Mr. Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,
Thank you for contacting TD Ameritrade. I appreciate this opportunity to assist you. One common misconception regarding OTC equity securities is assuming they trade just like listed stocks (i.e. NYSE, NASDAQ, etc.). Dealers for OTC equity securities don't use the same trading and communication technology dealers for listed securities use. The more manual systems used by OTC equity dealers can lead to significant lag times in quotes and executions. This is especially true in the first several minutes after market open, and when a security begins trading higher than average volumes. During these times an order entered at the quote might not fill due to a queue of orders entered before that order, and/or orders entered at more aggressive prices.
Regulations do prohibit OTC security dealers from trading ahead of orders in their own book. However, this does not prevent a different dealer from trading at, or even through an order at another dealer. Therefore, at times you may see trades above and below your limit price while your order remains open. Factors leading to a trade printing through your price may include, but are not limited to, volatility, pressure on inter-dealer communications, the size and type of the transaction, and the accessibility of markets and quotation sources.
Another thing to keep in mind is that a limit order indicates the highest price you are willing to pay for a security. Your order will be executed at your designated price or better. This helps protect your order from sudden volatility, but it also means you will only buy the security if it reaches the price you're seeking. Unless you specify how the limit order should be processed ("All or None," "Do Not Reduce," or "Fill or Kill"), it may be partially filled with fewer shares bought than you requested if the price you specified is met but the full quantity isn't available at that price. To avoid partial fills you may want to consider submitting an all or none (AON) order. Choosing AON indicates that you want your order to be executed in its entirety or not at all. Please note: AON orders have the lowest priority in the market.
Now, with all of that being said, I certainly understand the frustration with paying a commission on only 1 share. As a one-time courtesy, I have submitted a request to rebook your trade without the commission. You should see this update in the next 1-2 business days.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please call us at 1-800-669-3900 or respond to this email. Thank you for allowing me to assist you.
Sincerely,
Paul Weiss

TD is right. One share was bought at 0,11. When I saw some buys at 0,13 I raised the bid to 0,12. Then I got filled. By the way, I am from the Netherlands, so I have a Dutch broker.
I think something fishy going on with some brokerages out there... and some greedy little in-house young newbie broker phuks.
Really? What brokerage you with? TD told me I received (1) share yesterday as that is all that was available??? Something weird here?
This thing sat at 11 cents for couple weeks and nothing happens...
Got some more today.
It's been sitting at 11 cents all week: bid .11 ask .15 ?????
I am still not sure about this yet except I do like seeing the SEC filings in recent times I have read...
Don't know, someone sold 23k at 0,11, I got only 5k.
YOU must be special to your brokerage. Cause I had GTC O/O for some time at 11 cents and TD Ameritrade says no shares available to buy at that price for last few days???????????
Great! I will watch this then.
I added some yesterday at 0,11. The lower it goes, the more I buy, because at some point this will rise. Net profit 0,01 per share in last quarter, so that makes 0,04 a year. And they are expanding and growing fast.
How low's it going? To 3 cents? I hate seeing such low numbers.
Following CHFR since last 10q, where they reported 0,01 earnings. This company is expanding fast. Try to load on dips.
?? Watching this for a while. See by this earnings statement they got tied to Ali Baba now:
Saw 4 US (I believe) private Investors came in with CASH and were given preferred shares not able to be exercised for 5 years from last March period too when that deal went thru...
PLUS with OBAMA-decreed sanctions to Russia, China next door to Russia will be easy supplier for fresh fruit product to them instead of US product going to Russia or even from EU countries...
Got some today. This is a buy and hold. This is why it rallied 09-16. http://www.taina.cn/en/20140916.html
not sure but I like the prospects of growth
Where to? $1.50? $3.00? $5.00?
How long?
What do you think?
I'll hold a bit longer to see how this plays out. Maybe they're on the path to "being real"!

On September 15, 2014, the Registrant completed the relocation of its corporate headquarters to the new address at Bldg. 3 Sec. 7, 188 Nan Si Huan Xi Rd., Fengtai Dist. Beijing, P. R. China. The Registrant entered into a three-year operating lease for office space consisting of approximately 17,700 square feet for daily operations, which ends on August 17, 2017. The relocation increases the operating square footage by approximately 9,000. The Registrant believes the new headquarters are adequate not only for its current operations, but also for future growth.
The Registrant currently has 49,951,223 issued and outstanding shares of common stock that trade on the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board under the symbol "CHFR".
No. That's my thoughts.
Was that in 8K?
CHFR appears to qualify for a NASDAQ uplisting. Their stock would bring in multitude of market analysts and new shareholders.
I'm watching and this is one of the few of the many china crap plays I was swing trading a few years ago that's profitable at the moment, from the days when I was trying to acquire small freebie positions via swing trades in 100 or more of these companies.
C'mon.....no one seeing this???? .59 trades.
.20!! From .02 in March!!! What? Imagine when volume hits. Where to CHFR? We heading to $1?
March - $.02 - Sept. - $.14 - Crazy.
I guess this is why:
