I'm used to e-mail spam. Glossy mailing is quite the step up.

CEII is a leader in the management and operation of kindergarten through 12 grade private schools, vocational schools, and educational organizations in China. The Company offers features and benefits for its participating schools, their management, its teaching staff, and their students.
The academic schools provide China's unified national core curriculums, including Chinese, English, mathematics, physics, history, biology, and related primary courses, as well as various enrichment courses. Each managed school has its own specific and focused missions and goals, and each has an experienced Chinese principal and experienced senior educators.
The Company currently manages the operation of schools and educational organizations in China, which provided educational services to a projected student population during 2012 of more than 15,000 students, projected to rise as enrollment into the schools and programs increase. Further, the Company has been in discussions with various parties to bring additional schools and organizations under its management and leadership during the next 12 months.

And then the dump...
Looks like somebody has taken a dormant shell, Creative Enterprises International, Inc, and changed the name to China Education International. The symbol remains CEII.
Looks fishy. Yesterday I received a glossy eleven page advertisement for this stock, mailed out by some guy named Mike Casson. It has screaming headlines like "CEII Looks To Be an Absolute No Brainer" and "Are You Ready to Hit a Triple This Summer?" and "But You Need to Move on It Now".
The pump is on.....
Moving up!
CEII has been making this nice move this week and no posts?
Very solid week, stair step on up.
GOOD NEWS on CEII
I belive I've found a great technical indicator for this stock.
If you look at the charts for the last 3 years you will see that anytime the POS moves higher than the 50 MA AND then passes above the 200MA it follows with a quick rally. It's rare but about to happen soon. Look at the charts for yourself. Keep in mind, the MA's have to be moving up in order for this to happen. If you look back it's a perfect precursor to each successful rally. It's only happened 3 times in the last 3 years and I think we are set up for the next one.
I think .25 is it's breakout point and may shoot up really soon.
Any thoughts???
Hey Hit,
I'll look into them. I need to add some more info about CEII.
I did a 3 year study on the charts and found that when the 50day is headed north and the price crosses the 50 and 200day there is a continued rally.
Right now I think it has bottomed and will start it's next rally soon. They have new managment and are about to change the name.
I am doing my best to find all I can. I posted a new board to see if others can help with the DD.
