Well I hope you didn't lie about getting that shareholder letter, seeing as you are the only shareholder who purportedly received one and seemingly refuse to upload it for others to see.
Please don't forget to upload the letter.
Thank you. Have a great time.
I don't know Rocky, yes I can when I get back from the Ces show in Vegas. Ill do it next week.
Can you scan and upload that letter? I didn't get one. Why is nothing happening here?
We must be down to days I hope, something must be announced soon. Happy New Year.
I received a letter in the mail. I hope its true, thats all I can go on. Megers, Acquisitions and a 3-1 rollback for good reasons.
Ummm .. nothing happening here ..lol!
I dont have a link, I was sent an actual letter, I am a shareholder. I assume you'll get one also if you are a shareholder.
Can you post a link to the letter? I'm not able to find it.
Thanks!
Well something is actually happening here, just got the shareholder letter today. We will get a reverse split of 3-1 (not bad at all) and there are some significant acquisitions lined up. The reverse should bring us down to 15 Million Issued and Outstanding I believe, add another 20 for all the new officers and directors (which should be restricted) and we have a relatively tight float, could and should reverse out to .025-.03 and then I gotta believe a few good prs, a couple of million shares of buying and this is at .25-.50 a share! It can happen, seen it before. Hoping for it here.

Come on stock gods, show us something, please.
Oh come on, I see the ask lifted into the cent range again. I hoop something is coming.
I too am hoping for something soon, a bone of some sort? Maybe? Please?
Too quiet here, it would be a great time to inform people that this is alive!
Maybe within the next few weeks we will see a direction here.
Been dormant for a long time.
Sorry, but I just do not have the time or technical skills to help.
I must admit, that makes more sense than Tom leaving right before the money came in.
A simple Google search brings up a Cheyenne Resources Inc in KY working in the coal busisness.
My apologies for getting excited when I saw the news story in my Etrade account under news for CYRS.
Indy, I need help, I just signed on as moderator, you wish to assist me and handle the Ibox?
It would be 7-8c in asset value, not EPS. What's interesting is I don't see the loan mentioned on the last financial put out in 2009, it should have been listed under assets. With no management it could be a while here.IMO
That's what it looks like to me. Who knows for sure. We need a some information from the company.
The last thing I heard from IR was they were working on financing. Why would Tom leave just before a windfall of $4.1 million?
I have not been able to contact IR with the information in the Ibox. Anyone have new contact info?
Indy, what have you found? This could be huge, does this mean that CYRS has a .07-.08 eps now? with only 50 Million issued and out, maybe 30 mill in the float
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
This should be even better! Who is running the show now?

Maybe this is good, can we get a reverse merger in this pig? That might be nice.
On February 1, 2011, Thomas J. Cunningham, the Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of Cheyenne Resources Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) submitted a letter to the Company, which stated his resignation as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective February 1, 2011

Cheyenne Resources Updates Developments on Joint Venture With Oxalis
BAKERSFIELD, Calif., Feb. 2, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cheyenne Resources Corp. (Pink Sheets:CYRS), an emerging company focusing on major low risk exploration and production reclamation projects in the oil and gas sector, today provided the latest update on its joint venture with Oxalis Energy Group, Inc.
The company reported that, in phase one of their joint venture, it and Oxalis will focus on reworking 21 wells.
“What is very encouraging to us is that each of the 21 wells in this first phase are estimated to represent 200,000 mcf (mcf = 1,000 cubic feet) of natural gas reserves,” said Cheyenne Resources President Thomas J. Cunningham.
“Moreover,” he noted, “based on the high condensate associated the natural gas within this property, we will receive a 20% premium for the price of the natural gas production.”
“Six of the wells are in various stages of being reworked. These should begin producing within the next month, and announcements about their coming on line will be made. Following this, four wells per month will be reworked until the 21 total are completed.”

Where's the news of these gas wells coming on line Tom Cunningham? The news should have been out end of Feb. 2010.
Also on Dec. 16th 2009 you (Tom Cunningham) stated you would not be interested in OTC Uplisting such as OTCBB or better OTCQX but instead you were going to list on the AMEX. You can't even file a single 10q on time. There's nothing in the 10q's you filed.
CYRS can't even maintain a website on GoDaddy.com
Not to mention the corporate address is some home in Bakersfield, Ca.
Averaging down is lowering your cost per share, not lowering the value of the stock you already have? Tri-valley corp sure has been tanking, hope CYRS is their next play. Hope we get lucky GL
Thanks Rocky, but something happened cause they had all kinds of money. Proffits rolling in.This might be a good time to average down. Not sure how that works, if I average down and double what I have now will that lower the value of the stock I already have?
I've heard nothing but good things about Cunningham, think he will sucseed.
I think Intellihome wasn't profitable and needed financing, couldn't support their operations anymore so sold their assets. New president Thomas J. Cunningham who played an important role in moving Tri Valley Corporation from OTC BB to the AMEX said he'd do the same with CYRS. The plan is re-activating existing oil and gas properties but still trying to obtain funding.
1 1/2 years ago this was a thriving company, had land purchases, oil recovery information and to start drilling opperations plenty of money from opperating wells.
What happened? Did a crew get blown up and everybody died?
Or did the owner retire and suck everything out of the company?
