Sean...yes, it's been one letdown after the other...with this and all other microcaps. They could never get funding, while the banks and hedge funds were busy chasing toxic mtg. backed securities...american public companies were going begging, having to give their techologies away
because no money was ever available to them...at least only toxic funding could be obtained.
Now, the security portal part of it,
Isotec has been sold and is no longer part of the company. Tthat really upset me, because that's the reason I stayed with it so long...
it's needed today, more than ever!
Wall St. doesn't give a hoot, nor does the SEC as to how our small public companies have to go begging and are naked shorted until they can
no longer exist. The company claims they are working on a one of a kind
sensor that will be very useful to
our military and medicine, etc.
There are tons of sensor stocks out there....so I'm not pleaased about this turn of events. Who knows what will happen to WOAM...the new symbol...only time will tell.
all the best to you in 09
Babe
I see where they did another R/S. Maybe that is why there is no one here, they have been R/S out of their shares. Take care. Hope you have a great holiday and a Happy New Year.
Seán
Very strange, indeed. Just posted on that older wdam site here and it ended up back here. It showed zero posts...
odd, to say the least.
So, forget the'where did everyone go?' question...It answered itself.
Babe
Hey...where did everyone go? WDAM is just beginning to get going...and we need to discuss the happenings here.
I expect things to pick up in the
portal area as time passes and of course, the news re: airforce award for senzit...was very good.
But isotec is sittin' on ready & rockin' on Go...and the huge need for
security portals at banks, gov. inst., private business is only going to increase...we have what they need at less cost...and in today's financially
troubled situation, what could be better? No bashers respond please.
Their day has come and gone!
Babe
Thanks for the info! I concur with your thoughts!
This could be a HUUUUGE development for the Security Business
About Senz-It Technology
The Senz-It(TM) product line is based on research at a major university that has resulted in a technology platform of several issued patents. The approach uses molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs). Each sensor element is able to detect molecular structures by only accepting the "fit" of the particular molecule it is designed to detect. This method allows the sensor(s) to be considerably more selective and reduces demands on downstream signal processing and analysis. Sensor elements are small enough to be adapted to many applications.
Senz-It(TM) products will enable an entirely new approach to process monitoring, sensing, homeland security and environmental scanning applications. The technologies involved are an example of the rapidly developing field of "electronic noses" in which combinations of individual sensors and sensor elements, joined to sophisticated computer analyses, can identify patterns of molecules present in air or liquid environments. These "smart" technologies can "learn" and become more accurate in their operating environment.
In contrast to existing e-nose technology, which is generally based on gas chromatography or mass spectrometer approaches, Senz-It(TM) utilizes molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs). When a target molecule is encountered, this produces a measurable change that can be used to indicate the presence and level of the compound, with sensitivity in the parts per billion (ppb) range. This innovation is intended to put highly discriminating sensors within the reach of home, office and business applications, and changes the scope and nature of markets that might be reached. Currently available "e-nose" applications have been priced beyond the budget of many potential users before Senz-It(TM) technology was developed.

Does anyone see this as trying to form a Cup&Handle or is the base too flat for that formation? Seems to have nice support at .0045.
Forming a nice base here. Hopefully soon it will "pop" and not "drop off" the cliff. The longer it goes, the more nervous I get.
World Am Communications, Inc. Schedules New Product Roll Out
23 June 2004, 09:01am ET
WESTMINSTER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 2004--World Am Communications, Inc. (OTCBB:WLDI) ( www.world-am.com ), whose wholly owned subsidiary, Isotec, Inc. ( www.isotecinc.com ), conceives, develops and markets state-of-the-art security systems, announced today that it has developed three new anti-tailgating portals: ATG-100, ATG-200 and ATG-300. The first two have already proved effective in tests conducted to date, and they have been approved for full production; it is anticipated they will be ready for shipping by September 15, 2004, with orders to be accepted after July 15, 2004.
Each of the models will share some common features: Video Motion Detection; Ganz Board Camera; Vari-Focal Lens; Visible Light Filtration; an upgradeable Infrared light source and Vandal/tamper-resistant housing. Each unit is designed to operate in: little or no ambient light settings; little or no incandescent light; a relatively non-reflective target area; a space allowing mounting from 8' to 15' above the floor; locations outside an inward swinging door; and situations where it is to be tuned or calibrated for the specific application site.
The ATG-100 is intended to be used in conjunction with an existing Access Control System (ACS). The ATG-100 can help to detect unauthorized "piggy-back" entry to controlled areas. This means that when only one person is authorized to enter per valid entry sequence the ATG-100 is designed to detect a tailgating event and may also alert an attendant or cause some other output to occur such as logging or photo/video surveillance of the event to be initiated. The ATG-100 has a simple logic circuit that can handle defined outputs and can be used in a fair variety of access-controlled situations. ATG-100 will also offer several accessories to aid in its successful application such as: a footprint mat to position the person trying to gain access; high contrast boundary tape to define the target area, status lights to aid users with cues to operation and to decrease false alarms along with infrared directional sensors to avoid alarms resulting from personnel leaving a secure area.
Mentioned Last Change
WLDI 0.0048 (Unchanged)
The ATG-200 is a "smarter" version of the ATG-100, intended for use where complete integrated logic for Access Control (i.e. interlock activation), directional sensing, occupancy sensing and anti-tailgating functions are desired to be controlled by a single unit. The ATG-200 may also utilize the same accessories as the ATG-100 and features customizable software that can be modified to meet customer needs.
The ATG-300 is still in development but is expected to be available for sale before the end of the year. We will report more on this new product as it is finalized and tested.
James Alexander, World Am CEO, said, "The introduction of this new product may represent the first "commodity" type product Isotec has introduced. Both the ATG-100 and 200 models are designed for use with existing or new Access Control Systems and could be used in some freestanding applications. We believe having units that can be sold by system integrators and used effectively in government and commercial applications is important to Isotec being able to obtain stable and more predictable revenue growth. Isotec has also planned some on-site testing with existing customers to evaluate their future needs and to obtain input on the existing and possible upgrade features that may be desirable for these new products. Isotec plans to file the final patent work for each of the innovations as soon as practical."

Yes, yesterday was a good day indeed.
In fact, I had several of my stock take a jump yesterday.
iHub is a good site because if one uses the free part they are only allowed 18 posts a day and as you and I know, the bashers on RB post a lot more than that each day. Yesterday someone jumped on me for just posting a 3 month chart of WLDI. LOL I followed that up with a two year chart which looks even better than the three month one.
Well, today and the rest of this week should be interesting with WLDI.

Pretty good day, right? Glad I added more at the recent lows...hoped I had not been too early...but worked out perfectly. Wonder how many WLDI holders are actually here, reading and not posting?

Hi Babe, no telling how the market will react to what is happening in the Middle East. More to the point, my focus is on how WLDI reacts to those events.
The markets surviored the crash of 1929, Pearl Harbor, the crash of 1987, and September 11 and each time rebounded and moved higher than before. How long do I hold? I have no ideal, but I am not a momo player. I bought WLDI because I liked how the chart was looking and only time will tell were it goes from here.
May you have a great day and a great week,
Seán
Hi...Investolator...glad you are doing well in WLDI.
It could go down again...who knows? But I do hope it hangs around this price for a bit and then on news(whenever it comes), move on back up where it belongs. This is not sub-penny potential...it is far more valuable than that. Of course, many don't buy now for future growth..only for the moment.
I plan to hold it for quite a while, because this is the kind of stock that can shock, if you sell too soon...on some small run-up. I am not looking for ten cents on this one...much more, in the future.
If the market doesn't crash over the situation in middle east, taking place tonight, that is.
take care. Babe
Anyone visited the website recently? Check it out.

When did they update it to this elaborate presentation?
hi BBBabe,
Yes, iHub is much better that RB any day. I will be notice and tell that I knew nothing about WLDI until just over one week ago. It was mentioned on another iHub board one day so I took a look at its chart that night and bought it the next morning. Since then I have made a profit with WLDI and still hold shares. IMO according to what I have learned about charts WLDI will go higher in the near term, how much? I have no ideal. IMO I look for it to go over .01 and maybe higher. People buying at .006 believe it will go up while others sell at .006 believing that it can go no higher. That's what makes the market work. Only time will tell who was right. Have a great weekend.
BBABE-RB seems to be down and WLDI is up!EM
I have high hopes for the future of this company..
and it should not have been priced this low in the first place. Too much potential and connections to be a sub penny stock. Anyone having trouble getting into RB? Something's wrong...it seems to be down..
not a good day for that. Wish more would post over here...but few do, for now. Maybe it will pick up here soon. If you read all the news of late on WLDI...including back over the past 12 months, it's easy to see the possibilities here. I am a convinced shareholder...GLTA.. Babe
Goes back down IMO.
This is my 2008 Olympics play.
WLDI is having a great day today, up to .005 at present and has been as high as .0055 earlier.
Anyone think that this could be the beginning of a nice rise that will take it over .01 near term?
GLTA
Smartbiz...just look up...LOL..there's a lot of info. at the beginning of this page....
take care.
Babe
Show is over now...we should be hearing something soon, hopefully, as to the outcome. I'm waiting with the rest of you for an update! Babe
WLDI will soon be desplaying their security products this month [October] at the security technology trade show in China!
BBBabe,
I have over 6k$ invested in this stock. I have a bid for all my high shares between .007-.008. I would average down but im tired of feeling like s*&@# for having all my $$ in one stock. I think that this is prob. the last micro-cap co. that I hold long (at least with so much $$). I am prob. going to start daytrading. I see so much more opportunity here. Jumping in and out of stocks daily. Making small percent gains per day that adds up to HUGE gains in the long run. If I can average 3-4% a day thats 100% gain a month. With only a 1k$ investment I would make over 1 million $$$ if I was to keep that average. I am looking to buy some software and subsribe to some investment tipster co.'s. It just feels right to me. I would feel like I was in control of my money, and if I lose it would be a quik loss and a small one. Unlike holding LONG, where theres so many muther fuc*^rs and their lies/opinions. If there is a quick runnup where I an sell the majority of my shares I will be able to sit on my investment peacefully. If my orders get filled I will buy if it goes lower and then sell when I think its at its highs. Either way I am always going to hold 250k shares. So if WLDI flys to the moon I will prob still make at least 100k$-250k$ What really bothers my about wldi is that I cannot find any info what so ever. Is there a way that you can help me get ahold of someone in the co. to talk to. Well I gotta go. Talk to you later! Good Luck!
OT:where are you from
smartbiz
Smartbiz ~ Until they get funding, it will be hard for the price to rise, because they have to use shares, as I mentioned before to you, to make up for low or no salaries. It seems as if they are doing ok on the contract front...getting to be better known, etc., and the orders we have seen. It takes a lot of time with these penny stocks, and a lot of patience! I suggested you sell half the first time you asked my opinion. I think you have too much in one stock. But then, the moment you do, if you have my luck...some big contract news might come out and you would be very upset. I know I would...
They seem to be very hopeful...and that's about all I can conclude at this time.
It all boils down to money...and someone, surely, will have enough courage and brains to back them in this regard. Plenty of stocks with a lot less potential than WLDI have obtained funding...
you just have to have an in with the W.Street crowd, etc...or someone in your or another state who has a lot of $$$ to lend.
I can't possibly tell you what you should do.
The moment I follow someone's suggestion about a stock...I regret it. Think about it, pray about it, and I think you will find the answer you are looking for. If you meant that you have 6 thousand dollars in the stock...that is a lot. if you meant 6K shares, that is very modest...and not excessive at all. I have a ton of it...but my feelings are not to sell mine, but to relax and wait.
Yours may differ...go by your own instincts. They say that investors who do, do best in the market..and that was from a scientific study of many investors in the late eighties....if I recall.
This is just a tough time...the lenders only lend, as a rule to the haves, not the have not businesses....capitalism seems to be more for the rich, not the struggling business or masses...
these days. It did not use to be this way...
but unfortunately, greed is king now!
Let us know what you decide...but do it on your own....and the company can only tell you that they are hopeful and that as soon as there is some news about funding or contracts, it will be published.
The sec has made it more difficult for them to
go further with investors one on one...there are the lawsuit happy idiots out there, just lookin' for them to make a misstep...any stock, not just WLDI.
sorry I cannot be of more help.
Good luck.
Babe
TO BBBABE-
I am starting to get worried about my investment. Even with all the great news that has come out. FFF's opinion seems very possible to be true becuase of the info he had backing it. The web site has not changed 1 bit! Same info same pictures. I hate being in the dark like this! I may pull out from losing my money but I may miss out on 1 Million $$$ AHH. You said something about talking to someone in world-am. I would love to. I tried to write an email to the worldamir@netzero.net but I got no reply. If you have any info that I may not have can you please share. I REALLY dont want to miss out but I'm starting to doubt if this co. was what I thought it was.
Thanks in advance

Imorovam- I am also coming from the same board that BBBabe is coming from. Funny isnt it. This S8 has really f*(cked my position. I have an average of .005. I bought at .024 and then bought up during the runup but was to stupid to ever sell. I thought this stock was going to hit big. I still hold my shares but am thinking of unloading along with everyone else becuase of this S8. IS THERE ANY HOPE?

Princss...I like WLDI very much. And feel it is very cheap at this price, with all the potential there for the future. I believe Management to be
very honest and upfront, and people who are very serious about making this company succeed.

A U.S. Government Agency has ordered multiple Isotec custom access control portals to help secure its facilities. The access control portals ordered are intended to significantly reduce the possibility that unauthorized personnel will enter protected areas within the facilities. The amount of quotations and requests for proposals indicate that some government entities are now making significant investments in security systems," said Mitchell Vince, Isotec CEO.
