That's OK, we'll see what the SEC finds out. Hopefully, they will be monitoring this company for awhile and see what I have seen in past couple months.
I think I need to find a different broker who is not going to screw it's customers.
They can't even ensure that information is stated correctly on their Website on the price of securities. I continually see this every day.
Correction...would not spend a dime on this.
Schwab seems to be manipulating it's own customers. I would spend a dime on this.
Charles Schwab reports 75% increase in new brokerage accounts in January 2021 from December 2020. If no one saw this coming, you haven't been paying attention to the market.
Buying 1000 shares of this tomorrow on market open. If nobody can see what's going on in the OTC Market, you have not been doing good DD. There is a huge influx of new OTC Investors paying 6.95 per trade on OTC Junk stocks. Just look at the OTC Market. Huge buys in garbage stocks. SCHW can see a 50%+ gain in less than one year. I'm in ::Thumbs Up::
I let 5% of my position go with a GTC Limit order of $51.22 today.

Schwab is up nicely (1.82%) in early trading this AM.
Current price $41.86 and still about 5% under my first trimming price.

SCHW is currently showing about 10 days to cover short sells (Short Ratio).

The merger took place today. Shares of my AMTD were exchanged for SCHW.
Best wishes,

Hi B,
I own AMTD and have for a long time. Looking forward to the merger. SCHW was the alternative at the time I chose Ameritrade and now I'll have both. I've had accounts at Schwab for more than a decade and like their site/platform. Also like AMTD's interface.
Before and after the merger I'll continue to trade around the core position.
Best wishes,
OAG Tom
Charles Schwab can be bought cheaply right now, and there’s good reason to do so. People are lining up to enter the stock market., and their merger with TD Ameritrade makes it one of the largest financial institutions in America.

SCHW took it over now it blows.
AMTD is bad to use....they don't honor 1st in first out , usually do not fill a complete order and leave you hanging on a partial position, even though 10 times more volume hits at that price....bogus Firm
It's nice to hear that SCHW and AMTD merger/acquisition looks to be moving forward. I hold AMTD and won't mind the swap out for SCHW shares. Brokerages have offered excellent "trade around the core" type activity for me since the mid '90s. AMTD was my latest attempt, added to my portfolio in November, 2015.
Opportunistic trading has built portfolio value while the price ranged up and down since 2015.
Best wishes,
OAG Tom

Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas.
Here's to a 2020 with Health, Wealth and Happiness.
God Bless America.
Cheers!
I believe it’s a good move for all.

In 2015 I made a choice to buy AMTD instead of SCHW. At the time AMTD had a slightly better 3-5 year appreciation potential and a similar BETA. Well, I guess I get to have SCHW shares now instead. That's fine with me.
I've usually looked for brokerage stocks with heavy dependence upon retail trading as investments. These have usually had higher BETAs than the larger firms with huge investment banking business. The higher BETA has allowed me to trade some shares around a core position. That will be my continuing effort now that it will be a SCHW position.

Know This Trade Level For Charles Schwab Corp $SCHW
Leading financial firm, Charles Schwab Corp (NYSE:SCHW), has been steadily moving lower since May 21, 2018. At the time, the stock traded as high as $60.22 a share. Today, the stock is trading lower by 0.24 to $51.08 a share. The current chart pattern is not indicating much strength. Yesterday, the stock closed below the important 200-day moving average which is viewed as a sign of weakness. Traders and investors must now look lower for major chart support. There still looks to be a lot of support for SCHW stock around the $47.50 area. This is where the stock broke out in late November 2017. Often, when a stock trades back down into a prior breakout area it will be defended by the institutional crowd. That should be the case this time around as well for SCHW shares.
