All time high.6362
And going even higher!!!
.62 now
And still way undervalued
Dollars coming next year!!!!
Cypress closing in on all time highs!!!
Great company and stock for sure!!
Cypress is the main player in the valley no doubt. If they acquire ENRT, they'll own and control the lions share. Both stellar management but I'd give the better capacity and corporate management to cypress here. ENRT would provide the lithium value but possibly the potential patent for optional acid extraction. They've been at this for a long time and at or near the finish line.
Good luck and hopefully will see a merger!

Nice. And so too's Cypress (here today)
Enertopia's grown into one of my top picks (and NOT just because of their rather cool name or fancy graphics website) but rather because of their stock chart (as outlined)
Anyways. whatever - Me I'll never own 'em - Since I don't not have yet a US account
Check out the press releases since 19. The otc isn't updating.

hmmmmm.....I realize it was 1 yr old but it seemed pretty accurate to me in that :
A) They HAVE de-listed from trading in Canada..........Darn because I like their chart
and
B) As you were saying (and/or hoping for) they're continuing to seek alliances
But whatever
"The company is continuing to explore strategic alternatives which may include without limitation the sale of the company or merger or other business combinations such as joint ventures or other strategic alliances," it added in Monday's statement.
That's an article from 2019 that was obviously wrong. But whatever...
Good information though, thanks.
Aww this sounds a bit better I guess perhaps....and high purity IS what is highly sought-after so, they're just going after "that".

Hey indeed, Enertopia looks great but dang...Good eye, what else y'got ? Any Cdn-listed ?
https://ca.proactiveinvestors.com/companies/news/909856/enertopia-corp-shares-set-to-delist-from-the-canadian-securities-exchange-still-mulling-options-909856.html
get ready to rumble...this little LITH play is heating up
Need to add ENRT as well. Their claim is next to Cypress. Furthermore they've been working on ideal mixture combinations for establishing a patent. Cypress realizes the value of the acid approach, which imo puts these 2 in a possible synergy or merger. Either way the Clayton valley is a huge swath of wealth!
Cypress and spearmint SPMTF share the deposit. Lithium in Nevada is going to take off. This is the place to be. Both go way higher.
Nice surprise. Busy day doing this and that, no work until next year.

Why I've been totally all over this here pennant breakout.....
but now I don't know what to do.....
I sure wish I had noticed your Wednesday post here....for, it

Cypress Development Completes First Step in Chloride
Leaching Study for Clayton Valley Lithium Project in
Nevada
GlobeNewswire
8:00 AM ET
Cypress Development Corp. (TSX-V: CYP) (OTCQB: CYDVF)
(Frankfurt: C1Z1) ("Cypress" or "the Company") is pleased to
report the first stage in the scoping level study into the
extraction of lithium using chloride-based leaching is
completed. This work consisted of preparation and acid
leaching of a large sample from the Company's Clayton Valley
Lithium Project and was accomplished at Continental
Metallurgical Services Inc. (CMS) in Butte, Montana. Samples
of the leach solution and the initial and final solids were
shipped for assay. The remaining steps of testing will focus
on the treatment of the leach solutions and are expected to
be completed by month end.
ENRT has been dedicated to developing the right percentages of mixtures and subsequent patent for optimum yields. Furthermore there market cap is substantially below cypress. I can see a collaboration agreement with between the two for mining and extraction patent usage fwiw. Currently not invested here only because the return ratio is greater on ENRT at the present time.
NEWS RELEASE Cypress Development

Cypress Development Studies Chloride Leaching for Clayton Valley Lithium Project in Nevada
Vancouver, BC - Cypress Development Corp. (TSX-V: CYP) (OTCQB: CYDVF) (Frankfurt: C1Z1) (“Cypress” or “the Company”) reports it is initiating a scoping level study into the extraction of lithium using chloride-based leaching. This decision follows the test results reported in the Company’s November 24, 2020 news release. The data indicates a higher rate of lithium extraction in leaching claystone with hydrochloric acid than with sulfuric acid when in the presence of high chloride levels. The Company has engaged NORAM Engineering and Constructors Ltd. (NORAM) and Continental Metallurgical Services Inc. (CMS) for the study which is expected to be completed in January 2021.
“The purpose of this study is to quickly determine if a change in direction is warranted,” said Cypress CEO Bill Willoughby. “Cypress is a leader in the development of acid leaching of lithium claystone. When presented with new information suggesting a way to improve the project, we respond with evaluating the new data to bring the best value to our shareholders. The work by NORAM and CMS will determine if this is an alternative that should be pursued and whether it replaces or augments the use of sulfuric acid in our extraction process.”
Study Outlined
Cypress continues to work on the pilot plant as recommended in the Company’s positive May 19, 2020 Prefeasibility Study (PFS). The project is based on a surface mine producing 15,000 tonnes per day (tpd) of lithium-bearing claystone to a leach plant yielding 27,400 tonnes per year of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE) over a 40- year mine life. Features including favorable location, low strip ratio and low acid consumption result in an estimated cash cost of $3,329 per tonne LCE. A basic PFS assumption is the construction of a 2,500 tpd acid plant to support the leaching and power needs of the project.
The Company reported in its November 24, 2020 news release testing resulted in 85.3% total extraction when using hydrochloric acid to leach lithium-bearing claystone from the project. This result was higher than the 80.2% lithium extraction obtained
2
when using sulfuric acid under the same conditions. Conditions included using a high sodium chloride solution instead of distilled water in leaching. The results were important in demonstrating the ability to tolerate high chloride levels in the process and flexibility in the water supply that could include geothermal solutions and lithium- bearing brine. The higher level of lithium extraction was confirmed in a subsequent test by CMS and with multi-element analyses performed by ALS Global.
In the analyses to date, hydrochloric acid digests significantly more of the clay. However, the processing steps to purify and concentrate the leach solution are potentially easier and lower cost. The scoping study will include a larger test to provide more solution to confirm these steps. The study deliverables will include mass balances and finalized flowsheets for sulfate and chloride leaching in a high saline system. Also, included will be scoping level estimates for power and other consumables, and potential changes in project capital and operating costs.
Pilot Plant Progress
Work toward the pilot plant program is the next stage in the project’s development. The Company has reviewed several locations for the testing and has narrowed its consideration to two. Discussions are ongoing. Permit applications are being prepared as required for the site and bulk sample locations.
The Company reports nine months of baseline environmental related studies were completed and are in the reporting stage on Cypress’ property. No major environmental issues were encountered by the Company’s consultants.
Newly received test results from NORAM confirmed a high level of recovery of sulfuric acid from the process leach solution. Results from this key step showed greater than 90% of the free sulfuric acid in the solution after leaching, was successfully recovered and available for recycling. The ability to recover and recycle sulfuric acid in the process is a critical step. The PFS has an allowance for minor losses of sulfuric acid. The results from NORAM are within the PFS allowance and provide the information needed for the acid recovery portion of the pilot plant.
The results of the scoping study may require the revaluation of the recommendation in the PFS to include the use of hydrochloric acid in place of, or in addition to sulfuric acid in the pilot plant. The Company anticipates the purchasing and assembling of the pilot plant will proceed upon completion of the scoping study and its outcome. The Company anticipates completing the pilot plant as planned.

News out this morning -Cypress Reports Further Positive Metallurgical Results from Clayton Valley Lithium Project in Nevada
Vancouver, BC - Cypress Development Corp. (TSX-V: CYP ) (OTCQB: CYDVF) (Frankfurt: C1Z1) ("Cypress" or "the Company") reports the completion of additional metallurgical testing following the positive Prefeasibility Study (PFS) published on the Company's 100%-owned Clayton Valley Lithium Project in Nevada, USA. The testing was conducted at Continental Metallurgical Services in Montana and NORAM Engineering in British Columbia, in preparation for the Company's pilot plant program as outlined in the PFS.
Highlights
Testing resulted in 80.2% extraction of lithium when a sodium chloride solution was used instead of distilled water in leaching claystone under Cypress' sulfuric acid leach process.
Lithium in the resulting leach solution was successfully concentrated at levels comparable to the PFS with limited interference by chlorides and other minerals present.
The ability to tolerate high chloride levels in the process is significant because it allows the consideration of a wider range of resources for water supply including geothermal solutions and lithium-bearing brine.
An alternate approach was tested using hydrochloric acid instead of sulfuric acid in leaching the claystone. A lithium extraction of 85.3% was obtained, suggesting hydrochloric acid may be a more effective reagent if high chloride levels are present in the water used in leaching.
"The test results are significant and demonstrate the Cypress process will work with high saline water sources" said Cypress CEO Bill Willoughby.
"The observation that leaching clay is more efficient when using hydrochloric acid with a saline brine is intriguing as it suggests a way to eliminate sulfuric acid from the process. This would benefit the project by eliminating the purchasing and transportation of sulfur which are limiting constraints on increasing the scale of production. Further work, however, is needed." The Company is conducting additional tests and analyses to determine if there is an alternate process that could be tested in parallel with the pilot plant program.
"We continue working toward the next stage of development with the pilot plant program." said Bill Willoughby. "Our objective remains to initiate the program and work to advance the project to a full feasibility study. We have now shown we have a lithium deposit and an extraction process which are compatible with high saline water sources."

Spmtf had hugh volume on the Canadian exchange last 2 days.
Great Day Cypress!
Closed at .47+ up.037
Much bigger days still ahead
Up 4 cents on low volume
Always a good thing!
Cypress up .06 , 13% premarket
Something brewing?
Cypress taking off. Nevada lithium stocks will be taken over by Tesla. Spmtf and cypress share that deposit.
Just a trial member so unable to respond. Thank you very much for addressing my question.
"I love all my children eh ?.....Perhaps even Noram ">.....Nah !
Although - EVENTUALLY : Many (even) MOST resources WILL be required (according to Lowry) provided the chemical engineering IS plausible (which only deep-pocketed joint venture partners can advance).

"Awww heck I don't mind - There aren't many who read this !"
Currently invested in ENRT but eyeing an entry here. I do see a technical gap at .30 fwiw. You have a major win win win here and on all Clayton claims. Looking for additional companies in this region. If you know of others, please do Share.
Thanks
Using LAC as a "benchmark" on Friday it traded as low as 15.73
The whole "Sector" since Battery Day has been "pulling back"......
Can we see where it MIGHT find Support ?
Much may depend however on the election - and I'm not quite sure who would be best.
Man.......Sure appears to be fulfilling this expectation ! No ?.............Low this week of 15.73
Larger Red Arrow than Green
Meanwhile.....It looks like The Cypress may be moving in lockstep :
And if that is the case, then we've got a pretty low target on 'er.....
Boy......Talk about just "giving away my gold !" eh ?
Awww heck I don't mind - There aren't many who read this !
Plus I could also be WRONG !....LoL

There are actually innovated & sustainable processes already in existence. IMHO it is the reluctance of investors to a)learn about the metallurgy and chemistry of the lithium industry (which BTW is NOT copper, gold, or zinc) b) back ANYTHING that hasn't been previously proven in the last 40 yrs.
The experienced companies and people in the industry know what they are doing as do certain technology companies, to me the issue is the investor attitude "well I'll invest in you ONLY if you will guarantee that there is no risk" .....and again this is only MHO....but this is true across the raw materials sector.

Yeah, could still work but that was sloppy.....Thankfully last = .58 pulling back from that tho
Why what's happening Monday ?
This ?......
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=158920028
We, will know Monday, but in the long haul you will be fine.
Monday M&M's might try to trigger some stop loss, in amateur hour. My opinion we start moving up early next week.
Bass turds took 'er all the way down to .51 - and I paid .55 ???
Last .55 though but still (I am ANGRY !) he-he
Or wait - Okay / yeah / no / I see.......This COULD drop down to .40 !
LOOKS like my "linings" may have been a LITTLE bit SLOPPY !.....Why, I'd better start checking this out !
Aha !.....(what an idiot !).....OMG !
Gotta get thinking .40 !
Seems like a reasonable conclusion alright altho E3 to me looks like it could shoot up trw (based on todays' "wedgefication" breakout?.
My opinion it touches the center of Bollinger Bands then moves up. Waiting for E3 to do the same.
Nice info - Thanks
So, they're saying there's a chance ?
