No, it can't do that. If it's an SEC reporter, and eventually become delinquent with their filings, the SEC can revoke registration. In that case, the ticker disappears, forever.

CNTO is a reporting company, so that could happen.

No, it won't be. The SEC can suspend once once, for ten trading days. In rare cases it can suspend a second time, but it would have to be for a different reason.

The SEC can always choose to sue in civil court. But usually that doesn't become known for awhile.

You could be right there. Problem with this type of site is,while providing an important means of letting off steam, it can also negatively affect Investor confidence and subsequently the stock value. What we need is some communication from Centor.

Chart definitely looks to be bottoming. Most of these halted promos eventually bounce. This one is setting up nicely. It amazes me how people get so caught up in the company that they get blinded by an obviously good trade.

I'm pretty aware that this company is junk (like 99% if OTC stocks).

However, today was the last day for shorts to cover before they push the price up and force them to cover at higher prices. Simply follow the money/volume and this is the easiest trade in the markets ;)

this is a scam. there is no oil. there is no nothing. this stock is worth less than nada. no dinero. this ceo doesnt even know how many gallons of oil there are in a barrel of oil let alone what crude oil looks like. this company only knows how to write press releases and print up shares to dump on the people.

I haven't really followed this since the first big dip.. I've seen company's get a cease order before and acouple of months later get it off and bounce back up to anywhere from a quarter to half of where they were at before the cease.. could someone fill me in on what have happened here to see if its worth throwing a little cash in here once it hits or hits near bottom? i might not be around the computer today so if you could send me a private message that would be wonderful if not i'll try to check on this board later or tomorrow to see if someone or someone's have answered me with some good insight.. thanks for your time and sorry if anyone took a huge hit..
