THOUGHTS ON MY PHONE CONVERSATION WITH THE CEO NOW:
I just got off the phone with the man himself, Henry D. Fahman, our current acting CEO. I have had my fair share of OTC company conference calls, business rep. calls, CEO calls and I have to say Henry fits in with the rest- meaning that I think we will see something very soon and it will be FREAKING HUGE. Now to get into the the details, he spoke of 3 MASSIVE catalysts:
1.) SEC filings are currently being completed. For all who are uninformed, SEC filings are EXTREMELY costly and are SIGNIFICANTLY more beneficial to any public company, especially OTC companies.
2.) MULTIPLE large acquisitions from different countries. Assuming huge agricultural hemp farming deals in Asia as per the leaked website.
3.) The website that was leaked and later taken down was written by a third party. HOWEVER, the information posted (25,000 acre hemp farm) was 'unofficially' disseminated. Now, read that however you may like, but his English is not %100 the best but I think he meant that the information on the website was in fact LEAKED (good for us imo).
As for what I think about Henry from an investor's point of view. He sounds like he is in control of what he is doing and never seemed like he was anxious to tell me that anything crazy was coming out. I notice over the years, other OTC CEOs that I have spoken to come off as quite shady and speak quite briskly as to give a sense of urgency to make you think they are in the midst of a deal right at that very second. Henry seems to have things in order and the 3 updates that I mentioned above were spoken about in that order.
As for the phone number that I contacted him with I decided immediately, before even using the CATA number, to use the phone number on the bottom of this most recent PHIL press release (his most active company):

Your post is greatly appreciated. CATA filed 3 years worth of Annual Filings a while back in 2014 to become Active with the Florida Secretary of State (SOS) which to me could mean that they have some kind of a plan for moving forward or why would they go through the hassle of getting such done.
