The CDIV CEO flat out admitted in public that there were no significant shares short in CDIV ... yep he did that after I let him know a "GROUP" was just pumpin' and dumpin' da stock, claiming all that shorty nonssense... lolzzzz... I miss MONK and hit MONKEY meet upzzz
CDIV was a "Float Lock Down" SCAM... via PUMP and DUMPERzzz... that thought they could "work as a team" to artificialy run a stock up and dump it on others ... and they did... where are they? ... they were here tellin' people to buy as high as .72... later on it came out they were actually sellin' while tellin' others to buy...
Nothing to do with this proven Fraud.
jmo
CDIV - Interesting read... interesting connections... :)
ha!
you are killing me here!
The CDIV CEO flat out admitted in public that there were no significant shares short in CDIV..
and promoter Monk was caught by the SEC and DOJ with receiving millions upon millions of CDIV common shares from CDIV and selling them into the market while telling other stockholders that he wasn't selling anything...
geesh
NO PROOF of even one "illegal share" sold. Lots of proof of illegal activities and dumping of dilution shares by Den members though.
lolol
jmo
What I know is that many non existent shares were sold to folks by brokerage firms that pocketed investors funds and ignored their fiduciary duties. Now that is criminal. Go CDIV!!!
hmmmm, when you say "Go CDIV", you do realize that CDIV was formed and operated as a criminal enterprise designed to issue millions of shares in a pump and dump scheme, many of which went to scamster Monk, who then sold the shares into the market while asking his followers to hold on to their CDIV shares, don't you?
Times are changing when clearing firms start suing eah other. Check out COR clearing vs. Etrade clearing.
Go CDIV!!!
Stocks... No way, I'm scared... Monk... lol
Remember when this ran to .72? and Monk was getting people to buy it up there... wow... the old FLD BS dayzzz
That's correct. And as long as we hold, NITE will eventually have to take it up to get shares to cover.
Missed that short squeeze by *that* much...
From 8/9/10:
Mm's are here to scare you out of your shares the strategy is simple take you to your breaking point so once it bounces you want out by either getting out even or with a small loss it's all games they want what we have and want it badly these play are not about price but more about time and volume
I think that we can now safely say that CDIV will not be subject to a short squeeze.
Jerry Williams (Monk) blamed shorts... he was telling people to buy at .72 to squuuuuuuuuuueze them
It is sad that people bought @ .72
From four years ago...
I was not involved with any of the FLD stocks until fairly recently so I do not know the facts. You stated that "We have Jerry Williams (Monk) freely admitting in a court document that he was dumping shares of CDIV while telling you and others to "buy and hold"."
Not knowing the facts I can come up with several possible defenses. What if those shares were placed in someones hands in certificate form mind you believing that the buyer would have strong hands and that those shares would not come back into the market? Having the $300,000. may have allowed Jerry to have a better diversification and establish a FLD position in another stock. Not knowing his personal situation he may have found himself needing some cash for any number of reasons and by placing these shares in what he believed to be strong hands in certificate form insured they would not negatively impact the FLD concept and at the same time provide him with some needed cash.
Obviously he trusted this party and probably shouldn't have.
Remember this party paid to have someone that worked for him attend a Monkinair. For all we know this party could have been hired by those who are short to do what he did in an attempt to undermine Monk's credibility. The possibilities are endless at this point but until all the facts are know I will keep an open mind and continue to accumulate as I am able because I believe the company is making every effort to grow revenues and earnings.
Go CDIV!!!
So, how did all that sweet revenue and earnings turn out?
Yep, the CEO here at the time made a smart move for himself... by telling the truth
The CEO here did not get in much if any trouble, cause he was saying all along, the short stories were B.S. ... and the "GROUP" here led by Jerry Williams that was saying those things were full of it...
CDIV top was .72... scam long over...
What happened to Monk
SEC suspended this "crap" and punished Monk.
They did their job.
jmo
Hopefully some day the regulators will do their job and clean up this mess.
They did. Your ex-Guru Monkster got nailed.
How is the whole "FLD" thing going these days, anyways, Lockman?
Same thing that happened with the other Monk stocks. Except that the CEO had the sense to shut up and go away. And probably give testimony to the SEC.
wtf happened here? i can tell stories and some stock fraud and grand theft going on in other deals
Who are you?
quick question
Do you always applaud criminals that promote scam stocks like the Monk and CDIV?
Hopefully some day the regulators will do their job and clean up this mess.
Yes. The nasty short sellers have caused this stock to go completely dead. No volume equals massive short selling. Every time.
Maybe the CEO was one of the short sellers here. He tried to throw everyone off their tracks by claiming naked shorts do not exist. Yep. That must be it.
CDIV - Agree Naked Short positions are still with CDIV, as well as the scheme used to profit from it.
Christ on a crutch. The CEO got a NOBO and admitted there wasn't any NSS. End of story. And that was years ago.
Those short positions have not disappeared. Just a matter of time. Go CDIV!!!
I think you missed the heavy sarcasm in my post
That's right, don't mess with the Global Calumny Fund.
Post must have hit close to home! LOL
Good Luck
Boohoo. Stop investing in scam penny stocks and you won't have to worry about it.
CDIV - Modus operandi for the Short Sellers is very obvious with CDIV as well as other OTC stocks!
Seriously?
a slight review of the CDIV business pretty much resulted in concluding that it was very scammy.
very scammy
The fact that Monk was promoting the stock guaranteed that it was scammy
Lock the Float
Lock the Float
Lock the Float
Yep, the BS that flew in those days was ridiculous.
The warnings were more like jabbing insults and thus ignored.
Plus, some people were just flat out brainwashed into believing everything going wrong was naked shorty's fault. Apparently he was even using options to short here, even though otc stocks have no options.
The warnings were more like jabbing insults and thus ignored.
If only there had been some clues, or people had tried to give some warnings....
Monk was a scammer? say it ain't so
CDIV topzzz was .72... no shorties goin' to cover...
Anyone know what finally happened to Monk?
Dr. Doug
CDIV - The "Usual Suspects" have turned up in an Abusive Naked Shorting case...
Which ones, if not all were involved in naked shorting CDIV, as well as E***?
You making any money off of the conspiracy theories?

Until recently, this used to be a float lockdown (FLD) play from Monks Den and some investors still believe it is heavily naked shorted. This can be seen from the posting history on the board.
