That’s better than nothing! I would much rather see Grant sober on a horrid presentation than hear him drunk on the phone again! Or have him send me another drunken email! If VT keeps him busy it’s probably best.
Do you mean the presentation where Grant Gordon looks and sounds as if he's reading someone else's very unfamiliar words, like in a hostage video? And comes across as convincing as even the best of hostages do?
Did anyone catch Dan’s webinar yesterday afternoon? My friend said they got over 1,500 viewers during their webinar! Why isn’t Grant doing his webinars? I remember one of his ghetto-presentations but it’s better than nothing!
Naturally if Venturis Therapeutics was bankrupt there would be an SEC filing of such. Conjecture on the state of affairs of Venturis Therapeutics is pure speculation.
The Bankruptcy of Venturis Therapeutics
Venturis Therapeutics is bankrupt, literally and certainly morally. Having recently suffered a binding non-appealable 7-figure adverse judgment, this insolvent and illiquid company is all but certainly unable to pay it, which I believe will result one way or another in the liquidation of this zombie company. Here is more information:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=156705047
But aside from the literal bankruptcy, the moral bankruptcy is equally significant. Not only is the company controlled and led by someone the U.S. government accuses is a crook--and I'm referring to Calvin Wallen III. But every time a shareholder raises a valid question about the company, not only do we not get a response, but instead the company and its supporters seek to divert the discussion to "Shittya" (the new company of the former CEO) or any extraneous topic that is anything but the question being asked. And that shows how bankrupt Venturis Therapeutics and its people are.
The company refuses to answer two (2) simple questions:
1) Why has Venturis not run a single clinical trial since 2007, in spite of numerous promises otherwise?
2) Why does Venturis refuse to release audited financial statements?
What financial information Venturis apparently does release, according to others on this board, is compiled financial statements from the auditors, hoping no one will notice that those are not audited statements but are rather just management's numbers on the auditor's letterhead. Big difference. Well, according to Robert Schleizer, Venturis CFO, the last audited statements that we know of came with a going concern qualification from the auditors. I guess that's not something the company wants people to see, though. And if there were more recent statements that did not have a going concern qualification from the auditors, something tells me we would have seen them. I wonder why we haven't?
Instead, all we get are bad attempts at diversion, obfuscation, and confusion. No one is fooled. Venturis and its leadership team has zero credibility with anyone--and even each other as rumors have it (a departed insider spilled the beans).
Well, the end is here. It won't be much longer before this company disappears. I already took my tax write-off. But I refuse to remain quiet, and will remain witness to the lies and deceit that are Venturis and its crooked leadership team.
Sent plenty of emails and all I've had back is the PPT which lets be honest anybody could produce. Also signed an NDA and had nothing, primarily because there's nothing going on. Been the same for the last 10 years or more, it's all smoke and mirrors and jam tomorrow. This board is all about handing out abuse from each side to the other, both sides telling each other how bad they are and how much money they've lost and gloating about the other's misery. It's pathetic really but seems the only site that there is any 'news' of any description, albeit recycled time after time and complete BS. I'll hang on in hope as there isn't much else to do but don't insult our intelligence by spouting BS after BS and telling us about all the wonderful things going on behind the scenes. There's nothing happening and shares are still worth F/all.
As said, make the call.........
Make a call & you'll find out what's happening
It's simply delicious. Love it!!!!!!!!
THIS IS WONDERFUL!!
I just spoke to Grant Gordon.
Fat, Butterball A$$$hole Montano's grandson is being married in Oregon this weekend. Apparently Butterball was trying to get an invite to the wedding & his grandson said to go screw himself & he wasn't welcome.
Poor, ol' .DAN DAN THE FRAUDSTER MAN
As you can see they just keep changing dates. Delayed year after year.
news to me. I'll try to keep up. Thanks for posting.

'good news' for stockholders?
Dan Montano has no involvement with the company.
I haven't seen any 'good news' for stockholders! It's the same old, same old 'jam tomorrow' story. My shares still show zilch and 'not trading'. We're now at the end of July 2020 and still nothing. When something is dead it's dead!
Thats a deal. Dan can use that $9.95 to pay for more clicks on shittya site. Soon, Goldman sachs will take note of so many clicks.
No but I think I saw a digital copy of Dan's "Biotech Investing for Blue Hairs" for only $9.99. It comes with one complimentary share of Zhittya. All proceeds go to the Ronald McMontano foundation for broke and bankrupt ex-CEOs.
They are just on MySpace and Vine.
Is shittya on Snap?
Asking for a friend
Is zhittya on pinterest, Tim tok? Those are my go to means of choosing where to invest. Dan's pinterest page consists of: turkeys, car chases, and mail orderbrides.
Other priorities dude. Other priorities.
First Venturis gotta rid itself of idiot DM and his troop to maintain control of the IP. Thats been holding up progress for yrs. That process began to be resolved in Jan 2019 with the judges ruling. Since then all the rulings have been won by Venturis.
Why spend time on media? You act like moving the lawn (soical media) is important when the house is on fire (IP and patents).
Its all good news for the stockholders. Social media means zip.
Priorities dude. Priorities.
Why is that? We do all this and no one but the ten people on this board know of it. In our day in age, you publicize! Maybe it’s not our day and age just my day and age. Can you point to any company on earth that has a valuation of over a million dollars that gets 100 visits per year to their website? I tried finding some but I couldn’t, even candy shops get more website visits!!! No one knows and no one cares about CVBT/VT thats all I hear.
Or maybe it’s because it doesn’t matter. The things that matter are:
Beat the involuntary bankruptcy charge. DONE!
Keep the company moving forward, establish patents. DONE!
Get investors in line. DONE!
Have outside review of company value, CBIZ. Done!
Social media campaign. What? NOBODY CARES About a social media campaign.
Why is that? Is that because I live in the 21st century and recognize the importance of media coverage compared to our leadership. Maybe our leadership doesn’t want traffic for they fear someone will look into the fraud and misfortune of CVBT/VT.
The same blabber but just to the same 100 people per year! They honestly want investors to believe that those same 100 people per year listening to the same stuff as each year goes by are putting millions of dollars into the company. No new news. No new investors. No new interests. No new court victories. The same old sinking ship.
That justifies our failure to barely have one person visit our website per day? We are failing miserably and every response so far has been putting that failure to the side. I know that VT is broke, but setting up a media platform is free! I’m sure my nephews would love to run the accounts for VT, apparently they have more experience than our own leadership.
Late july now. Awaiting to see if earlier news about late july/aug news transpires...or just more blabber
Conclusions are great and albeit only the opinion of the person making such. Bottom line is the company is the owner of patents.
Montano's company press release speculates that their drug MAY be effective and easy to realize it is an attempt to gain investors once they are allowed to go public.
Wow our investors don’t visit the website they invest in? This isn’t even social media this is just the website!!! All your investor friends just hear something, never visit the website and invest instantly??? 100 people visit the website per year, there are 6500 investors. You think that means nothing? I think that means 6400 people know that their investment is completely worthless. With people like you believing in this kind of company I can see why.
What does it mean? Not a thing.
The investors I know don’t do research on social media.
#Iam95%
#420m-zero
I have an interesting question. What does it mean if 100 people per year visit the CVBT/VT website? 6500 shareholders and 100 people visit the website, what do you think that means?
Fret not, my newly founded friends plan on getting retribution worth far more than the value of VT shares. As one said, “It’s not a matter of money, it’s a matter of principle”.
I wonder where our investors are coming from? Oh wait, no one knows about us so no money is coming in. I’m sure your correct, 250,000 people visit Dan’s website per year and not a single invest (despite being organic meaning no click farming, check trends.google.com for that information). You are just blatantly stupid if you genuinely think that. Let’s put this in another way: more people visit their website per year than live in St. Petersburg, Florida. They have their own city while we are stuck in a hamlet with no running water! For every one person we get, Dan gets 2500 people. Perhaps we will stay as the usual, nagging on this media board and magically, despite all of the failures of CVBT, get millions of dollars. Apparently every one of those 100 people who visit the website invest a million dollars each and every year. You expect investors to believe that crap? A seven year old with access to the internet can see through these lies. Welcome to the 21st century, when will VT join? Are we going to start on Sears Catalogues or start our social media page on MySpace? Oh I know, another InvestorsHub page! Then the traffic will start rolling in.
I am the 95%
420m to zero
Thank you JB2001.
Exactly. This.
The science has not changed. The company has only improved upon the data. Added pre-clinical information. Licenced data from Merck.
As I said before. Multiple reputable investment banks have valued CVBT in the billions. The only thing ever preventing that was previous mismanagement
Quote:
I get the company, since the beginning, has been a trainwreck of monumental proportions. Question: Were the benefits of the FGF-1 protein with regard to the heart, angiogenesis, pressure ulcers and decubitus ulcers, etc lies too? What about the German trials showing people at deaths door active and doing well? What about the 3 week timeframe for complete closure of bed sores? This is why I got behind CVBT in the first place. Dan Montano was a blowhard but the results seemed real...what about Peter Jennings? Was he lying too?
Getting a few internet views from Chinese click farmers and the retired seniors that showed up to Dan's free continental breakfast to learn about "Biotech investing" means nothing.
The only people who it counts to market to at this stage for either company are those with 10's of millions or 100's of millions to invest. And those people are not investing off of Facebook and YouTube and Instagram.
Lololol
I indeed did, but I have no desire to have Mr. Gordon fix his mistakes, for if he does it solely for me than he leaves out the others as well. Mr. Gordon was not the only person to email me that day, so did many of his victims. His victims seemed hard-set on getting far more than their shares. They convinced me not to get my shares back. Nonetheless, even if I did, numbers are not the matter for that conglomerate of cheated investors.
Didn't "We" never receive shares purchased through Grant Gordon and GHL?
Here's a reminder of your claim:
"Over 10 years back I invested about $50,000 into CVBT/VT through Mr. Gordon's GHL. I still have yet to receive those shares..."
Did "We" forget?
The comedy never ends!! Hahaha
Maybe this will put it in perspective for people who seem oblivious to the failure of VT to make any media presence. Even during a global pandemic small businesses get more traffic in their store in one day than CVBT gets in a month. It takes no effort to visit the website and somehow we are still lagging behind restricted brick-and-mortar stores! Mr. Gordon drinks more litres of alcohol per day than we get website visits in a day! Who on earth calls that progress and success?
I meant we as in CVBT. I’m glad we are focusing on the real issues at hand though. It really shows that CVBT/VT wants to get the word out and is trying to get more investors as well as more publicity rather than steal money from the same investors. I’m sure our strategy will work, it’s worked for the last seven years just look at all the uhhhhh.....patents?
Dan's reaction when he checks his bank account and realizes he could have had $420MM in CVBT/VT shares
Perhaps you should look at their YouTube channel which has many more videos than just that one (all in the thousands and multiple in the tens of thousands and one almost in the hundreds of thousands), and nonetheless that video was uploaded prior to CVBT’s version. Furthermore, just to emphasize how far behind CVBT is compared to Dan: CVBT’s version of the video has 500 views, Dan’s has 80,000. We barely exist.
Nonsense. Your only video is stolen from cvbt and posted as zhittya. Dan should be locked up for fraud.
Again, please go to google trends and you will see that a huge majority of their traffic comes from organic searches (ie not payed for) I implore you to go there and study up. We can not be left in the dust!
You really think they'll be able to find TWO suckers to invest in Shittya? This is like reading the Sunday funnies in the newspaper. This is comical! Hahaha For someone who believes so highly in social media to believe that the TWO sucker investors (or anyone for that matter) wouldn't do a search on the web about the criminal in charges current and checkered past is absolutely hysterical! Hahahaha.....
You are completely correct. CVBT/VT cannot and will not compete with a criminal who pays a 3rd world country advertising company pennies to inflate Shittya's numbers. You would think the criminal in charge would pay this company to clear up his exquisite reputation on the web? Hahaha

VENTURIS THERAPEUTICS (formerly Cardiovascular
Biotherapeutics or CVBT) is a dead, zombie company
that hasn't run a single clinical trial in nearly 15
years. Not even one patient (!) has been treated
since 2007. Venturis Therapeutics is insolvent,
illiquid, and is controlled and run by an individual
who was accused by the U.S government of
embezzling $14 million from his previous company.
Venturis' lawyer, Barry Cannaday of Dentons (one
of the largest law firms in the U.S.), withdrew from
representing Venturis in April 2021 because Dentons
is owed over $200,000 by Venturis, and Mr. Cannaday
attested that "there are currently no assets or
revenue streams" to pay Dentons. Yet anonymous
advocates for Venturis (who I personally believe are
the company's desperate leadership) lie about public
facts that are easily verifiable. One of the most
absurd false claims is that there are (allegedly) two
ongoing pivotal clinical trials (see that particular
false claim below). These "clinical trials" exist only
in cyberspace but not in the real world the rest of us
(including Dentons) live in. That said, enjoy the
entertainment that lies below. Hopefully it gives you
some good laughs - that's about all that's left from
this dead, zombie company. Enjoy!
VENTURIS THERAPEUTICS (VT) OVERVIEW
VT was almost bankrupted by the original
CEO, Daniel C. Montano, and was rescued by
Calvin Wallen, Grant Gordon and then CFO,
Mickael Flaa.
VT had almost $40,000,000 in debt & was
effectively insolvent. The board of directors
who replaced the Dan Montano cronies
rehabilitated VT so that today the company has
almost zero debt and an comprehensive patent
portfolio. Under the disasterous management
of Dan Montano, the company had zero
patents.
Our Approach in Science and Technology:
Venturis Therapeutics, Inc. is a clinical stage
biopharmaceutical company advancing novel
therapeutics to address diseases such as
diabetic wounds, severe ischemic heart disease
and
peripheral artery disease. Our pre-clinical
therapeutic programs include erectile
dysfunction,
infarct stroke, degenerative disk disease and
Parkinson’s Disease.
Venturis Therapeutics, Inc. is focused on
targeted delivery of next generation
molecules which will improve the quality of life
for those suffering from vascular dysfunction.
We employ human proteins from the Fibroblast
Growth Factor family. Our lead candidate
stimulates the growth of new blood vessels when
administered to ischemic organs and
tissues. These anatomical targets are shown in
our pipeline section of the website.
