Cardinal Communications Reports $9.9 Million Third Quarter Revenue
11/20/2006
- 96% Increase in Revenue Versus Comparable Year-Ago Period -
BROOMFIELD, Colo., Nov 20, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ --
Cardinal Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CDNC), a diversified provider of bundled digital communications and video-on-demand services, and a specialized developer of residential real estate, reported financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2006.
Cardinal Communications continues its tremendous strides with record third quarter revenue increases of 96 percent to $9.9 million versus revenue of $5.1 million in the third quarter of 2005. Loss from operations was $690 thousand versus a loss from operations of $1.84 million in the third quarter a year ago. Net loss from continuing operations was $894 thousand, or $0.002 per share, versus a net loss from continuing operations of $2.35 million, or $0.009 per share, in the comparable year-ago quarter.
Despite current real estate market trends, our sales increased significantly during the third quarter as compared to the year-ago period. In addition to the revenue increases, our overall operating expenses decreased as compared to the prior year quarter by approximately $1.8mm, representing a 55% reduction. As a percentage of revenue, our operating expense was 15% for the third quarter of 2006 as compared to 64% for the third quarter of 2005. This is a result of the cost reduction actions taken by Cardinal Communications in 2006 and by the significantly increased revenues during the quarter.
Management continues its commitment to increasing revenue, streamlining operations and achieving improved financial performance. We continue to pursue huge strides towards the goal of increasing shareholder value.

Nice gain over the past little while.
I was screaming buy at 0.0056 lol!
Boxy
Well, that was intelligent.
Ive made more money in this game then you could probably ever hope for. If you only knew - you wouldn't say a thing. CDNC was simply an experiment in to pennies for me, and it was such a trivial amount, i didnt waste my time moving it out. So go back to your room at your parents house and find new ways of insulting people you know nothing about. loser.
I'm sure lots of wealthy investors as such yourself say 'cuz' and stupid old taglines like 'pigs get slaughtered'... man, at least you made me laugh.. thanks.
SilverTabone
maybe cuz u suck at this game,
bulls make money, bears make money,
pigs get slaughtered.
watch and learn
Ha.. probably because most of us bought in around .20 (like me).. sigh.
WHERE THE HECK IS EVERYONE?
THIS IS UP 33% and not even a single post.
BAH
Presently there is no press release on the GalaVu assumption. There is only the 8k I think.
Livonia has EMT now and is a big question mark. Will they sell EMT and go for CDNC shares, or keep the cash, or help relist EMT and stay behind them? (My take on their options.)
So I would expect soon a press release that speaks to how GalaVu will fit in with the Cardinal picture.
I would think Ed would speak to the revenue stream this would generate. Or at least the number of rooms they are in, mrkt in Canada, how big the mrkt is in the US, plans, ETC.
The corp structure at the Cardinal site would change of course as what was planned never happened.
I'm hoping this will fare a lot better than GAP and help turn the wagon around a lot faster.
thoughts?
Hello HCICONS and all. What's everyones take here on the GAP BK?
I thought something like this was coming for GAP. Flip it I say and get what they can get.

Nice report, i hope this gets some attention!
Cardinal Broadband Report released ~~
http://www.publicstockwatch.com
This board might as well just fold up with the business it's getting.
It's about time for them to schedule the conference call. Like to see this and EAG turnaround but I think eag is dead the way the price keeps dropping.
Woofu that EAG yahoo board really sucks any other board that you go to for eag?
Your right lippy,,,, he sold
4.9 mill of 4.9 mil for zero net gain!!!
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/it?s=CDNC.OB
Go ahead add up the July 11 and Nov 9 buys and walla!!!!!
Now he's still on the updated directors list at .com and as well as on the above 11/21 sale date as director!
Go figure that in!
The Loc was for $10 million,,,,
,,, Jantaq is the Weismans. The approved shares were 400 million. The pps is in the .02 range. Jantaq got 10 million shares for a couple of notes already and added to DWs 17 million the LOC could have netted a 50+% share of the company.
It was a failed takeover. IMHO.
I thought the earnings were pretty good. Seems that they're on the right track and should do good going into 2006. I just wish I knew the story behind DW sudden departure. Did I miss something woofu?
Not yet!
He just registered to sell "from time to time"
Form 4
How about that DW bought stock?
CC mid December.
They will notify in the first week of Dec. the date.
I believe this will start getting real active in the next few weeks. Stick around til Feb Q at least.
A change of CEO AND COB and an NT.
Right on schedule (same as the revenues). They probably needed a lil' time to prepare for the CC.
STRONG PR!
Don't be supprised if they do an NT for the Q.
Of course that might induce a "buying opportunity".
Hey Woofu, just got done emailing Cardinal on when Mr. Wilson is going to do a CC/PR to share his ideas on the direction the company plans to take.
As for DW I wasn't to happy to find out that he was gone the week before. Seems to me that they waited till Friday knowing that they will have the weekend to get their story straight. The board knew this was coming and they didn't prepare for it. In my humble opinion I feel that it should of went down like this. Dw's gone on the 4th then on the 8th you file the 8K on the 10th/11th you do a CC.
Thoughts about DW.
It is easy to see why the DW hate club feels the way they do. They lost money and felt lied to. Bammmm , instant ire!!!
On the other hand a great man told me to watch what people DO, not so much what they say. To that note ponder this.
DW restructured EAG to its current divisional format and in doing so the pps was driven down to what appears to be a holding price of 15 cents while the business model matures. New management has not altered that model and were brought in by DW. Then he leaves.
DW restructured CDNC to its current divisional format and ditto on the pps. Cardinals business model is similar to EAGs but in a complimentary fashion with divisional overlays. The new nanagement was brought in by DW. Then he leaves.
DW was a part of EMTs culture in a related business to EAG. EMTs North American business accelerates yet the pps falls to the point of recievership and EMTs NA assets are sold off to Koolconnect. Previous to that DW leaves.
Is DW a incompetent business wrecker or a front man? Fired or done?
I know what your emotions tell you, but you know what they say about emotions and investing. I guess if its the later, we will just have to wait and see what his next "assignment" is. If that happens and its investable, wait untill he has "killed it" to take a position if you must. I wouldn't want to see you all get even angrier!
< EOM >
How will you know it has legs without "watching"?
What now DW? Perhaps something in the fast food or house cleaning industry. Anyone know when earnings are I like to hear Mr Wilson's song and dance.
will put it on watch. if it has legs.

Woof good call on it GL2U
Nice volume and volatility!!!!
CDNC IS IN PLAY!!!
Good luck to all,,,,hang tough they are running out of time for the Q. Gut check for buyers!
If you had a 5-10 million share order at .014 and you were a mm how would you get to it?
Wonder what's driving the price down?
Well lets hope so. When are earnings due? It has been quiet for awhile for any PR's.
I did not see it as a mistake but rather a capital exchange. Appartments were dead and a sell out of condos brought a cash infusion.
I don't think it is lost upon DW that this is his opportunity to solidify his reputation (or reverse it). What we are seeing is perhaps a last chance shake before the march up to the "annualized revenues of $100 mil". If he does not meet this "projection", tenure in ANY company as a CEO would seem dubious at best.
