They will uplist and a reverse is inevitable either here on pinks or on a higher exchange…us commons simply don’t matter …I won’t buy anymore..just sitting on balance from last split..I’ve seen people come and go scratching their head while the front loader fades away leaving bag holders..

1) What do think of trip 1's being here now ?

I think we’re back to where we started before the last pump group came in.. some of them made money and are now gone..

2) Will CDIX give us a run from here as their positive cashflow keeps improving, without a reverse?

If another group comes in pumping on any kind of announcement, there will be another run for the money..

Bottom line .. there doing everything legally..I expect a lot more dilution..I’ve seen a lot lower then trip zeros as well.

3) They could have a lot of motivation for doing a PR along that line, especially if debtors know they will get cashed out like the most recent 2. They might get on board and lay low seeing mgmt. is doing a great job of righting the ship.

Lots of speculation of what they could do.. I think there will be several more dilution rounds before a public offering is announced open and closed shortly after and anyone holding common shares will be slaughtered…

Thank you stervc. It "appears" to be trading a bit cleaner if that makes any sense. Still some dilution going on but looks like it has lightened a bit.
Let's see if she doesn't have another run in her into the .001's. Any positive news could do it.

I have nothing to share regarding any dilution with CDIX. Of course I'm not happy about it. Heck, with as much money as they are making, I'm wondering why they just won't pay the note off.

That’s what it seams..common shareholders are just a fraction of total rights to vote, ( billions and billions of preferred have the majority ) and are anti-dilution protected …so I would say yes ..mainly because there are NOT enough shares in authorized to issue if preferred were exercised…not even counting the warrants! Crazy as it seems…it’s all legal….read the 10q

On March 10, 2023, Cardiff Lexington Corporation (the “Company”) filed a Definitive Information Statement on Schedule 14C with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Information Statement”). The Information Statement related to stockholder approval of a 1-for-75,000 reverse stock split of the Company’s outstanding common stock (the “Prior Reverse Split”).

Due to delays in obtaining FINRA clearance for the Prior Reverse Split, the Company has not yet completed the Prior Reverse Split. Given the significant delay in implementing the Prior Reverse Split and changes to the Company’s capitalization and stock price since it was approved, the Company decided to amend the Prior Reverse Split and sought stockholder approval to authorize the board of directors, in its discretion, to implement one or more reverse stock splits of the Company’s outstanding common stock at a ratio of not less than 1-for-2 and not more than 1-for-75,000 in the aggregate, which such approval was obtained on November 21, 2023. Accordingly, the Company is filing a Revised Definitive Information Statement on Schedule 14C, which amends and restates the Information Statement in its entirety, and will distribute this Revised Definitive Information Statement to our stockholders.

Many trips are leaving that have float around 1.4 to 3B. Even CATV and OPTI are running like a low floater ss 4B to 5B. CDIX can't be held down too long as this company generates positive income. There is too much liquidity out there that will be flowing in here.
