Found that CDTN "OWNS" the Patent for CDT systems.
Currently there ar TWO companies in Addison,Tx using their technology. Did not search further YET.

Google map it and you see a sign for "leasing available" in their complex right in front of their supposed office.

All fillings have been stopped since 2006, no responses will be coming back from the company they are completely dark/deregistered and might possibly not even be a company anymore.

Hope for the sake of your money, that this thing gets pumped with promo's a lot better than the 3 amigos have been this past week. They got it to rise to .015 just to have it fall back down here again.

sorry about my previous post...the columns didn't
quite line up right. They are as follows:

TRADE DATE - INSIDER NAME - TRADE TYPE - SHARES - PRICE - VALUE

Notice not one insider purchase was over 100k!
The highest purchase was 75,000 by Dallas Talley
Then 57,200 on 2 occasions by Phillip Kent Marshall
Then 51,810 owned by Takeshi Ogawa and finally
14,520 owned by Tom Friezen.

just thought this was very interesting as of this time
anyway they owned only 198,530 shares in 2006 yet yesterday
we traded over 2 MILLION!!! Hmmmmm, what's up here?

Still a very low float and very low O/S and A/S but
WE DO NEED UPDATED NUMBERS!!! Hopefully the 160million A/S
is still the same! The float must be almost gone IMO but
what do I know?...just trying to put pieces together here.

I'm thinking this won't just jump up to 17 cents
instantly but will increase over time...that's
safe to say even on NO news...a penny, 2 cents,
5 cents etc. nice steady rise...and if and when
news DOES hit...say bye bye even to 17 cents!

they wouldn't hold out hopes of 17 cents per share
without the possibilty of a HUGE HUGE PAYOFF IMO...
they wouldn't be in their own stOck if that were the
case...they'll wait to double, triple, 5x, 10x
or even more on their stOck before selling it IMO

but what do I know?
