Oh, been there and have gone through that myself once. I was doing so great with the company, and then BAMM, out of the clear blue skies, they announced their bankruptcy. NO ONE was ever given a head up on it. I lost 22K when that happened. I have since made up that money though...LOL You talk about someone being angered by that, you could not even imagine my anger. But, I finally moved on.

Agree BUT....you can still address your shareholders when you fail on a timeline you gave them, even if its a simple "We are not yet ready and things are still taking place" BUT....looks suspect when you miss the deadline you gave twice and then delete your twitter page......

$CBIA one of the worst plays I’ve ever been a part of. Just bad all the way around. Misleading shareholders, giving deadlines and not hitting them, endless dilution. I’m bagged, will hold - no point in selling here. Waiting for a management change or something.
