At this point, I just don't see it happening this year. I think we are into January at this point and God help us if it goes longer than January. This wait is incredibly frustrating.

Company has completed all paperwork and filings with SEC and answered all responses. This is at 90 plus days since filing so this should be close. In the end though even with a PCAOB audit and fully completed paperwork this will move EXACTLY at the speed of government.
“Any day” is my personal guess at this point.

ALL shares added to the restricted in the past have been offset with cancelation shortly after from Dantes personal shares. Fact of the matter here is CHNC has dropped from .0044 and it’s knocking on the door to trips. One day of dumping away from it.

And since we're on the subject of stock, I'll be cold forward honest. If I didn't travel like I do for work and earn per diem, I couldn't afford to own as much stock in different companies as I do. I never use my 40 hr pay. Those of you that do, i stress deeply, find other money without a loan shark ! Don't borrow against your credit cards either. You lose your money, now you're worse off than you were before. Or just look for more company over time. I wish all of you the best here. I'm away from my wife till Feb 28, so please, all enjoy your time with your families and god bless you :)

Actually, I already made a lot on CHNC 2 years ago, my wife called mid day and said look at the stocks, so I did and we were up to 238,000 . So I told her to sell some CHNC and she did, paid off our 2011 Silverado and then bought back in . So, I know it takes time to get papers in order for our slow government and SEC to check things out. And no, I don't believe anything other blow hards say on here. I KNOW what CHNC has done and where their headed. I have owned and run other companies and it's difficult. Lazy employees, taxes, IRS. I don't see the complainers here talking about (their) company laundry here....oh, yeah, their probably proud to have voted for that guy who won, losers... hope their enjoying the gas prices :).
