**When dealing with bears** (I am a perma bull, BTW) , **this is a good reminder**:

An old Doberman starts chasing rabbits and before long, discovers that he's lost.

Wandering about, he notices a lion heading rapidly in his direction with the intention of having lunch.

The old Doberman thinks, "Oh, oh! I'm in deep shit now!"

Now, the old Doberman sees the lion coming with the squirrel on his back and thinks, "What am I going to do now?," but instead of running, the dog sits down with his back to his attackers, pretending he hasn't seen them yet, and just when they get close enough to hear, the old Doberman says
"Where's that squirrel? I sent him off an hour ago to bring me another lion!"

One Edgar filing, one PR from CNNA, about the Borgers Auditor being grave yarded forever Friday, 2 days ago by the SEC, and simply update who the new Auditor is, or has been, and if they already changed auditors, Back in June Last year, (Many possible answers) will clear CNNA of any the BS mud slung at them all this time.

But I find it very telling that Fridays news was super specific that no Borgers Audits up to June 2023, since 2021 can be accepted.

That makes it obvious why the SEC asked CNNA to pull the Form 10 application last year in June, 2023.

Did the SEC gag CNNA and tell them to find a different auditor in June last year?

I now suspect they did...

I can explain away a couple things but not a combination of:

1) Us being in EM after they assured us we wouldn’t be.

2) The company strongly implying on Twitter last summer that they hired Rhonda to get us out of EM, but soon after issuing a retraction after people called Rhonda and she denied being retained.

3) Them never revisiting the topic of legal representation to exit EM, which one would think they would do after the embarrassment surrounding their comments about Rhonda.

4) All the silence.

5) Them pumping with the Prodigy social media and “Kelly” but never delivering anything they promised.

6) The statements the Prodigy account made about likely exiting EM some time between November and January which the main account endorsed but which obviously never happened.

7) The Prodigy social media then disassociating itself with the stock even though they pumped for a year.

8) All the dilution that came to light right around the time they went in EM.

9) Jason Tucker’s complete silence through all this in spite of having publicly issued a .25 price target.

10) The wrestler spokesperson’s complete silence.

11) The purity spiral culture of attacking and smearing as disloyal any investors who question the company’s failures and suspicious behavior.

These factors and others that I forgot to include collectively convince me that we will never celebrate an EM exit.

Legitimate companies exit EM and I don’t believe we are one.

They can make as many “subsidiary” Instagram accounts as they want, but it won’t convince me that the people behind this stock didn’t already make all the money they intended to from it during the pump that happened a year ago.

Where is our CEO?

And why do the same people keep making excuses for his absence and attacking those who want answers?

This is not leadership.
