The Not so good News was that Mike said He was NOT representing/contracted with CNNA as listed on OTCMarkets

The Good News is that he said he was more than willing to take on the Job, and in a later communication said he was in contact w/ CNNA
to Offer His services

This does not mean that CNNA did not already have an Accounting/Auditing Firm Already lined up but not updated on OTCMarkets

What is/was pending is _ Did Mike get the Job or is there already another firm on the job and is it underway

I was hoping to hear back on that _ but may not -so I am posting this as of what is known as of today

Perhaps an answer will come through the Filings 🤔

I'll never forget. I'm 57 going on 92 and I still think if he flew me out there, by day two we'd be slamming tequila shots, cryin' on each other's shoulders about our horrible childhoods, and he'd be asking me to bang his wife (calm down, Swampy, it's just BS talk ... but one never knows. That all has happened to me in one night ... more than once. Two days is lotsa time). He'd likely kick my ass if we did fight (I'm a lover & a talker. Fighting seems stupid to me ... at least over anything but politics. That's real). If "moving in the right direction" is the best that can be said after a year of working on the problem, I have little confidence in the next year.

I don't know of one, but I ask you - what prevents ownership from refiling under OTCM? Just need to file some unaudited fins and throw some money at the problem basically, yes? So, is there some practical, logistical, or operational reason they haven't? They believe an EM designation of 1.5 or 2 years is better than hopping back on OTCM until SEC reporting status is achieved ... if, indeed, it is even possible for them to achieve?
