Renee, have you been keeping an eye on RSRT? Reading through the 10-Q, it sounds like there is definitely something happening behind the scenes -- Charles El-Moussa, the ReMax guy who owned it, has sold it to this to Nathan Hanks and V. Kelly Randall who are in Salt Lake City.

Really wish I had more time to do some DD on this, because I think it has nice potential (it's definitely undiscovered thus far)

I'm amazed there hasn't been more chatter about RSRT. It's been moving up, slowly but surely. They've filed 10-Q's and other regular information with the SEC - something is cooking behind the scenes. Here's the language from the Quarterly Report released two days ago:

The person on NITE has been manipulating it for over a week now - maybe I will shoot an email over to the SEC and have them look into the trading activity for the one on NITE. Its so obvious with the $3 dollar and $7 dollar bid whacks to drop the price.

This volume over the last week is amazing. Someone really wants in. Another day of swings -- but we've hit the 2's and now need to HOLD that level. I don't know if I can free up more funds to buy more, but I've got 70k+ shares now and holding strong.

I know, just annoying impatient people. They keep bid whacking the price down and I'm sure taking a loss. If you need the money that bad, maybe you shouldnt be trading. NITE is sitting on the bid eating those shares up and reselling them on them ask, thats where the resistance is coming from.

Thanks for adding the share structure -- I should have put that in the DD! It's also worth noting that the shares outstanding hasn't budged from that 34 million level for two years. Additionally, I believe the majority of shares are held by a few insiders close to the company. Fantastic to see.

UPBS New and Updated DD: With the recent surge and volume pouring in, I figured I'd provide a quick rundown for anyone who is new. As of February 15, Charles El-Moussa is the new CEO/COO of Upstream Biosciences. His past position was as General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer of RE/MAX of Texas. He is a lawyer by trade and you'll see he has worked in a number of positions as a litigation attorney and was a corporate fuel marketing manager.

For the last year, the company has been working to update financials and meet SEC regulations. Here is the latest 10-K, which was released February 14, 2012 and I believe makes them current:

The last corporate update was in November of 2010. In addition to announcing management changes, information was provided about patent and technologies. Quoting directly from that news release:

In short -- there have been major changes and there is major potential with UPBS. The float is low and you can see over the past two years how quickly and easily this stock can run. Check out the latest 8-k! They've changed directors and brought in someone who really seems to have some solid business experience. That was back when the price was .0057, now it has doubled and hit 52 week highs.

I've been here holding patiently for a year at about these levels. If any of the patents or technology is re-approved...this stock *will* explode. Just look at how easily the price moves now. Maybe a little chatter will bring this board back to life too.
