Matter of time b4 we hear a company update imo. The plans CYOS had and the gaming web apps they have make this a no-brainer for the company with the changes in US online gambling laws. The 'shell' is still owned by CYOP Systems...can we say RE-ACTIVATE?! :)
No, people bought and pumped it. It's a dead shell, period. Nothing will be heard from the company, as they are long gone.
Gambling stocks trade higher
December 27, 2011 2:10 PM
(AP) NEW YORK — Shares of casino companies and game makers traded higher Tuesday after the Justice Department said it was relaxing its enforcement of a rule that bans Internet gambling.
The U.S. Department of Justice released a legal opinion on Friday saying that federal law doesn't cover online betting that's not related to sporting events. The situation has been unclear since Congress passed and former President George W. Bush signed a 2006 law forbidding operators from running games by preventing financial institutions from processing funds for most online wagering.
Sterne Agee analyst David Bain said the opinion could lead eventually to full federal legalization of online gambling. In the meantime, Bain said states could proceed more quickly with ballot initiatives to allow it. He said the new interpretation of the 2006 law and earlier related federal regulations also could allow for online lotteries in some states.
"The interpretation, in essence, may now limit the Wire Act to gambling on sport-related events," Bain wrote.
Bain said the change could be good for MGM Resorts International, Wynn Resorts Ltd, Las Vegas Sands Corp., and other big casino companies — and for their suppliers, including International Game Technology, Bally Technologies Inc. and WMS Industries Inc.
MGM Resorts shares gained 56 cents, or 3(backslash)5.7 percent, rising by midafternoon Tuesday to $10.53. Wynn stock rose $4.33, or 3.9 percent, to $114.33 and shares of Las Vegas Sands picked up 60 cents, increasing to $44.14. International Game Technology stock advanced 75 cents, or 4.5 percent, to $17.30, while Bally shares gained 73 cents to $39.61 and WMS shares added 51 cents to $21.32.

Do you know of any other stocks that could be effected by this news? TIA
That "Path to legal Gambling" is more of a petition to send a bill to congress. I don't see online gambling being legal for some time.

US Path to Legal Gambling: State by State Obama Administration clears way for states to choose on their own to legalize Internet poker.

The United States could actually be on the way to legalized online gambling, after the Obama administration cleared the way this week for states to legalize internet poker and other forms of online betting.
Reverse of Policy
The US Department of Justice released last Friday and opinion dated September which reverses decades of previous gambling policy. Until now, the department said online gambling in all forms was illegal under the 1961 Wire Act, which bans wagers across state lines and international borders.
But the new interpretation released last week said the act applies only to bets on a "sporting event or contest," and not to a state's use of the Internet to sell lottery tickets to adults outside its borders. It is a move experts are calling a big victory for the online gaming community.
Will Nevada Be First?
Nevada is already in pole position to be the first state to legalize online gambling within its borders, with the state's gambling regulator set to vote Thursday on rules that would allow companies to apply for licenses to run poker websites.
Other states, such as California and Iowa, are also considering laws to legalize online gambling at a state level. Once the facilities are set up, this could easily be adapted to accept betting from interstate - in the event the US allows it.

for the record CYOS use to trade in pennies before US banned online gambling
with the new development taking place this stock is going to be inplay Big time
It sure is quiet here tonight considering this made it up over a thousand percent today.....lol
Most pinkies are shell garbage lol!! This 'shell' is still owned by what was once a multi-penny on-line gambling company. You might have noticed that laws are now changed. Risk v reward pal! :)
A contract from a state lottery commission would put CYOS to .25 in a heartbeat.... With many local and state govs literally looking at bankruptcy as a real possibilty, you bet they are paying close attention to this ruling... And guess what - time is not on their side in that respect. What does that mean? Well, it means that some do not have time to hire out and build their own web apps.
As of today, I'm in CYOS for 2012.
Better than your transparent attempts for low entry imo! lol :)
Always ride the volume. Just my experience. Twitter going crazy :)
Edited. Yes, some DD you did there, wow...lmao..
As I said, the website is long gone, phone# disconnected. And a US area code, but a British address. Maybe you should go visit them.
I emailed skillarcade to see what they say.
Betcha I'll get no reply, or a confirmation that they now have no connection to this defunct shell.
Good luck. Maybe try Bagholder's Anonymous if you're a new stuckholder. A return to .0001 won't be a surprise. And I have no interest in buying this shell garbage.
IMO you'll wind up being wrong...but time will tell. My guess is this is trading in the .0003/.0004 range within a few weeks.
Huge opportunities!! Re-activate previous plans..kaboooom!
Awesome! Well, with on-line gaming becoming legal again, here in the U.S., this could be a huge money maker, soon :)
They're an English business outfit like me! :))

Pullback was on very lite volume. Twitter blowing up :)
Yes.....and...? No doubt that's operated by a different company who simply purchased the domain name.
Thanks tob999. I owned this several years ago when it was in the multi pennies before online gaming became illegal. It looks like it could be headed back to pennyland, again, soon :)
Awesome price action here today ~
And you would know this how? Have you spoken with or contacted the company?
Might be a tad hard, being as the phones don't work, the website is long gone, and they are MIA.
SkillArcade.com http://www.skillarcade.com/index.html is CYOP's central games portal; an online games destination where people play major skill games against other players and compete in tournaments to win real money prizes! :)
It's bs imo...and the reason it's been MIA is because of the law that has now been repealed. CYOS still very much involved in online gamin platforms/software...:))
Nah u r wrong again..they r still involved with online gaming and this change in the law will open up major avenues for them imo:

It's clear that CYOS has been MIA for nearly 6 years.
But how do you know Klean is now part of CYOS? I couldn't find anything--in news, Edgar, on that website, or anywhere.
You are correct: http://www.kleanindustries.com/s/Home.asp
Has NOTHING whatsoever to do with gaming anymore. This was a pure P&D based on news that might have effected the old company.
It was up to .0017 before the selling really started...look at the tape.
That's why it's up so much. lol lol lol
More than likely, yes.
