I believe there is a consultant in play with FZRO who is trying match a potential buyer of the controlling interest. I also believe that if a suitable buyer is found, that buyer will, over the following year, move an exiting business activity into the company. I also believe that following the acquisition the company's name and ticker symbol will change.

If anyone believes any of that, they may have a highly speculative reason to buy some shares.

Nice to see higher prices even though the volume is slow. One tiny update and we will explode with our tiny float of just 25 million shares. I can afford to be patient with FZRO as it will be well worth the wait!

I agree that today FZRO is a clear zero, and regards to any historic leadership, I believe it will remain a zero.

With that said, it is possible that the company could be a target of a reverse merger, in which case there would be new leadership, new insiders, and probably and entirely different business direction and product list. If this happens, which sometimes does, then the stock will bounce into a new era of life, probably with a new name and ticker symbol. However, do be careful not to fall for pump and dump activities which could occur between now that new era, because as far as I know, there is no assured new era on the horizon. However, there are some who are trying to make it happen.

COVID-19 is what screwed everything up here and caused the delays in my opinion. I don't believe this was ever a scam. I am still holding all of my shares and just waiting for something to come from the new company. If there is a new company still remaining after COVID?

In some peoples eyes this will always be a POS until its not. Patience is the name of the game for myself.

If some want to believe this is a POS that is fine. It's only a POS until it's not.

Until then there is nothing any of us can do other than wait it out.

This is appropriately quiet as there is is nothing said to the public by insiders until the insiders decide the time is appropriate.

So, there will be no new news until there is.

Excitement, enthusiasm, and/or anxiety on the part of minor shareholders and stock board enthusiasts does not constitute an urgency of any kind to those in control, either as an insider or an outside business broker.

Be patient with FZRO. For me, patience is the only thing making sense at the moment.

Soooo....there has been absolutely nothing to confirm any of this bs is true. Not too long ago, someone else came on this board saying things were ‘close’ and here we are in the same exact spot with ZERO movement and a phone number that no one answers anymore.

Now, all of a sudden, certain people are trying to do something with this pos & they are going to do a sizable R/S? Who the fawk are you to even know any of this sh!t is true? No one can get ahold of this pos Wayne, but you somehow know people are doing something with this junk? Is it even a weed business anymore or some sort of other bs scam?

Seems to be another pump n dump that no one is buying. Until there is some sort of communication from this covid19 fawk Wayne or these ‘new people’ with a pr, filing, email, sh!t, even a death certificate, this is dead money.

Thanks. I get that. However this is now nearly six months later. Furthermore, the determination of a reverse split will be determined by the new controllers, not the current management or representatives. Additionally, circumstances may change over time resulting in a different course of action.

It is common to see the reverse split. It is NOT mandatory and guaranteed.

When I spoke to Wayne Bailey in February 2020 he said that No Reverse Splits were Anticipated or Needed with the new company coming in. Our Share structure is beautiful here. Float is only 25 million shares with only 100 million shares Authorized.

There are some folks active in trying to put a deal together for the acquisition of FZRO. Who or when is unknown to most. For nearly all here, this knowledge will come most likely after and acquisition is complete and a plan is in place for the acquisition of an operating activity. If such an activity is an already profitable activity than it will be good news for all shareholders.

However, you can reasonable expect a large reverse split in the process, and the payment of new shares to the new controlling group for services related to the whole process.

It is fortunate there is a facilitating group working to bring this all together. May they be highly successful!
