It should be very interesting to see if they turn the revenue slide around.
I will be reviewing the doc soon. Too busy now. Just wanted to quickly post it.
A quick scan let me noticed they actually speak to the turn-around strategy.
Thx FUN. It's still on watch. I hope it does turn around for them but did you see their debt?

It's hard to get excited about 50K traded.
Just a guess he had his eye on someone when posted.
Still watching. Volume is listed as a heavy day but that's because it's been so pizz poor last few weeks.

I was really hoping for a more definitive and lower looking bottom to PMTS.
It actually might be around here.
Sure wish they announced a turnaround plan already. New CEO is in the job for almost 6 months already.
I agree and it looks like the market agrees as well as volume has dropped off significantly.

This will be a penny stock real soon,, 1 yr chart is terrible,,, and they need to compensate us who are in the class action lawsuit via their IPO offering
Agreed but we're closer.
More than ever I want to see the Sales Director position filled and learn about the turnaround plan.
I won't consider investing without those things.
PMTS seems very messed up right now.
Still, I will be very interested in reading the Q and conference call.
We might get our entry if we still want it.

Obviously PMTS is on my watch list. I keep looking for more information. When I finally see good developments, I would like to be one of the first to realize it.
Well it's still on the watch list. We don't have any skin in the game.
Could be another way to look at things.
But I think there is trouble there. I've also read some of the on-line job reviews.
It's not a pretty picture.
The release of their next Q hopefully will answer some questions.
May be adding jobs.
PMTS job openings in 3 cities, other than in Nashville. This is just crazy.
Having so many job opening in labor jobs means something isn't going right. Just guessing but maybe it's a bad work environment, or they don't pay enough.
One thing I have noticed that might not be cost effective is PMTS may simply have too many facilities (4) and might be better served consolidating into fewer or just 1 facility.
I hope the new CEO is looking into all of these things.

I have it on watch daily.
I'm okay with that line of thought. Certainly less risky.
I don't know. I would think just because the job has filled but no results have been shown yet I think I'll still hang out until I see some signs that da boyz are in and accumulating. That's hard to tell sometimes but if we watch it closely enough we should be able to have an idea.
I feel like I am in the cat bird's seat.
I thought I knew the company well enough to invest in their turnaround. Turned out I didn't.
The week following opening my initial position, PMTS filed, and in an 8K announced the R/S possibility.
Now I have the luxury of more knowledge and the time to watch them either right-the-ship or sink.
If I see the signs I am looking for, starting with an announced turnaround strategy, I can jump right back in.
We can track the help wanted ads.
When they pull the Sales Director job off, we can assume they hired someone.
That might be a good time to open a position.
What do you think of that?
They may have gotten a small piece of time (probably not enough) to show their wares, so to speak. No progress, hit the bricks.
You may be right. You suspected it all along. It would also be the most prudent thing for the new CEO to do.
old regime people are being asked to leave or being fired, so a new team can be brought in to try and turn this iceberg around.
Just a guess that it's the latter.
Keeping track of hirings and firings @ PMTS
Look at all of these job openings (all listed below).
I am going to keep watching PMTS for a turnaround opportunity. There may never be one though.
I am sorry I ever told people I invested in PMTS (twice) before the R/S was announced. Embarrassing. Thankfully I sold quickly after the R/S was announced.
I'm licking my wounds but they were merely "flesh wounds". I hope anyone else who followed me in weren't hurt very much.
IMO ... Wholly cow, this is a major stay-away-from-investing-in-PMTS until they get their staffing under control and a new sales strategy is released.
And take a look at some of the employee reviews. Granted, some people might have a bone to pick, but there are quite a few.
https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Employee-Review-CPI-Card-Group-Colorado-RVW12385160.htm
https://www.indeed.com/cmp/Cpi-Card-Group/reviews
Look at all of these job openings.
Definitely the Director of Sales needs a better person than the last one who presided over a revenue decline of nearly $200 million.
The Controller saw everything financial.
The Staff Accountant and Accountant were part of the same team. It's quite possible some of these people abandoned ship because they don't believe the company can be saved because with the switch to mobile wallets, maybe they know the CPI product is no longer viable or desireable by forward thinking corporations looking to go paperless in every way.

Very interesting with all of the job postings, another BoD change is coming.
This is either everyone bailing because they see the handwriting on the wall, or old regime people are being asked to leave or being fired, so a new team can be brought in to try and turn this iceberg around.

Especially if we're waiting for 75 cents.
Yea, I I’ve been checking those out. Does seem like they’re cleaning house and a building a new...
One thing I’ve learned is that patience is a must in the market
Just double checking, have you seen the help wanted ads I've posted from PMTS?
I’m still watching and waiting to here some positive news come out. I still think eating will know this down drastically, and then buyers will come in
If PMTS was as active on the revenue front as they are on Twitter, they would be reversing the PPS decline.

Yes but still waiting to hear how he intends to turn the ship around.
That's one way to look at it.
I'm thinking it was a sinking ship in need of life preservers. The rats were jumping off.
It may prove to be fortuitous.
Revenues are still over $250 million. They have something to work with here.
The CEO may be replacing those that he feels weren't doing their jobs.
