Early January it was under .35 We bought it back then for the January effect. We do it every yr and it is very profitable for us over the yrs. We have our people search for stocks that fit the bill and AEZS was a candidate and we bought a good amount. We never thought AEZS would be pumped up to 3.50 but we sold it all the way up most shares were sold cheaper but a gift is a gift lol. We are waiting for another gift from AEZS and I think its coming very soon. I wouldnt mind buying 250k shares under .40 get ready the days are being counted for the delisting notice. Bring it down to .30 -.40 on the delisting notice and Id buy AEZS for a trade again. It could happen this week if you count the days. Will they try to hide the notice that would be very scammy I hope not. Rules are rules and if they break them there is a punishment for sure.

$73M cash, PH3, multiple early stage trials, and the marketing rights to a German COVID PILL.
At the support level when it bounced to $3.23.

On January 21 this year the stock closed at 0.77
On January 25, 0.66
On January 27, the stock closed at 0.75
On 1 February 0.70
On February 2, which is the day the company first announced the development of the vaccine, the stock closed at $ 1
On February 4, 1.08
But the big rise in nothing occurred on February 8 to a price of 3.34
On February 9 it fell to 2.2

The placement shares are so underwater they are going to keep dumping those shares now that the time restrictions are off its been 6 months since the placement . Cut in half no hedge fund wants to hold on any longer now that they can sell them .

Not really. I agree it will be perceived so though. Assuming we don't get to $1/share by the time we actually receive the notice, my guess is it will cause a 30% haircut in the share price over a few days and 50% by EOY with no good news. But if you understand the share price here is completely manipulated, by who and why, then it will possibly create a nice opportunity to make some serious money. There are way too many possible positive catalysts over the next 18 months and they have way too much cash for the share price to stay under $1/share for the 18 months they will have to regain compliance without doing anything crazy, like a RS....
Seriously, P3 Macimorelin DETECT study will be completed and results reported in that timeframe.... Hell, I'll bet P3 enrollment update alone gets this to $1/share... No way this stays under $1/share for 18 months.... well, P3 DETECT failure would do it... LOL

aezs will be doing that,like they did the adult test although so far the adult test hasnt really sold too well probably due to ins companies in usa being cheap,the child test will be different because its for an unmet need being there is no way to test kids for ghd,still the key is other uses for macrilen,again 2 phase 3 in usa for 2 different indications and preclinical for l gehrig disease,also again the child test will be big also,the covid and other licensing deals are also important and im sure some will become valuable,if we could just get the covid pill vaccine in front of fda and eu with fab preclinical results,i think thats why that is taken so long,they want much better results than whats out there and also they coud be trying to cover the variances of covid also that are becoming more of a problem,with all these things happening aezs is bound to bounce well over 3 and more on the right news,it sucks it has dropped from 3 but long term u will at least double your money imo min but again its going to take some time,if aezs nails this covid pill what do u think the pps will climb 2,i say min 10 bucks on fab preclinicals and submission to fda and eu,im not saying this will be a 50 $ stock but 10 is easilt attainable and maybe even 20 if most catalysts come to fruition,again just hold like i did when i was 90% down in aezs and ended making good money in the end,ive loaded the boat again at these low prices and i think will make even a bigger hit than last time when she hit 3 bucks,god bless all and good luck to us
