Wow down another 10% today.
Over 3 Million in Volume.
Looks like Investment Brokers are selling.
Looking more and more like ChanBond will win this Litigation.
Woe be COMM!
COMM $5.76 today. Insties getting nervous. $5 soon?
Yes....it looks like Toast for sure concerning CORECOMM.
COMM $7.54. The hits just keep on coming. If or when COMM hits $5, it is toast.
At $5, institutions need to sell it. COMM would be considered just a penny stock.
Chanbond vs COMM is like a big anchor. My dog likes toast, but not soggy toast.
Its daily sinking PPS does not bode well for retail COMM holders. Buyer beware.
So, two COMM P&D plays. Sept, then Oct. Guess COMM traders profit-taking before the fall.
Maybe COMM adding assets to stuff its coffers before settling the Patent Case against them.
At this later stage of the lawsuit, important to read Pacers on it, maybe for all parties involved.
If the court case gets dicey, COMM, others could make a mega-settlement with the other side.

In case you are interested Do the Stock Experienced Heavy Trading? CommScope Holding Company, Inc. (NASDAQ:COMM)
WOW....this has got to be a record fall for COMM.
In the last 5 Days alone the PPS has dropped from $11 Bucks down to $9.65.
Can't they see the handwriting on the wall.
At this rate they will be shorted into Bankruptcy in less than a month.
Oh...My goodness!
ROTFLAMO
Winner takes all!!
$$ ChanBond $$
Hmmm. Maybe. COMM dropped to 10.015 this morning.
I believe Bruce and Tony's dog are the cause of this? Will we see 9$ on Monday?
Correct that. COMM 10.19. Insties selling lots off?
Looking really limp. Closing in on 9's. Next week?
COMM 10.295 this morning. Hitting 9's next week? Insties shedding shares? Long slow wind down.
10.61 today. My last post it was 12.56. It's not looking good for COMM at all.
Institutions slowly bailing out of COMM. Probably see the writing on the wall.
Well..the rise in COMM share price could mean they are close to a settlement.....but then if one is announced where would the price of COMM go.
Up or Down.
That's a whole lot of money We are talking about....COMM would have to buy all of those Patents and sue the cable Companies for Royalty payments.
Settlement does not make sense....let COMM go Bankrupt.
I think the Cable Companies have a lot more money collectively than what Corecomm could ever imagine having.
JMHO
And....Now He has been fired and stock is going into the gutter fast!!
Yeah, speculating is No DD. I've been here for quite some time following the case listening to Court audio, reading all the pacers. I don't know how one would arrive at such far fetched OPINION of how shareholders get payed, Is there some factual background, case studies, legal precedents in this opinion. It's seems highly illegal to screw over shareholders. Think it's easy after victory in a federal court to turn around and say sorry folks money is all mine and the judge would say fine, you deserve it all ? I think not.
The funny part is UOIP shareholders not receiving a penny of the pinky fantasy of becoming wealthy.
Chanbond is not in the Eastern District of Texas - it is in Delaware where they Dismiss more non-practicing entity (patent troll) complaints than any other district.
Delaware loves their corporations and hates patent trolls.
IG
Will the Chanbond lawsuit be part of it? COMM needs to get ahead of it and not stay mute!
No more ostrich-head in the ground! Discuss its potential impact on profits and bottom line!
Hoping COMM will lay this out in the call for its SHs and Instie holders to digest and weigh!
It's hilarious to watch the trades go through..mostly odd lots or small amounts of shares.....I can smell the desperation.
Lets see what their earning release says... but i am betting that the PPS tumbles below 13 in august

Not sure if institutions read these posts...
I was wondering where everybody went. What're you all doin' over here? tsk tsk. Doesn't seem like this one needs helping finding bottom.
Found it thank you!!!
Look under the work hot at the top. You will find UOIP under most read. I understand what your talking about. Try book marking the page after you find it.
Just search it in the ticker search tab and you'll find it.
Allin were is our uoip board??
Aug 8, 2019 8:30 AM EDT Commscope earnings call.
Wonder why it's a week later than last year. Maybe meaningless, who knows?
Looking forward to hearing what they have to say!
fair point. If they had been reading your material all along, a collective billion or two (thus far) could have been saved.
Guess I should restate it is they 'think' they have better things to do with their time :).
COMM will be like a shuttered used-car lot! Institutional guys will take their $ and leave!
Probably not much longer, since its fins due! Next couple weeks will be very interesting!
Officially opened a short position with COMM @ $14.77. This thing is doomed. Breaking through the floor at all key points of support.
Only people here discussing are those who stand to benefit greatly from a lawsuit that involves this company. And then one other individual who spends his entire days following those same people around claiming paid pumpers. Yet his posts still stand isn't that funny? LOL
Funny that his posts linger after claiming your pumping. Shows the one-sidedness of this great site.
Whoa! "$3B decline in CommScope market cap" Looks like the lawsuit is going to "sweep the leg"!
With that, COMM will have to display the costs! It's probably waiting until last legal maneuver fails!
"Institutions have better things to do with their time."
Yup...like losing money in a rising market. AJ
Maybe they're off to the COMM going-away soirée? Institutional COMM holders having a send-off?
COMM just keeps losing ground! As for why? Hmmm? The coming financials could be quite telling!
Q2 Earnings and CC should be around 7-31-19. For owners interested in the recent changes and wanting an explanation, I'd encourage reaching out to investor relations and asking them to be sure to include talking points on this topic in the Q2 CC.

New all time low this morning. Down 4%, 59 cents last time I looked. Trading at $14.53.
Would love to hear any alternate theories on why this is happening. All I've heard to date is the huge UOIP liability. Sorry... Unified Online. UOIP registration got revoked and the company it's suing drops 4% the next day.
Strange world we live in.
Well that's depressing, I was hoping for something a bit more colorful, anyone seen my missing ticker, got loose yesterday and I can't seem to find her. Her name is UOIP , I fear she's gone into the private sector.
Well given that the lifetime average on this board is about 3 posts a year... I'd say no conclusion can be decisively drawn about where everyone is :)
With near 0% individual ownership, makes sense that no one is here to discuss. Institutions have better things to do with their time.
Were did everyone go
I have never seen a stock with all institutional ownership. Is this common, and has this always been the case for COMM?
Makes sense that there are no individuals on this board, no one owns it.
IGLOW, if you don't believe the recent drop is related to the litigation, then what do you attribute it to?
