Not sure why they are expecting a merger...This stock is showing all signs of going obsolete. I don't think anyone is expecting it to do anything and there was too much debt for a payout. Stock holders will get screwed.

can anyone recommend a broker for these type stocks,use vanguard,they wont let me buy anything under .01 cents, preferably one that doesn't have a minimum balance requirement, and doesn't charge a kings ransom in commissions, see a lot of them making you divide up a large purchase into smaller purchases, to increase their commission. maybe what i'm trying to find is unreasonable, but i got used to robinhood, wish they allowed OTC trading
