$CMIT @ .0016!
CMIT has a pulse. Some Ask hits.
Seen that, some dumping - CMIT downlisted to "stop"sign - no information - can't seem to get a hold of anyone. Anyone else have any luck?
Until then though, the wheels are back on the party bus!
Those scams will end in a government investigation. They're watching very closely but takes time to enforce.
You asked what it would take to get back to a penny. Since every mining company, biotech company, shoe store and miniature golf company on the pinksheets is announcing they are going to participate in the legal marijuana market, why shouldn't CMIT? It's just plain crazy the way these piggies run when you slap a MJ press release on them.
what does this have to do with that?
Marijuana news should do it.
Only a merger
what would it take to get back to a penny?
I have been trying to research this company but never find any current information. I just spoke with:
Michael J. Bongiovanni
Greentree Financial
19720 Jetton Road, 3rd Floor Penthouse
Cornelius, NC 28031
Phone: 704-892-8733
Email: mikebongiovanni@msn.com
He is listed in the quarterly reports and fillings as the investor relations consultant. When I spoke with him, he blatantly lied over the phone and said that he has never been involved with CMIT. He clearly has a past with cmark international inc. because he is not just listed as the investor relations consultant on one financial filling, he is on all of them. IMHO he may have had insider knowledge of the companies' downfall, after Charles died. He would probably also benefit from selling shares into a pump if he was holding. I filed an official complaint with the SEC about much of this as well as telecommunications being disconnected without notifying investors.
Has anyone found any information pertaining to CMIT symbol or Cmark international inc since the telecommunications disconnect and website removals?
not b4 trip zzz start hitting
NITE bring it in trips at least we buy lotto
That is csti but the bid is at 0004
Anyone know what MMID CSTI is? there is a 700k block of shares showing in lvl 2
This was so ready to go! What happened here?
I hit the ask only way fk NITE is hit the ask
Could be on to something.. interesting..
Just look at $WNTR - announces MJ and boom - just a though ;) $CMIT looking for RM candidate....hmmmmm
One thing is for sure- regardless of if a merging company deals in the MJ sector or not, as long as the merging company is profitable imo, this will take off like a rocket due to increased volume during a r/s and the small float that cmit has.
Anything can happen in this environment but I have some pretty good
indications/contacts that believe this is close to completion but I
should always say that this is IMO.. I don't want to spread false hope
but I definitely want to hold a position here since it will be hard to
chase and probably be too late for the early profits.. Have you been
hearing anything on this from your side? any predictions?
How do u know it will happen?
It would really be beneficial for either IMO.. Point is that CMIT is
a PRIME candidate and I believe this is almost a done deal if not
already.. I wonder who will be first to recognize this event and get
the investors awareness.. It's the first in that will win on this one,
and this should be very very soon.. again IMO.
I agree that hemp would benefit greatly, the only other company I could think of to be interested would be mjna. MJNA would also benefit a great deal because they could cut their share structure down significantly and they are very diversified.
I've been told it has MJ implications on the Reverse Merger as well.
I've been trying to figure out what company, but this would make
sense.. HEMP could benefit from this merger more than most..
But did Trafalgar approve it? They're in control.
Talk of a MJ deal with HEMP has been posted on cmit yahoo finance board http://finance.yahoo.com/mb/CMIT/
Tea fanfare needs to move to the side and let hiyker rest
Yea this has been "silently" being accumulated over the last month
but I believe it's very close.. Reverse Mergers are very appealing
on many counts.. Government ties on this one makes this a very
appealing merger for some..
Did you see that almost 150k shares went through in the last 45 mins? I think it is interesting given that the average volume per day is 67k. You have my attention, I'll do some research over the holiday weekend and see if I can dig up any info on what is going on.
Once announced these price points we are at will be gone.. probably
start actually let retailers in over a penny.. depends how high they
GAP it..
Keep in mind it's the contacts and infrastructure that would be of
interest in a merger, licenses .. etc.. not the people or websites..
This merger is being finalized and will save the acquiring company
the process/cost of becoming a public traded entity + the initial
tax benefits associated with the outstanding debt, which I believe
might come in the form of stock payments.
GLTA
I did some research and can confirm the site is down.I do not really believe that this is due to a merger. I tried calling cmark also and found that their telephone has been disconnected. I'm also looking at the level 2's and can see about 200k shares for sale by etrade and ameritrade firms which makes me believe that buyer confidence in this particular case just doesn't exist and that people are running. jmho
Www.cmark.org guys site is down is that the signal the merger with new entity is done and that's the reason this slow accumulation is on hmm smelling good
MMs not selling at bids any more hit those asks guys I smell it now
NITE would have not raised bid unless he has some inside info get these cheapies below 0.01 before this starts north
Chase 0.05 seen end if merger news comes out I smell it coming
You just breathe on it and the price moves.
Well I'm in Germany :)
Trafalgar is in control and needs to get on board....good luck since they are in Germany.
Another company go MJ today - I would think the management in CMIT is eying this market for a quick jump - we can see $0.02+ easily if they announce anything with MJ - would be a smart play for the company :)
