Having trouble seeing the P n D here...they are in over 200 hospitals in FL, they had solid earnings, they seem to be moving forward on several fronts....


Only thing that changed, for the time being, is the SP went down from the PM highs yesterday morning.

I did sell right at 7am but had trouble getting out and averaged out at around $1.25 I put a order in for 75% of those shares back at $1.10 witch I didn't even think it would probable fill. It filled and went back over $1.20 but then the sell off. I should have know better because I have seen this time and time again. I still ended up some on this but taking a hard hit on the $1.10 shares. I thought of averaging down at $1.00 and glad I didn't and now it is at .91

I think I will just hold what I got for now and see if it recovers. Not sure what the hell to think at this point. I know afters is just afters but the way it is going I can't help but expect a fair gap down just like the gap up today and yesterdays decent PM trading. If I am wrong then at least my account will look a bit better in the AM. lol

I couldn't believe how between 5-7am this was trading as high as $1.50 I figured I would get out at 7am for no less than $1.35

I can't see the selling currently going on now or in afters as too much "profit taking", you would think that was done earlier today. It seems it is huge DILUTION. I guess if you are going to do a reverse split than who cares if the PPS is below $1, just keep printing into the PUMP, the recent news and earnings report. Kinda seems like a no brainer to me.

Just gonna watch it close. GLTA

Like I said, they are printing shares after shares. You would THINK they would ease off to stay over $1 or is a reverse split coming. I guess anything is better than a public or direct offering I guess, and hope that doesn't happen.

True many bought lower but I figured the selling pressure/profit taking would have dried up by now. Like you say, hopefully it will base out and start moving back up as many are in above the current price as well.

Struggling to stay at $1 is not to encouraging.

Maybe this current two hour game of ping pong is consolidation?

Have made a tun on this since yesterday but it is getting diluted to hell. VWAP is $1.09 and RSI 40 and should not be trading this low. I was shocked when it fell under $1 Good earnings report did nothing and it even dropped after the report, probable dilution into the report who knows. Needing to stay above $1 you would think they would ease off the printing press a little but probable desperately need the money. Massive volume and it is at $1.02 totally ridiculous!

It's much more than the one study I linked. Google covid and cytokines. I've known about this challenging part of the CV for many months. I had no idea until this morning their tech can stop the flood of cytokines.
