I dumpedall my warrants holding avery few shares. I think this has a lotgoing for it in the long reun but for now it looks like its taost. Will buy on the drop which is comminhg
what is the new symbol
The next move will be to kill as many warrants as they possibly can by keeping price low and calling in all warrants. That should happen soon.
Then, after the warrants are killed off, they can start doing business.
This looks DOA. Interested to see how this vote plays out. I think I'd just take my $10 back and run. Wish I waited to buy.
I don't understand how this is under $10???
Right.
CFII vote takes place on March 5, 2021 = Friday.
Usually there is a sell off after conversion but we are so low maybe that does not happen.
IMHO, Bears say there is a glut of vacant office buildings so no stampede of new construction. They disregard the backlog of orders.
However, even the bears admit this is a great stock for the long run. The 800 lb gorilla in the world of advanced window technology.
It would be nice if they could miniaturize the technology and get it into residential homes. High end homes would love to have it. No more shades. If you want to block the light, VIEW can make light go to zero, etc
Seems there should be a lot more excited activity on this board, This is a great merger with all kinds of bells & whistles. I think people glance at this and say " Oh, it's just a window company..." That's like saying " Oh, Amazon is just a store delivery company..." Check out how much of a backlog is waiting for this company... the Tech is futureistic-better than the Jetsons. I Love DD&$$...Bo
I picked up more shares a couple of minutes ago @ 11.20. I'll have more money clear tomorrow-will get a few more if it is still under $12.00...Bo
I added a little to my warrant position yesterday
Looks like 1st week in March. I hope it is earlier. I think most people get as far as "window company" in their DD and turn the page to something else that sounds more exciting. I am excited to get in this below $20.00...Bo
Should be closing any day here... I am adding
Hi guys, just bought 8 shares. Not huge, but something!
any idea when the merger will finnalize
I am in here. These windows are unbelievable. The investment public has not caught on to this yet. It is going to be a fun ride.
Everybody uses windows, there are no exceptions.

View, the leader in Smart Windows, to Merge with CF Finance Acquisition Corp. II
4:16 pm ET November 30, 2020 (Benzinga) Print
View, Inc. ("View"), a Silicon Valley-based smart window company, and CF Finance Acquisition Corp. II (NASDAQ:CFII) ("CF II"), a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by Cantor Fitzgerald, today announced they have entered into a definitive merger agreement. The combined company will be called View, Inc. and will be publicly listed on the NASDAQ market following the close of the transaction.
View is the market leader in next-generation smart windows that use artificial intelligence and machine learning which will tint the glass to optimize natural light while controlling heat and glare to enhance mental and physical well-being for occupants, creating smart connected buildings which reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
View serves diverse real estate segments including corporate office, airports, multifamily, education, and healthcare. Strong secular tailwinds of climate change, human health and smart buildings are driving demand for View's smart windows. Environmental, social and governance initiatives and growing government regulations require buildings to retrofit and become energy efficient and net-zero-energy dwellings.
Following the closing of the transaction, View Chairman and CEO, Dr. Rao Mulpuri, and CFO, Vidul Prakash, will continue to lead View, supported by a deep and talented management team with substantial experience scaling high-growth businesses.
Dr. Mulpuri stated, "Climate change and human health are two of the most important challenges and opportunities of our time, and View is well-positioned to use technology to drive change across the real estate industry. View has created groundbreaking products, covered by over 1,000 patents and built state of the art manufacturing operations in the United States. As we become a public company and continue on our growth strategy, we are very excited to partner with Howard Lutnick and the team at Newmark, which will enable us to leverage their deep commercial real estate expertise."
Howard Lutnick, Chairman and CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald, CF Finance Acquisition Corp. II, and Chairman of Newmark Group, stated, "View's smart windows are a gamechanger that will revolutionize the real estate experience. Buildings will no longer need blinds and shades, which will enhance the experience of building occupants, substantially reduce energy usage, and improve space utilization. We are excited to be working with Rao and the team at View to not only help deliver the capital needed to further build out View's capacity, but also leverage our real estate platforms to create awareness, scale and drive change across the real estate industry."
