About the FCC
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is an independent United States government agency, directly responsible to Congress. The FCC was established by the Communications Act of 1934 and is charged with regulating interstate and international communications by radio, television, wire, satellite and cable. The FCC's jurisdiction covers the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. possessions.
Organization
The FCC is directed by five Commissioners appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate for 5-year terms, except when filling an unexpired term. The President designates one of the Commissioners to serve as Chairperson. Only three Commissioners may be members of the same political party. None of them can have a financial interest in any Commission-related business.
As the chief executive officer of the Commission, the Chairman delegates management and administrative responsibility to the Managing Director. The Commissioners supervise all FCC activities, delegating responsibilities to staff units and Bureaus.
Bureaus and Offices
The Commission staff is organized by function. There are seven operating Bureaus and ten Staff Offices. The Bureaus’ responsibilities include: processing applications for licenses and other filings; analyzing complaints; conducting investigations; developing and implementing regulatory programs; and taking part in hearings. Our Offices provide support services. Even though the Bureaus and Offices have their individual functions, they regularly join forces and share expertise in addressing Commission issues.
Consumer & Governmental Affairs Bureau - educates and informs consumers about telecommunications goods and services and engages their input to help guide the work of the Commission. CGB coordinates telecommunications policy efforts with industry and with other governmental agencies — federal, tribal, state and local — in serving the public interest.
Enforcement Bureau - enforces the Communications Act, as well as the Commission’s rules, orders and authorizations.
International Bureau - represents the Commission in satellite and international matters.
Media Bureau - regulates AM, FM radio and television broadcast stations, as well as cable television and satellite services.
Wireless Telecommunications - oversees cellular and PCS phones, pagers and two-way radios. This Bureau also regulates the use of radio spectrum to fulfill the communications needs of businesses, aircraft and ship operators, and individuals.
Public Safety & Homeland Security Bureau - addresses public safety, homeland security, national security, emergency management and preparedness, disaster management, and other related issues.
Wireline Competition Bureau - responsible for rules and policies concerning telephone companies that provide interstate, and under certain circumstances intrastate, telecommunications services to the public through the use of wire-based transmission facilities (i.e., corded/cordless telephones).
Office of Administrative Law Judges - presides over hearings, and issues Initial Decisions.
Office of Communications Business Opportunities - provides advice to the Commission on issues and policies concerning opportunities for ownership by small, minority and women-owned communications businesses.
Office of Engineering And Technology - allocates spectrum for non-Government use and provides expert advice on technical issues before the Commission.
Office of The General Counsel - serves as chief legal advisor to the Commission's various Bureaus and Offices.
Office of Inspector General - conducts and supervises audits and investigations relating to the operations of the Commission.
Office of Legislative Affairs - is the Commission’s main point of contact with Congress.
Office of The Managing Director - functions as a chief operating official, serving under the direction and supervision of the Chairman.
Office of Media Relations - informs the news media of FCC decisions and serves as the Commission‘s main point of contact with the media.
Office of Strategic Planning & Policy Analysis - works with the Chairman, Commissioners, Bureaus and Offices to develop strategic plans identifying policy objectives for the agency.
Office of Work Place Diversity - advises the Commission on all issues related to workforce diversity, affirmative recruitment and equal employment opportunity.

Our focus here is to develop a unique interactive business talk show concept, focused on providing information about small publicly- traded companies that typically do not receive press coverage by the major media outlets. The revenue stream is from advertisers, exchange partners, and sponsors.

they still say their public????
Thank you, Jimmy.
I meant to say "disadvantage"
"at a distinct advantage"
I'm sorry to hear that, my condolences to the family and friends.
bull
I trade many stocks so if I marched to every office of a company that hired promoters, I'd be on the road 365 days a year. I don't have a problem with any promoter who discloses; that gives me the opportunity to decide if I want to stay or go. I do however have a problem with the lowly promoters, p&d'ers, or whatever you want to call them, who accept info and shares under the table and then give out insider info to their friends and/or subcontractors. That puts me as a shareholder who had to purchase shares at a distinct advantage. I don't know how these people can live with themselves. Money is only a way of expediting "stuff", and in the long run, who really cares how much "stuff" you accumulate? The hottest lambo in the world won't buy you integrity or love.
Bull, I have a funeral of a good friend to attend today, and really, it brings all this nonsense into perspective for me. I don't want to argue with anyone; life is too short. I'll leave this board for the others to post as they will. I hope you and your friends do well in the stock market and any other endeavors you wish to undertake.

pk ob CEO scammers?
1/2 of Ihub posters are promo people you want names?
I was contacted thru Ihub and offered $150k to pump garbage about a month and half ago and the guy gave me a bunch of his promo peoples names- thats why I stopped posting .pk .ob- Im too cute for jail. (when the SEC shuts em all down)
and you knew CPRK was a promo just by seeing these posts. reverse merger into a pink- = pretty scarey- you made money now run with it- cuz the evil doers will win- until judgement day- then its a TOTAL LOSS>

Does anyone think that it's ethical or for a CEO/board member to post on stock boards and then when folks disagree with him or post negativity about a company, he would retaliate by contacting a poster's school and try to get their personal information?
This same company official made derogatory comments about ihub refusing to release "basher's" (of his company's stock at the time)private information to him one day on the air. Why would a CEO want a poster's private information? What would his intent be?
Also, why would a company official be posting on a stock board anyways and when people disagree with him, say they're stalking him? I don't believe engaging in discussions/debates on a stock board can really be legally defined as "stalking" but contacting someone's school and requesting their personal information sure sounds like stalking to me!
I feel like I've been seriously violated by a company official and someone that would go to the lengths of illegally using an IP address and contacting my school is EXTREMELY threatening.
A "credible threat" is considered to be one that would cause a reasonable person to be in fear for the person's life or safety of his or her immediate family. If the stalking occurs by virtue of repeated communications, it isn't necessary that the communications be made at the same time as the threat to be considered "in connection" with the threat. They might occur before, during or after the threat is made, so long as the communication is related to, a part or in furtherance of the credible threat.
>>CEOs of scam companies ripoff investors by selling them worthless stock and scam promoters pump worthless stock so it can be dumped on unsuspecting investors<<
very interesting point you make there TVC. Very interesting indeed!
I would like to talk about a scammy CEO/board member that hosts a website and then illegally obtains individual's IP addresses.
Then that scummy ex CEO contacts the individual's school requesting personal documentation stating they're being stalked (LMAO @ stalking a 50 yro crook). IMO that's very ILLEGAL.
It seems like these people cry "stalker" often like the little boy that cries wolf. Hope that wolf doesn't bite him in the azz :)
