The Publishing segment publishes and distributes adult and children's consumer books in printed, audio, and digital formats under the Simon & Schuster, Pocket Books, Scribner, Atria Books, Simon Spotlight Entertainment, Free Press, Simon Spotlight, Aladdin Paperbacks, and Books for Young Readers imprints. The company was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in New York, New York.
