I’ve contacted Lisa via email regarding the possibility of a price surge for CBDL. I was high on acid at the time so I’m not really sure what I asked her. Prior to finishing a quart of Gilbeys, I had asked her about the company doing a share buyback. Before the acid hit, I did a bong load of meth and sent her a rambling incoherent email. I’m currently at the ER, but still pro CBDL.

This was about management getting rich selling shares. Selling billions made them more then ever would selling CBD. They hyped it after Nov 2020 elections. Ran it up and then billions later stuck at .0001. If they cared about shareholders. They have not financed like this.

After a couple of years they stopped due to everybody and their brother jumping in the game. That being said, strong companies have survived and boomed! Qualitative analysis of several commercial products containing ?8-tetrahydrocannabinol (?8-THC) as a major component using GC-MS resulted in the identification of several impurities along with ?8-THC. In an attempt to isolate and identify these impurities, a commercial ?8-THC distillate was selected for the isolation work. Eleven impurities were isolated using a variety of chromatographic techniques, and their chemical structures were determined. These include ?4,8-iso-tetrahydrocannabinol (1), ?4-iso-tetrahydrocannabinol (2), ?8-cis-iso-tetrahydrocannabinol (3), 4,8-epoxy-iso-tetrahydrocannabinol (4), 8-hydroxy-iso-tetrahydrocannabinol (5), 9ß-hydroxyhexahydrocannabinol (6), 9a-hydroxyhexa-hydrocannabinol (7), iso-tetrahydrocannabifuran (8), cannabicitran (CBT, 9), olivetol (10), and ?9-THC (11). The chemical structures of the purified compounds were determined using several spectroscopic methods, including 1D (1H, 13C, and DEPT-135) and 2D (COSY, HMQC, HMBC, and NOESY) NMR, LC–MS, and GC-MS. Other naturally occurring cannabinoids and impurities were also identified in GC-MS chromatograms but were not isolated. These were cannabidiol (CBD, 12), cannabinol (CBN, 13), hexahydrocannabinol (HHC, 14), and ?8-tetrahydrocannabivarin (?8-THCV, 15). The chemical structure of ?8-THCV (15), for which a standard was not available, was confirmed by partial synthesis and NMR analysis. This experiment is the first to characterize the behavioral effects of vaporized delta-8 THC, CBD, and CBD/delta-8 THC in male rats.

Results: CBD and CBD/delta-8 THC mixtures resulted in a significant increase in locomotion across the entire session. Although delta-8 THC alone had no significant effect on locomotion across the session, the 10?mg concentration of delta-8 THC had a hyperlocomotion effect in the first 30?min of the session followed by a hypolocomotor effect later in the session. In the tail withdrawal assay, a 3/1 mixture of CBD/delta-8 THC resulted in an immediate analgesic effect compared to vehicle vapor. Finally, immediately following vapor exposure, all drugs had a hypothermic effect on body temperature compared to vehicle.

While data were generally congruent with previous research investigating delta-9 THC, future studies should explore abuse liability and validate plasma blood concentrations of these drugs following administration through whole-body vapor exposure.

Dirty ass Scott Gottlieb, ex-FDA head, ex-munster, current pfizer board member, is trying to order congress around from his cubicle in pfizer's basement. He wants congress to schedule delta8THC even though the DEA has already said otherwise.

This is while we are supposed to be nearing the re or de scheduling of the entire plant and it also goes completely against the 2018 Farm Bill. The 2023 Farm Bill will likely bring many positive changes like possibly raising the Delta9THC level for hemp to 1% plus an error margin, so he is just blowing hot air to bother people. He's such a menace to humans now that he's grown up...

Just FYI, the DEA didn't make delta8THC a controlled substance. They made delta8THCO and delta9THCO controlled substances as they are derived synthetically. Regular delta8THC has already been cleared by the DEA as explicitly NOT a controlled substance as long as it's naturally derived from hemp.

IMO, right when the market closes, and the retail orders fall off L2, you can see that 1billion of the 1.5billion 2's on the ask are retail holders with their shares up for sale. Maybe they are holding it down to accumulate more 1s. Maybe they are just interested in flipping 1s for 2s. I don't know, but if they cancel their sell orders, the real amount of 2's on the ask is around 547mil, not 1.5bil.
