Those are some very serious profits. CACI could do a lot to venture out to make sure they don't fall into overcapitalization.
The price is starting to reflect a market that looks to be over saturated for CACI. It seems to be stuck in the $45.00 to $46.00 per share range. That's an awesome problem I must admit.

CACI International Inc.'s (CACI) fiscal fourth-quarter profit rose a
greater-than-expected 23% as the contractor benefited from increased government
spending on security and information technology.
Government contracts have insulated CACI's business from the effects of the
recession. In June, the company raised its fiscal 2009 guidance, citing strong
U.S. performance and a better-than-expected performance in U.K. operations.
For the quarter ended June 30, CACI reported a profit of $29 million, or 95 cents
a share, up from $23.5 million, or 77 cents a share, a year earlier. Revenue rose
11% to $728.9 million.
Analysts' estimates were for earnings of 92 cents on revenue of $703 million,
according to a poll by Thomson Reuters.
Operating margin rose to 7.2% from 7.1%.
Orders rose 21%, while total backlog grew 11% from a year earlier to $7.8
billion.
Shares of CACI, which also reiterated its forecast for the new fiscal year,
closed at $47.36 and were inactive after-hours. The stock is down just 2.7% the
past year.

International Inc (CACI) announced today it has been awarded a prime, indefinite
delivery/indefinite quantity task order contract with a ceiling value of $450
million to provide recruiting and retention services for the National Guard. CACI
is one of three companies awarded the five-year (one base year with four one-year
options) contract by the National Guard Bureau to support a broad array of
programs to help ensure the National Guard's ability to maintain its end
strength. The award continues CACI's legacy of support for the National Guard and
integrates several decades of recruiting and retention experience from valued
members of the CACI Team.
The National Guard is a joint reserve component of the U.S. Army and the U.S. Air
Force. National Guard units can be mobilized for active duty, during times of war
or of national emergency. Currently, nearly 30 percent of total U.S. forces in
Iraq and Afghanistan consist of mobilized personnel of the National Guard and
other Reserve components. The Guard is administered by the National Guard Bureau,
which is a joint activity under the Department of Defense.
To help the National Guard meet its critical retention and recruitment goals, the
CACI Team's support activities for this contract will include a full range of
recruiting and retention services; development of training modules and support
materials; research and analysis; specialized recruiting to meet specific
requirements; end-item development and management; and the design and management
of Web portals and databases. Work on the award will have the significant
involvement of CACI's functional core competencies of data, information, and

International Inc (CACI) announced today it has been awarded a prime, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with a ceiling value of $94 million along with an initial task order award of $14.2 million. CACI is one of two companies awarded the five-year (one base year with four one-year options) contract by the National Protection and Program Directorate (NPPD) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The new work supports national infrastructure protection through duty desk, watch desk, and operation support services for the directorate. It expands CACI's presence in the DHS with wide-ranging mission support.
NPPD is charged with advancing the risk-reduction mission of the DHS with an integrated approach that provides timely and effective responses to both natural disasters and threats caused by human elements. With this award, CACI will provide highly experienced personnel, around-the-clock, to support the NPPD
through management of duty desk and watch desk operations. The CACI team will enhance communications by managing, processing, and coordinating the flow of information across the DHS and with Protective Security Advisors (PSAs) in the field.
Under this first task order, CACI's support includes duty desk operations involving coordination with state and local groups throughout the nation. Future support may include watch desk responsibilities monitoring events ranging from natural disasters to possible terrorist incidents. Operation support services may
encompass everything from generating reports and formulating briefing materials to the analysis of national training exercises for DHS, state, and local government personnel.
This program expands CACI's support of critical infrastructure protection which also includes the Automated Critical Asset Management System (ACAMS) program. ACAMS is a CACI-maintained solution established to increase and broaden information sharing between critical infrastructure owners and the federal government.
