tnt yahoo baord - Amsterdam is #4 all flowers in the GTA. Number 4 out of 705 skus. That is just amazing.

You know what is also amazing if you had a chance to look at the number I provided for Cherry Mints in QC,
well, the number is even better after all stores were stocked. 582 were sold as of 5 pm.

Just to let you know that the restocking for AD, MK so far is very inadequate because whatever store got stock, it will be sold out within this weekend.

It is a good problem to have but nevertheless, TGOD needs to fix it. Perhaps most of these stocks are going
to the biggest market in the country, hence AD got to #4 a great feat to get to.

"Cherry Mints is moving up the ladder fast. It is now ranked higher than maple kush with 58 retailers carrying it compared to around 24 retailers last week in the GTA.

The number of retailers carrying the 28g Amsterdam just double from yesterday's number of 16.
Amsterdam 3.5g has surpassed 104 retailers as well. These are all good signs.

The highly sought Amsterdam Sativa in the GTA is now #1 in the 28g category. Now, there are 35 retailers carrying as I write this. It was only 32 retailers half an hour ago.

(the "Company" or "TGOD") (CSE: TGOD) (US-OTC: TGODF), a sustainable global cannabis company is pleased to announce that it has agreed to amend the terms of the amended and restated credit agreement dated September 29, 2021, as amended by a first amendment dated November 20, 2021 (the "Credit Agreement"), between The Green Organic Dutchman Ltd. (the "Borrower"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of TGOD, and its Canadian lender (the "Agent").

first off... Thank You all for Finally appointing a CFO - a Key Position for Any Company. Next, in the February 2022 Investor Presentation there seems to be conflicting information concerning Valleyfield (I know 'Planting' and 'Cultivation' have different meanings, but I want to know if TGOD is using them interchangeably):

Page 16: "Cultivation capacity 48,000 sq ft to commence planting in late 2021."

Page 24: "Sale and leaseback of Valleyfield completed – cultivation to commence early 2022: annual overhead savings of $4mm."

Hopefully, these are the next set of PR's that would give us Long-Term Investors experiencing current losses in the 90% range some hope:

1. Commencement of Cultivation in Valleyfield - Necessary because Ancaster is at Capacity and Demand has Increased.
2. 4th Quarter 2021 Financials - Quarter-over-Quarter Revenue Growth with Year-over-Year Revenue Growth.
3. TGOD has become EBITDA positive on a monthly Basis meeting Credit Agreement Covenant.
4. TGOD enters the United States.
5. 1st Quarter 2022 Financials - Quarter-over-Quarter Revenue Growth with the1st Quarter 2022 being the Highest Revenue Quarter to Date.

I am certain that the TGOD retail sales is minimal in BC. So, I will assume that the BC sales is ZERO. I will go further and say sales in SK is minimal too and to be conservative (lets assume it is ZERO as well).
Because, the Stifel market shares is = to 3.1% for those 4 provinces combined. Then I am most certain that TGOD’s market share is greater than the 3.1% if you stripped out BC and SK in the calculation.
However, I am going to keep this calculation to be the most conservative.
1. October sales for the 4 provinces excluding QC.
Using 1% X sales in ON and AB only (1% of $208.830 = $2.1 million)
2. November sales for the 4 provinces using 3.1% (however we know this should be higher)
3.1% of $207.401 (Again only sales from ON and AB only) = $6.43 million
3. December sales same as #2 above since we don’t have a sales number. (using $6.43 million)
Note, one can assume that this number is higher the $6.43 million only because it is a holiday
Season and we know how well it was perceived in QC. Plus we had the Amsterdam pushed
In late October as well as the Ascosta sales force coming into the pipeline.
So what did we get in as a Retail Sales number for TGOD for Q4/2021. (this figure does not include, Glaxie, medical and the tolling revenue).
Q4 estimate retail sales = 2.1+6.43+6.43+8 = 22.96 million
Applying a 67% to bring back to TGOD gross revenue = $15.4 million for Q2
This is just my guess but feel free to add anything that I missed. Remember that this is a conservative number.
