ECVG-THE STOCK SPLIT
On July 8, 2005, the holders of a majority of Enclaves' voting
securities authorized a Stock Split pursuant to which each five hundred (500)
currently outstanding shares of Common Stock (the "OLD SHARES") would be
automatically converted into one share of Common Stock (the "NEW SHARES"). The
Stock Split will be effected by the filing of a Certificate of Amendment to
Enclaves' Certificate of Incorporation in substantially the form of Appendix A.
The reason for the Stock Split is to increase the per share stock price and to
create a more attractive trading market for the Common Stock.
The Stock Split is being effectuated by reducing the number of
issued and outstanding shares at the ratio of 1 for 500. As of the date of this
information statement, 43,621,264,600 shares of Common Stock are outstanding and
upon consummation of the Stock Split approximately 87,242,529 shares will be
outstanding (assuming no shares are issued between the date hereof and the
closing of the Stock Split other than the issuance of New Shares). Enclaves'
stated capital will be reduced by approximately $43,534,022.07 and its
additional paid-in capital will be increased by approximately $43,534,022.07.
Enclaves' authorized capital stock will be unaffected by the Stock Split,
however, we are also amending our Certificate of Incorporation to decrease
Enclaves' authorized shares of Common Stock (see "Decrease in Authorized Common
Stock").

Buqqq (all)Hi your FDMLQ, Fib info -
Good one, ok see how in April goes .33 to .68 on mega vol? That's UP .35. Now,look at the vol candlesticks right to the May dip. There's NO vol, it dried up (no more sellers). See though how it went to .47 on that dip? Ok here's the Fib part.
+.35 first run, times 61% ( most common Fib #) equals .21. NOW, .21 from the April peak of .68 is what, .47, the place it dipped to.... EXACTLY!!!! To the penny. You might say, "so". What it does for us is tell us BEFORE it happens, what level the stock CAN go to. The Fib levels are 38%, 50%, 61%, 76%, 100%. The LESS it dips before starting up again, the stronger it is. As ex. see IPII, in mid june it dipped only (exactly) 50% before going again. The bottom line thing to watch for is the UP on big vol, (preferably w/the MACD ON the zero line, or darned close to it cuz that is strongest too), then the dip to a Fib # on waaaay less, then up again with good vol. like your FDMLQ pick. Then it's ready to rock again typically. Generally speaking, if a stock dips 50% or less (38%, 23%) then whatever the FIRST up leg did, will at min. be repeated on the 2nd leg up. Perfect ex. is IPII again, see it did +$12 up in May, then dipped to $16ish, THEN it went up +$12 AGAIN, almost exactly, to $28!
All JMHO, but I caught almost all of the IPII 2nd leg thanks to IronM's posting it. (I have been Fibbing for about 4 yrs now. It is amazing stuff.) Anyway, keep up the fantastic posting. If you see that stairstep pattern (IPII/ FDMLQ) we need not catch the first run, cuz the 2nd is usually as good if not better, POST them here or at bb's and we can ck the Fib patterns :>) Chat later. regards, Golf
I like USEY quite a bit too <g>
great post. love seeing that many good picks. Added DFIB and IFUE to my watchlist.
Buqqq!!! hi :>) hey your CICI and Fibs. See it does .23 to .61 for +.38, THEN dips to .48. .38 x 38% (a fib #), = .14ish. Subtract .14 from .61 for .47.... the level it dipped to!!!!! as long as they go UP on good vol (increasing) and dip on waaaaaay less to a Fib point (38, 50, 61%) thats a good sign. Vol. is key. chat later, got to run unfortunately, but look at the perfect fib of IPII last 2 mo. Up on vol, back on less then up again. regards, Golf

I don't have the time unfortunately. But I was endulging in wishfull thinking that there could be an automatic system. razal
My timeis limited but I would think it be very advantageous. If you have the time, it would help many, if you (or someone) put it up.
Well? Do ya? :)
Buqqq,
I like your charts and wondered if you ever did a %return study to see what you would have earned with equal $ amounts invested in each stock at the time you posted them. razal
