Extortion by money launderers, loan sharks pushing convertible Con-V-Debt toxic death spiral loans, and OTC stock marketing teams bash stocks in an extortion racket process all the time, to pressure CEOs to make deals, bad deals. They do it by bashing stocks in teams and roving basher groups, that are also backed by hedge fund broker dealers, overseas, that print fake shares, take the money, and never buy back to cover. They try to kill the stocks they short, murder them for profit. If they succeed, they never pay US Income taxes and it is free money to them. The SEC let it happen since the rules changed in the 1980s.
The SEC indicted itself late last year with a complete scathing forensic analysis of it all. GameStop Diamond Hands Apes, Roaring Kitty (watch the new movie Dumb Money) , and the Mmtlp disaster all triggered the US Congress to get Woke!!!! The news SEC rule package is 300 pages + long. Hedge funds are freaking out (so are the boiler bashers they bay to post here) and they have sued the SEC, but that opens the hedge funds up the SEC for the discovery process. They Just basically committed suicide. The days to cover shorts is not longer a 3 day free ride. Tuesday next week, shorts have just one day to cover, not 3.
Retail is slowly making its presence know, and winning... BABL will have its day.... Maybe even next week...
Finra has its own problems with the US Congress and SEC investigating their monopoly extortion tactics.
The DTCC is being investigated for printing 22 trillion dollars of fake treasuries and 2-3 trillion dollars in US stock shares.
Maybe they are just too busy to do their job and complete the BABL paper work?

Dow and Nasdaq got hammered today, Plug and Boeing crashing down 8%. Not pretty.

The bid was filled for almost 500K shares in 1-2 minutes of the bid going up, so I think shorts wash traded at .0050 to try and scare us.
