Stock investing by it's nature is a gamble. You try to mitigate your loses as best as you can. Safely investing and sometimes swing for the fences, when your investment is risky. My last risky investment was LAHO. That stock was de-listed and a couple years later I made 9 grand on a private buyout by the company. I have 578k shares of BMXI. I consider it a risky investment, with a potential positive outcome based on my years of experience. Certainly, anything can happen. Can I tolerate this investment in BMXI? I can! Some cannot and they are jealous or burnt by an another investment gone bad or even this company. The negative noise is loud on this stock board. Could I lose over 35 grand? Sure can. Life happens and you win some and you lose some. As a retiree my time on this Earth is less than most on this board, but life is a risk no matter the circumstances. As said often, "Invest at your own level of risk and tune out the extemporaneous white noise."

...but gold did move Friday and BMXI did as well. I made that statement before Friday. I said, " Gold is going down or up Friday. Forecast is for a lower PCE number. Remember BMXI stock's price is directly affected by gold price/oz. Movement up and down fluctuates on FED interest rate announcements and PCE announcements..." I saw nothing wrong on my forecast.
