The Company's outstanding shares was reduced from 314,141,800 to 3,141,418.
Well, I am waiting for a long list of urls.
Please by all means impugn the character of Nils Ollquist here on the board with facts and figures. Surely you are talking about the CEO of BMXI. Otherwise your statement is not correct regarding BMXI CEO. Please include links and any pertinent citations as well as charts and diagrams. Anyone can make an opinion, but not grounded in facts. imho
Learned long ago from incompetent management of OTC CEO's & associates
I will tell you, since you are not bringing up important ways to raise capital to build at fledgling gold mine company.
Fledgling gold penny stocks raise money through various methods, including:
Equity Financing: One common way for fledgling gold penny stocks to raise money is through equity financing. This involves selling shares of the company to investors in exchange for capital. This can be done through private placements or public offerings.
Debt Financing: Another option is debt financing, where the company borrows money from lenders or issues bonds to raise capital. This can include bank loans, lines of credit, or issuing corporate bonds.
Private Placements: Fledgling gold penny stocks may also raise money through private placements, where they sell shares to a select group of investors, such as venture capitalists or angel investors.
Crowdfunding: Some companies may use crowdfunding platforms to raise money from a large number of individual investors. This can be a way to raise capital from a broader investor base.
Joint Ventures: Fledgling gold penny stocks may enter into joint ventures with other companies or investors to raise capital for exploration, development, or production activities.
Royalty Financing: Another option is royalty financing, where the company sells a percentage of future revenues in exchange for upfront capital. This can be a way to raise money without diluting ownership.
Asset Sales: Companies may also raise money by selling non-core assets or royalties on existing projects to generate capital for their gold exploration or mining activities.
Each of these methods has its own advantages and considerations, and companies may use a combination of these approaches to raise the necessary funds for their operations and growth.
How would you, as ceo of BMXI, raise money as a fledgling gold penny stock company? May be rob a bank or two?
That was old news. $BMXI (January 2023) Authorized reduced to 200M on NVSOS should be reflected on otcmarkets the next time S/S is updated ! Would you care to comment on the A/S just before the reduction? Asking for a friend.

It's your investment. You buy BMXI. Why let ghost writers influence you decisions to buy or sell stock? They are not putting food on your table. People will bash your stock and people will pump your stock. You make a decision to buy a stock like BMXI, you must make decisions when to sell (the ultimate goal is to make money and holding will not put a dime in your pocket). Just make those decisions based on your due diligence not someone else's. They care less whether you win or lose. They have ulterior motives and personal reasons to pump and or dump. Your job is to wade through the white noise. If you get scared buying BMXI, you should not be investing in penny stocks. Actually, not investing in any stocks for that matter. imho
I see no reason to disagree with ChatGPT 3.5 Turbo. Investors should conduct thorough research and consider their risk tolerance before investing in penny stocks. Stock investing by it's nature is a gamble. You try to mitigate your loses as best as you can. Safely investing and sometimes swing for the fences, when your investment is risky. My last risky investment was LAHO. That stock was de-listed and a couple years later I made 9 grand on a private buyout by the company. I have 578k shares of BMXI. I consider it a risky investment, with a potential positive outcome based on my years of experience. Certainly, anything can happen. Can I tolerate this investment in BMXI? I can! Some cannot and they are jealous or burnt by an another investment gone bad or even this company. The negative noise is loud on this stock board. Could I lose over 35 grand? Sure can. Life happens and you win some and you lose some. As a retiree my time on this Earth is less than most on this board, but life is a risk no matter the circumstances. As said often, "Invest at your own level of risk and tune out the extemporaneous white noise."
So you're agreeing.
People invest in penny stocks for various reasons, including (BMXI):
Low Cost: Penny stocks are typically priced below $5 per share, making them affordable for investors with limited funds.
High Potential Returns: Penny stocks have the potential for high returns, as even a small price increase can result in significant percentage gains.
Volatility: Penny stocks are known for their volatility, which can provide opportunities for quick profits if the stock price moves significantly.
Speculation: Some investors are attracted to penny stocks for the thrill of speculation and the possibility of finding the next big winner.
Diversification: Investing in penny stocks can provide diversification to a portfolio, as they often move independently of larger, more established stocks.
Growth Potential: Some investors believe that certain penny stocks have the potential for substantial growth if the company is able to execute its business plan successfully.
Early Investment in Startups: Penny stocks often represent early-stage companies with innovative ideas, and investors may see the potential for significant growth if the company succeeds.
However, it's important to note that investing in penny stocks carries significant risks, including high volatility, low liquidity, and the potential for fraud. Investors should conduct thorough research and consider their risk tolerance before investing in penny stocks.
So, as a serious and significant gold bug investor, you are invested in BMXI too.
Serious and significant gold bug investors want only certified reporting gold companies with solid reputable mngt.
What do your contacts know about pollution levels there, as reported? And why do your contacts as elected officials allow for it?
BMXI you must be a part of the short team that moved in here. Did you even bother to read the article from 2015? This is not USA where everything is over regulated and green lovers running around screaming fire. Luckily my wife is from Indonesia and I have contacts there (in both of those mining areas and the government). Not just local government either. GL with the shake down.
Now that we know your agenda to promote anything you own, shitty or otherwise, and bash those who counter your narrative, we blahbiddy blahbiddy blah blah to the bank blahbiddy blah blah.
Let's hope Nils avoids heat and gets it done this time 4 years later in 2024:
"July 27, 2020
The Company can now also confirm that the audit of the 2018/19 financial years, together with a "stub period" for 2020, which has been delayed by the lockdown restrictions of the Covid 19 global pandemic, is now close to completion, with all financial diligence records for the period uploaded to the Xero accounting system and compilation of consolidated financial statements now underway. The final, important step in the audit process, the "wrap up" onsite visit by the auditors, is contingent on lifting of travel restrictions for Indonesia, anticipated in early September."
This board over a weekend gave me a big LOL.
We ain’t stupid
EVERYONE here has a reason to be... negative usually means want to buy lower.
Positive already in. Block out the noise.
Spinoff, audit all coming in hot
Tried stock market and was too honest.was in a boiler room but only talking truth.went to retail management and taxes.retired now and trying to pay bills on new house.
I am sure you have seen the pictures of the Talawaan mining/processing operations - does that look like compliance with any kind of regulation (safety and environmental) to you? Barefoot, no hardhats, no protection whatsoever for workers. The equipment looks like a disaster waiting to happen with all those exposed pulleys and belts, etc. And uncontrolled use of cyanide, and probably mercury, and god knows what else. Tailings that flow directly to the river, ponds that are unlined and unmonitored. Yes, this is what you are invested in.
I am sure that Indonesia has safety and environmental regulations on the books, and that enforcement is sketchy at best. But.....think about this.....if a worker (or many workers if there is a mine cave-in) gets hurt - who will the survivors and government go after? An American corporation and their shareholders maybe? And the local water supply gets contaminated to the point that people start getting sick, who gets blamed and saddled with cleanup costs? I stumbled on an article about water contamination already documented in the area of the mine, with documented arsenic, mercury, and cyanide.
https://www.neliti.com/publications/70782/pollution-status-and-mercury-sedimentation-in-small-river-near-amalgamation-and
Are they in compliance with all environmental and safety regs?

Treat it for what it is....a momentum play and a lottery ticket. You can still make money if you can time it right. But a real mining company - nope. Waaay too many red flags.
You didn't. You should move on along with gitreal seeing you both just see this is a bad investment.
That was one heck of a beat down.
Instead of adding tomorrow, I will just be watching. Too bad. I thought I might have stumbled upon an unknown winner.
I do not understand why Newmont let this go. I like the two Indonesian locations.
You make me second guess my enthusiasm.
That is not bad. I am concerned about making a good investment, not in chasing rainbows. We will see what happens this week and the next month. That will tell quite a bit.
Are you a geologist yourself? You seem to know much more than the average investor. Have you invested here? Are you bear or bull here? Are you bear or bull on gold and silver? I'm curious as to what you see as a better investment. When reading the story here, I never understood why Newmont would leave such a valuable site.
You know more about this subject
than the rest of us. Comments like those are helpful.
Absolutely. That is the goal.
That would be a great corporate update this week.
From what I have uncovered, I agree.
I do not understand why Newmont let this go. I like the two Indonesian locations.
Awesome news! I've tuned this place out until something interesting happens & missed this! Let's go BIG NILS!
All IMO
-> Untilnextime.....
It’s about passing a PCAOB Audit & Uplisting I don’t give a damn about if any want to call Kimball a world class Geologist or not. I just want to know who is responsible for the relay of Resources & Reserves as it can’ t be as it relates to being able to pass said audit & in regards to any uplisting
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=174681150
As long as you can back up your trepidations here I read you and agree that too many times in the rabbit hole makes for skeptic's viewpoint
It was your opinion as I see it, Z, regarding the BMXI geologist. As my previous post stated: ...World-class geologists are often recognized by their peers through awards, invitations to speak at conferences, or leadership positions in professional organizations.
Where are his peers on this subject? Professionals generally do not bash their peers, unless they do very shoddy work. Respect is given in many professions. I have a few professional licenses. Retired now. We do not go around bashing people. Not good for the profession or business.
The term "world-class geologist" is somewhat subjective, as it can mean different things to different people. However, there are certain qualities and achievements that are generally associated with a geologist who is considered to be among the best in their field. These may include:
Education: A world-class geologist typically holds an advanced degree, such as a Ph.D., from a highly respected university in a field related to geology, such as geochemistry, geophysics, or petroleum geology.
Experience: They usually have extensive experience working in various geological settings and on a wide range of projects, often spanning several years or decades.
Discoveries: World-class geologists are often associated with significant discoveries, such as identifying new mineral deposits, oil and gas reserves, or groundbreaking insights into Earth's processes.
Publications: They typically have a strong record of publishing their research findings in peer-reviewed scientific journals, contributing to the advancement of geological knowledge.
Recognition: World-class geologists are often recognized by their peers through awards, invitations to speak at conferences, or leadership positions in professional organizations.
Impact: Their work often has a significant impact on the field of geology, influencing the direction of research, exploration, or resource management.
While these qualities are often associated with world-class geologists, the term remains subjective, as different individuals or organizations may place varying levels of emphasis on certain attributes or achievements.
ChatGPT does not agree with you either.
No, there was no insinuation in the given statement. The statement is a straightforward analysis or prediction about the movement of gold prices and the BMXI stock in relation to the expected PCE (Personal Consumption Expenditures) numbers and Federal Reserve interest rate announcements.
The person making the statement is directly expressing their thoughts and predictions without implying or suggesting anything negative or offensive. They are simply stating that the price of gold and the BMXI stock are likely to be affected by the upcoming economic announcements, and they had made this prediction before the actual event (Friday).
In this context, the statement appears to be a factual observation and analysis rather than an insinuation.
Please do elaborate on the word you used in reference to BMXI and gold.
insinuating
/?n's?njue?t??/
adjective
suggesting or implying in an indirect or unpleasant way.
"insinuating remarks" The verb "insinuate" means to suggest or imply something bad or insulting in an indirect way, often without explicitly stating it. When someone is insinuating something, they are hinting at or implying a negative or offensive idea without directly expressing it.

Feel free to tell your friend they’re welcome
Like I said BMXI was up From the tweet
Gold Was Up lol not like you were insinuating it was going
On another note
Strong tweet Friday I’m hoping for
More This week here is hoping for a strong week with new 52 week highs
BMXI seems to have changed its trading pattern slow Days not much selling and stays unchanged
BMXI looks great in the charts it basically doubled in the last month or so
Strong strong strong
...but gold did move Friday and BMXI did as well. I made that statement before Friday. I said, " Gold is going down or up Friday. Forecast is for a lower PCE number. Remember BMXI stock's price is directly affected by gold price/oz. Movement up and down fluctuates on FED interest rate announcements and PCE announcements..." I saw nothing wrong on my forecast.
Wasn’t trying to call u out let’s just say things that make sense so board has credibility
