Anymore I just take my pick of triple zero one stocks, buy a bunch of shares and wait it out for the long haul. In my first 3 years of the OTC, I had picked 6 stocks at $0.0001. After a couple of years I decided to get rid of half of them, keeping the "better" ones. The ones that I kept only got huge 1000:1 reverse splits while the ones that I dumped all ran to a penny plus a couple of years later! Talk about rotten luck! If I drop a grand each into 10 triple zero one stocks and 9 of them fail completely, only one has to run to copper or silver to put me way ahead of the game.
Thanks for clarifications

Big news may be on the way, but if not, we may see 0001's again, either way I will play this one carefully.
2024 should be a banner year for the company and the stock. But as is true with all OTC stocks, buyer beware!
GLTA how ever you play the OTC!
No follow-through from the company isn't helping. I guess it could have been a huge orchestrated pump but the dollar volume seemed way too high for that. There are, however, a lot of investors who were in the stock pre-split and simply might be taking advantage of the small run and getting out before the end of tax loss season. In any case, I'm here for the long-haul, in both BBRW and BRBL, as I believe the company's ability to manufacture competitive equipment will eventually lead to stellar success for both the manufacturing and brewing sides of the business.
Link to the press releases in case anyone likes hitting that refresh button! Such a powerful 3 day move without news.

Just in case anyone hasn't seen it, on the sister company's Facebook page, a couple of posts down is a video that shows the new Brain Bypass beer cans with the seal for their gold medal award this year. That will help improve sales as the taproom opens, boosting beer production, which means more business for BBRW.
https://www.facebook.com/BrewBiltBrewing
I mention the taproom because if you look at the license being applied for at the taproom, targeted to open in December, it shows a Type 23 license pending. That's not just a retail liquor license; that's a small beer manufacturer license. So if they have plans to somehow scale beer manufacturing at that location, it's BBRW that will once again be making the equipment for them.

Another reason I think the Phase II brewery construction will commence in 2024, which was their original plan anyway, is because if you look closely at the size and type of buildings targeted to be built, there's 12,000 square feet of space for hot brewing and 15,000 square feet of space for cold brewing, alone. Plus, shipping and receiving have two large dedicated buildings as well.
As BBRW is obviously growing with their announced orders for the 4th quarter, along with even further growth next year as they expand further, they're going to need a lot more space. What if they hired just 5 more welders all working on one tank each. That's quite a bit of extra space required right there. It just makes sense that the Phase II brewery breaks ground as soon as interest rates on land development and construction loans drop. We could be within mere months is my guess, when they give us a hint as to when they could break ground.

Here's a great article from back in 2020 that lends some good insight into BrewBilt's design and manufacturing skill set. These guys aren't just churning out tanks. They've built a solid reputation with many microbrewery customers, including Sierra Nevada Brewing, by engineering novel products to make crafting beer more efficient. It gives them a competitive edge!

Yes Brewbilt has product. however, I do not believe that this is their's. These products have the name spelled wrong. The company name is missing the "u." These all have it. And the logo is completely different from the actual Brewbilt website.

BrewBilt Manufacturing Moves Into the $117B Europe-Global Market
-Projected Revenue for Europe for 2024-2025 is $30M-
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/brewbilt-manufacturing-moves-117b-europe-120000100.html
GRASS VALLEY, CA, Aug. 30, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NewMediaWire – Today BrewBilt Manufacturing Inc. (the "Company") (OTCPINK: BBRW) announces that the company is now delivering its first brewhouse to Mad Fin Brewing Co. in Finland (www.madfinn.fi). The craft beer market in Europe is expected to observe an incremental growth of 666.34 million liters between 2020 and 2025. The market witnessed a YOY (Year Over Year) growth of 6.20% in 2021 and the growth momentum is expected to accelerate at a CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) of 6% during the forecast period. Europe Craft Beer Market is projected to register a CAGR of 8.62% during the forecast period, 2022-2027.
BrewBilt Manufacturing is an icon in the craft brewing equipment industry. The company has been a pioneer of the craft beer movement in the USA for almost 10 years, and this industry has recorded exponential growth over the past couple of decades. Craft breweries have been opening at a rapid rate, and consumers have shown a strong interest in trying new and unique beer styles. The rise of craft breweries has influenced the traditional beer market both in the USA and Europe, prompting larger beer companies to adapt by introducing craft-style beers or acquiring successful craft breweries.
Jef Lewis, Chairman & CEO, stated, “American craft beer has gained popularity and recognition in Europe over the past couple of decades. The movement has been driven by a combination of factors, including the quality and diversity of American craft beer offerings, increased globalization of the beer industry, and changing consumer preferences. BrewBilt will now be a part of the European consumer’s choice of equipment and craft beer. Over the medium term, Manufacturers' efforts in establishing new breweries, expenditures in creating new products, a rise in disposable income across Europe, and other factors will drive the market substantially in the projected period.”
Mr. Lewis further stated, “In addition to our world-class brewhouse, we have designed new proprietary equipment, inclusive of a ‘smart flowmeter’ that increases the efficiency and time in transferring fluid from one tank to another. This product is gaining traction in the industry and has been sold to large and small breweries such as Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. Our focus in 2024 will be to develop the integration of smart sensors, devices, and data analytics into brewing equipment and processes. This technology allows for real-time monitoring, control, and optimization of various aspects of the brewing process. Our new technologies will adapt to existing brewery equipment and open a $200M market potential in revenue for the company.”
Haha you miss ooo2 & ooo3 and now you bash. No diluted shares, some people loaded early & probably took profits, good luck waiting for 3s since the bid at 3 was 400 million : ))))))), in 3 days over 700 million traded over 0004, those shares are in strong hands. I want some 3s also but no luck so far.
Massive dumping again today, plus almost 80 million shares of dilution.
Financials are simply horrible.
Huge churn out @.0004/.0005. Let’s see where does it go ! .002 is possible ! If catalysts drop, we can see higher!

Big block volume spikes without news are very odd. I like it! I've been using Google Finance lately as I can easily see the trades over the course of many time frames.

I'm not pumping anything. I'm simply providing factual links that I've found about both companies. Check out all of the links!
I've been watching it go up. Yep. I know. But unlike the past, most of the increase in the past year is because Preferred A shareholders have elected to convert their convertible shares to common stock!
Watch closely, because as profits begin to accelerate, or losses slow, at the brewery and at the manufacturing plant, both companies will become better positioned to throw the toxic lenders to the curb! Compared to just 3 years ago, things are looking way up!
And if/when they get that Phase II brewery off the ground, that opens up even more avenues for revenue and profits beyond just the restaurant and taproom and all of the brewery equipment that BBRW will get to make. Then the brewery can start doing contract brewing for other startup microbreweries or even larger established breweries who might need some extra brewing capacity!
The more beer that the brewery has to brew, the more equipment that BBRW gets to make. That 12 acre Phase II brewery site is more than large enough to scale. A local brewery in my area has similar footprint and all they had to do was construct huge cylindrical beer tanks that line the perimeter of their building on the outside. Those hold a massive quantity of beer.
Here's that Phase II brewery link again in case anyone missed it.

I'm guessing another 2 years from now we will see the rise of a very large beer manufacturer and brewer. These guys may have started in the toxic debt sewer but they've gotten past the worst of it and profits are on the near horizon. They just need a little extra time and luck, and a new booming economy after we get past a brief recession, IMO.
This management team at BBRW not only builds stellar beer manufacturing equipment, but more importantly, they know how to build a brand, one of the more difficult aspects of building a substantial business.
Already, they are in the California State Fair magazine this year, pages 38-38 of the digital version linked below, or page 74 for the hard copy. It shows BrewBilt as Best of Category for Pale European Lager in 2023. That will certainly help drive sales at the taproom and to the retail locations.
https://issuu.com/castatefair1/docs/2023_best_of_ca_full-proof_v7
Move along butt-hurt Barney, next time get in at the right time and you might make a few bucks!
Well, they are selling brewing equipment around the world now and have developed quite a powerful brand name. And, on the brewery side, they did manage to launch their first small brewery in 2021, win a gold medal award for one of their beers already and are distributing to over 150 retail locations all around northern California. I guess those weren't lies, were they?
You can search the BrewBiltBrewing web site to see all of the locations. Try search around Sacrament, CA or Grass Valley, CA. That's pretty good exposure for the BrewBilt brand that's just had a brewery open for less than 2 years!
https://brewbiltbrewing.com/beer-finder/?location=Sacramento,%20CA,%20USA&radius=100
They also told us they were going to build a taproom in Nevada City and voila, it's mere weeks away from opening after a year of effort refurbishing the property. Heck, they're even advertising for employees right now. I guess that wasn't a lie either.

Haaaaa. Watch for updated share count.
Unlike the past, key insiders and a lot of ex preferred shareholders now own common shares instead, just within the past year or so! That's a lot of people with skin in the game now!
You do know as you pump your BS that Jeff has lied about every PR to date. It’s a shame the SEC Doesn’t Shut this down. Pump possible rev. Never a contract signed. All along as he dilutes and takes a 200k salary and keeps adding to the OS. Imo. JOKEEEEEEE
Dude I’ve been here 5+ years of lies. Vtnl to bbrw. Jeff Dan scumbag pos. May they rot in hell imo. Buy there dilution machine. 175% of nothing is nothing
Updated link for the taproom.
Can't seem to get the links to copy for some reason. It's always worked in the past. You can search 300 Spring Street, Nevada City, CA for the taproom, or 200 Sutton Way, Grass Valley, CA for the 12 acre, Phase II brewery site on Google maps.
Either way, I like what I saw with those big purchases the last 2 days. Maybe naked shorty is getting nervous! Press releases are usually mid to late morning on GlobeNewsWire.

Here's a more updated view of the taproom from about 5 weeks ago. 40 seats indoors; 50 seats outdoors.

Plus, here's a detailed site plan of the taproom. As the taproom grows, so can the manufacturing side. Just 3 months ago, the brewery won a California State Fair gold medal award for their Brain Bypass pale ale. That will certainly help them sell more beer for folks who like that kind of beer.
https://www.nevadacityca.gov/files/documents/BrewbuiltProjDocs1340094611093023AM.pdf
As the brewing side of the business becomes profitable, it increases the odds of the Phase II brewery breaking ground sooner, and of course it's BBRW who gets the work to build all the equipment for the Phase II brewery!
Where the sellers? Either something in the pipeline here or all the buying is short covering
Here's a view of the taproom under construction from 5 months ago, in Nevada City, a hot tourist town.
