When I look closely at the cleared area on the satellite view, the longer side of the cleared rectangular area has a NNE-SSW orientation. If you compare that to the two southernmost buildings on the Phase II site plan, one of those buildings has the same NNE-SSW orientation, while the other is oriented 90 degrees to that. Just seems like a clever match that the cleared area aligns quite well with what I see on the Phase II site plan.
For me, I can only conclude that the taproom and/or the restaurant at that location are going to get built at that location within a year! That's just my guess. That also implies that the company has found more sources of private financing, another guess. A much bigger indoor space(s) can bring substantially more profits on a monthly basis, enough to really drive the move to a Type 1, unlimited production, brewery that could then be built on the northern part of the Phase II site.
I just care about the taproom and/or restaurant for now as that would be the most likely way to help BRBL become substantially profitable, IMO, allowing them to grow into the beast of a beverage company that I think they will become someday! For any new investors, the unique ability of BrewBilt to building their own brewery equipment gives them a huge financial and time advantage when attempting to scale to a full size brewery/beverage company!
Just my opinion; not investment advice.
p.s. Still scanning the internet for more updated photos of the site. My guess is that all the fill dirt could be in place since that most recent satellite photo and as soon as it dries up out there, maybe we'll see the roads and utilities get built out in the next 6-8 months.

The more I think about it, I'll bet that BRBL is fairly high on the priority list for getting any excessive fill dirt that the city doesn't need from road and construction projects. The city has to put the excess dirt somewhere and if they knew that the Phase II site could get off the ground quicker by raising up that land area near the creek, why not help BRBL out instead of just piling it up elsewhere. After all, BrewBilt has proven to the city that they know how to grow a successful business, as witnessed by the Business of the Year award they recently got from the city.
I watched a similar construction project in my area that also required a lot of dirt. It took quite a while to get all that dirt trucked in. But once the dirt was in place, then the construction phase was relatively quick - about 3 to 4 months to get all the sewer, water, electricity and roads in place. Even faster was the buildings that soon followed.
Since that fill dirt appears to have been started last fall, maybe just maybe we'll see the announcement and construction of the next BrewHaus begin this summer. I added shares several times this week but the Ask didn't budge. But the lack of an OS raise last week was pretty encouraging to me.
Well, would you look at that! A new outstanding share count came out late last week (I missed it) and it was unchanged! I'll have to refine my guess that some of the private investors from mid-year last year must have had their loan paid off with new investor money, or they got new loan extensions as some of them were due starting in December. I had been expecting convertible preferred conversions as some could have gone into default.
I remain further intrigued because of the land development going on in Grass Valley. I'm completely convinced that the city of Grass Valley is fully behind BrewBilt in getting a Phase II brewery built there someday. That business award from the city last year is gives me even more conviction. After all, a large brewery, taproom, restaurant and brewseum would certainly open the door for more long-term employees in the city, helping the city grow further. Remember, I believe that BrewBilt will become a behemoth of a regional, and eventually nationwide, beverage company someday, not just a small one-location taproom; I mean a true beast of a company!
Of course I did add more shares last week, a little bit at a time.
Can't wait to see any Material Events in the 1st quarter filling, still months away. Did the private investors get loan extensions or did new private investor money help pay off the private investors from last yea? We should get a new OS number this week.
Are we going to get a "surprise" announcement about a new BrewHaus taproom at the Phase II site? I want to know how that land development is being funded. Just a single load of fill dirt could cost $500 unless they get it free from other construction sites that need to get rid of dirt, who would otherwise have to pay to get rid of it.
Here's a link to an older satellite. You can see that one area is not scraped clear and there is not rock wall. Something's going on at the Phase II site. And that previous satellite photo I linked could be 4 or 5 months old, meaning more work might have been done since then.

Another way they might play this is to give us a massive press release, letting the stock run huge, while they dump into it. No way to tell. Just have to wait and find out.
Back up it goes. Unless we get a surprise announcement that a hospitality franchise contract is on the table showing near term funding of many new BrewHaus locations, it's probably just a slow grind for another year or two while they gradually grow. Plus, I still expect huge conversions from convertible preferred shares followed buy a 1:100 or 1:200 reverse split down the road.
In the meantime, I put most of my time and money into reverse merger and trip 1 plays as the returns on some of them are much quicker.
Ask size is going down. Now at 27 million. Maybe you're right. Someone took a lot of shares off the table. Come on news.

Looks like the land development phase has begun! I'm pretty sure I see 40-50 piles of fill dirt lined up in that cleared area. This view is probably from last fall as I don't see any snow on the ground.
Maybe we'll have another taproom and/or restaurant at that location by the spring of 2025! Oskar Blues scaled big by first having a taproom that has 3-4 times the indoor seating of the BrewHaus. Slow and steady wins this race, IMO!
Guys, maybe you can help me figure this out - first of all I can no longer find a link to the BrewBilt Phase II Site Plan that used to be on the brewbiltbrewing.com web site ; maybe it got removed. Also, if you recall that location from before, from the June 2023 Google map images, Sutton Way was being developed, curving to the southeast just south of Dorsey Drive. (I searched 200 Sutton Way, Grass Valley, CA to find the general location).
For some reason, on my desktop, I can no longer see the June 2023 image from above, only from a street view. Also, when I searched the same address on my Samsung tablet, I do see an updated satellite view that looks more current, but the date isn't shown. On that view, if you look due east of Dorsey Drive, which was the approximate location for the Phase II taproom and restaurant and parking, I see a rectangular section of land that appears to have been cleared of bushes, plus it looks like there's a loose rock barrier wall that runs northish/southish on the west side of the creek.
I can't really tell if anything is going on or not as the satellite view is too small on my tablet. Maybe you can see it better and maybe you saved an image of the site plan to try and correlate the cleared area with the site plan.

Very cool! News might be pending. If I was one of those $100,000 - $200,000 private investors from last year, I'd certainly consider making an additional investment this year based on how well the design and opening of the BrewHaus seems to have gone, especially for a wintertime debut. And if those investors have that type of money to invest into an unproven startup taproom, they likely have lots more cash available to invest.
I mentioned it before, but the design and menu of the BrewBilt BrewHaus looks more like an upscale restaurant that would fit nicely inside upscale hotels, versus a beer tavern that might be more suitable for the middle class hotels, which is where I thought a franchise might go.
Even if the BrewHaus only starts raking in $10,000 or $20,000 per month in net profits during the summer, that would still be a huge change compared to last year when they were still borrowing huge amounts. For me, it's all about how quickly they can get a $2 million to $5 million loan, allowing them to break ground on a much larger taproom and restaurant at the Phase II site in Grass Valley, CA. It would be a pleasant surprise to see them break ground this year.
Another taproom and restaurant could really accelerate their profits quicker, especially as that 200+ new home addition gets built out right next to the Phase II site. Slow and steady wins this race, IMO. I'm confident we'll see that Phase II brewery someday. Just my opinion; not investment advice.

Put up 10.mil for sale and they showed up.on the ask. So for the time being the 35 million.showing is the true ask size. Won't know until volume hits if it goes back up.
That is very curious, especially since it's been sitting between 100 million and 300 million in the past 6 months. Maybe someone has seen the results of the taproom and decided not to unload their shares after all.
All I know is that springtime is inching closer and after what we've seen for 2 months at the BrewHaus since the opening, it certainly gives the appearance that it will make for a very profitable summer when the tourists come flocking into town.
Plus, the BrewBilt BrewHaus certainly does seem unique enough with their menu that maybe we'll still see a franchise grow out of it in the future.
I have more shares here than all of my other trip $0.0001 plays because I can always count on these guys making forward progress. Profits could change the equation here in a big way. And who knows how much new beer is being sold because of the new distributor.
In any case, just waiting here patiently for the long haul, still trying to accumulate more shares. I had one good runner this month and I'm trying to leverage those profits into some short term flips so I can buy more shares here before spring.
Ask size has been at 34 .million the past two trading days. Don't know if they'll stack it with volume. Maybe a bid soon.

Wow, just saw the pics posted on Instagram from the Mardi Gras party. They had that placed packed out! That's the kind of action I'm hoping to see all summer, starting late May. I've said it before, if those investors last year who ponied up many hundreds of thousands of dollars in loans, in exchange for preferred shares and a small percentage the the BrewHaus net profits, are pleased with the monthly returns, I really do believe that they could step up again to fund the development of the taproom and the restaurant at the Phase II brewery location.
If we get news like that in the near future, allowing BRBL to break ground this year, all $hells going to break loose on this stock, IMO. I've had a few small runners elsewhere in the past several weeks bu I just need one big runner so I can really load the boat here. Don't want to miss this party!

When the rain spigot turns off in California, ushering in the springtime sun, the BrewHaus could get their first real taste of substantial monthly profits. Add the new distributor to the mix and the BrewBilt beast will really just be starting to hit their first accelerated growth phase, IMO. I'll have lots more shares by this summer.

Best I can tell they're pretty much broke still. By the end of October, after a 5 month or so tourist season, might be the first time ever that they will see substantial positive cash flow. So we need a blazing hot summer out there to keep the outdoor beer garden packed with people, giving BRBL lots of profits. If they're raking it in, that would be quite the incentive to get the taproom and the restaurant opened ASAP, at the Phase II brewery location. Breweries take years to get off the ground before they can become large organizations. I'll wait long term. Otherwise, I prefer reverse merger plays.
Definitely under accumulation. But they need to lay off the ask refills.
Share structure updated yesterday - Outstanding Shares remained unchanged! That's pretty nice considering some 350 million shares seems to have been bought up in the past month.
Still mid-May for me until I can see 1st quarter numbers to get an idea how well things are going at the taproom and with the new beer distribution. Any potential new or existing investors would want to know that as well, though they probably get an early look at the numbers.
This is still a longer term play for me but my short term swings are getting better, improving the odds that I can load a bunch more shares here before the summer begins.
