VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 23, 2010) - Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: BPM.V)(PINK SHEETS: BPMSF.PK)(BERLIN:GV7)(FRANKFURT:GV7)(WKN:A0B75M) (the "Company") is pleased to report on results at its Bralorne Pioneer Mine property, where high-grade assay results were recently received from on-going surface and underground exploration.
Underground Exploration - BK VEIN
Underground development continues with trial mining (shrinkage stoping) up from the 800 level. The fourth lift averaged 32.2 g/T gold (0.938 oz/ton) over 0.9 meters (1.1 ft) for the vein, with assay results ranging up to 5906.8 g/T gold (172.3 oz/ton) over a width of 0.4 meters (1.4 ft). This high-grade assay supersedes a previous high-grade assay of 799.9 g/T gold (23.33 oz/ton) obtained from lift 3. The full mining width for lift 4 averaged 8.26 g/T gold (0.241 oz/ton) over 1.6 meters (5.3 ft), with the stope ranging from 1.0 to 3.0 meters (3.2 ft to 9.8 ft) wide.
Underground Exploration - North VEIN
The North vein, situated in the historic King mine, is being explored by raises and sublevels to confirm a resource block situated between the 800 and 700 levels. Results so far indicate an average grade of 45.6 g/T gold (1.33 oz/ton) over an average width of 0.5 meters (1.5 ft) for the vein, or 14.6 g/T gold (0.425 oz/ton) over 1.7 meters (5.5 ft) for the development width. Individual vein assays range up to 277.3 g/T gold (8.088 oz/ton) over a vein width of 0.5 meters (1.6 ft). A mineralized zone extending 60 meters in length and 35 meters in height is being explored. Trial mining by modified room and pillar method is planned to follow.
Stockpile and Mill Start-up
As of 15 September, approximately 6400 tons of material at an estimated grade of 12.1 g/T gold (0.352 oz/ton) has been stockpiled at the main 800 level portal and approximately 5200 tons remains in broken inventory underground. The Company is planning to re-start the gold mill this fall at a rate of 100 tons per day. Once the stockpile has been processed successfully, the Company plans to continue mining and milling of all the material available from the North and BK areas. Plans are to continue operations by doing further exploration development of resources identified on four separate veins.
The high variation in assay results is characteristic of the lode-gold style of mineralization and the significant nugget effect due to the presence of coarse particulate gold. As such, all samples of quartz veins are assayed by the metallics screen method, which provides a more reliable assay than standard fire assays. A quality control program is also being followed for all assays, which involves monitoring results of blank and certified standard samples that are inserted in the sample stream at a frequency of 10%. The stockpile grade was determined from assays of approximately 700 samples that were analyzed at the mine laboratory (60%) or at Ecotech Laboratory in Kamloops (40%) by the fire assay method using 1 assay ton charges.
Surface Exploration
Surface diamond drilling has intersected high-grade gold mineralization on the upper part of the BK vein. Holes 165 through 174 were drilled to follow-up previous holes, with positive results obtained for holes 165-169 and 174. Visible gold was noted in five of these holes. The best intercept was in hole 169, which assayed 140.46 g/T gold (4.096 oz/ton) over 0.6 meters. Visible gold was observed in the last hole drilled (hole 174). The holes were drilled to follow-up hole 149 which assayed 43.51 g/T gold (1.269 oz/ton) over 0.9 meters (check assay 104.5 g/T gold), and hole 151 which contained visible gold and assayed 9.5 g/T gold (0.277 oz/ton) over 0.5 meters (1.8 ft). Significant assay results received to date are summarized in Table 1 below.
The Company is excited because these drilling results indicate a new mineralized shoot above the one currently being developed. This new zone could be mined from the decline that was initiated in 2009 to explore the BK vein at the 575 Level.
All holes were drilled at NQ size and the recovered core was split for sample collection. One half of the core was sent for analysis and the other half is stored at the core facility located at the mine site. Samples were shipped to Eco Tech Laboratory Ltd. at Kamloops, BC, and gold geochemical analyses were done by the fire assay method using a 1 assay ton charge. All samples of quartz vein are assayed by the metallics method. Quality control is being achieved by inclusion of reference standards and blank samples in 10% of the samples, and by repeat analyses on selected pulps. Additional analyses of selected samples will be done at a second commercial laboratory as a further check. All assay rejects are being retained at the site for further analysis if required.

Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd.: Western BK Raise Averaged 35.23 g/T Au Over a Length of 36.5 Meters With a True Width of 0.79 Meters
Tue Mar 2, 8:00 AM
http://ca.news.finance.yahoo.com/s/02032010/28/link-f-ccnmatthews-bralorne-gold-mines-ltd-western-bk-raise-averaged.html
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - March 2, 2010) - Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: BPM.V)(PINK SHEETS: BPMSF.PK)(BERLIN:GV7)(FRANKFURT:GV7)(WKN:A0B75M) is pleased to report results from the second (Western) of two raises driven on the BK vein to define the gold mineralized shoots above the 800 Level. The two raises were driven from the drift level to confirm the grade and the limits of potentially economic mineralization encountered in two sections of the drift in 2008.
WESTERN BK RAISE
The western raise was driven to a total of 36.5 meters (120 feet). The grade of the vein from 15 assay traverses ranges from 1.54 to 136.97 g/T Au (0.045 to 3.995 oz/ton) with an average grade of 35.23 g/T Au (1.028 oz/ton) over a true width of 0.8 meters (2.6 feet). The grade of the zone over a minimum mining width of 1.2 meters (4.0 feet) averages 25.2 g/T Au (0.736 oz/ton) uncut, or 22.9 g/T Au (0.668 oz/ton) using the historical mine cutting procedure of reducing assays over 3.0 to 3.0 oz/ton. The results are comparable to the average grade of the same mineralized shoot on the 800 Level drift, which is 24.8 g/T Au over 1.3m (0.722 oz/ton over 4.4 ft) along a strike length of 53.9 meters (177 ft). The vein at the top of the raise is mineralized, indicating that the raise did not reach the upper limit of the gold mineralization.
BK EXTRACTION DRIFT
280 feet of the extraction drift has been complete on the BK extraction drift during February 2010 and also the draw points No.1 thru No.4. Draw points No. 5 thru No.12 consist of another 360 feet of developments to be completed. When the extraction drift and draw points are done the crews will be ready to start stoping the ore zone. Upon completion the crews will begin to stockpile our target of 30,000 tons of ore to have a year worth of production ahead of us.
EASTERN BK RAISE
As previously announced on February 1, 2010, the eastern raise was driven to a length of 29 meters (96 feet). The grade of the vein from 11 assay traverses ranges from 2.78 to 60.7 g/T Au (0.081 to 1.770 oz/ton) with an average grade of 20.7 g/T Au (0.604 oz/ton) over a true width of 0.6 meters (1.9 feet). The average grade of the zone over a nominal mining width of 1.2 meters (4 feet) is 11.9 g/T Au (0.348 oz/ton).
NEW VEIN
A new, unexpected vein was cross cut in the new 400 Level Adit, which was recently broken through to the Bralorne 400 Level. The vein was encountered at 60 meters from the portal, just east of historic workings on the Coronation or 77 vein. The vein showed a banded texture that is characteristic of ore-bearing veins in the camp so it was explored by drifting to the east 7.3m and west 11m of the cross-cut. The grade of the vein from 10 assay traverses ranges from 0.79 to 66.65 g/T Au (0.023 to 1.944 oz/ton) with an average grade of 9.95 g/T Au (0.290 oz/ton) over a true width of 0.8 meters (2.7 feet). The grade of the zone over a minimum mining width of 1.2 meters (4.0 feet) averages 4.4 g/T Au (0.129 oz/ton) over an average width of 1.3 meters (4.2 feet). Top cutting was not required as there were no extreme high assays. The vein is interpreted to be a split off of the main Coronation (77 vein). Further investigation is planned to determine its potential extensions.
Underground chip samples were collected by employees of the company and preliminary assays were performed by employees at the on-site assay laboratory. Normal fire assay procedures were followed using 30g (1 assay ton) charges. Repeat analyses and/or metallics screen assays are routinely performed on high grade samples. Check sample pulps and rejects were submitted to Eco Tech Laboratories in Kamloops for verification. Most of the assay results reported above (56 out of 69) are check assay results from Eco Tech.
Dr. Matt Ball, P.Geo., and Chief Operating Officer, is the Qualified Person responsible for the technical information contained in this news release.
The Bralorne mine is located 150 air miles from Vancouver, BC. VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 22, 2009) - Bralorne Gold Mines Ltd. ("The Company") (TSX VENTURE: BPM.V)(PINK SHEETS: BPMSF.PK)(BERLIN:GV7)(FRANKFURT:GV7)(WKN:A0B75M) is pleased to announce that it has received permit approval from the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources to commence a diamond drill program of 21 holes over 4200 meter on the unexplored portions of the Bralorne-King Gap, commonly known as the BK zone. The BK zone was identified in 2006 from a surface diamond drill exploration program that intercepted 364 g/Au over .335 meters and 12 meters below was another 224 g/Au over .335 meters (News Release Dated: July 26, 2006).
The purpose of the program is defined below:
a. Further define the BK vein above the 800 Level. A number of diamond
drill holes were designed to test the vein above the sublevel currently
being developed at the 575 Level and to test extensions to the east and
west.
b. Test parallel structures such as the Alhambra vein and other inferred
structures lying both south and north of the BK vein, above 800 Level.
This will allow us to confirm the three new interpreted vein structures
and test their resource potential.
c. Test for new structures extending from or between intercepts, in the
under-explored BK Gap area above 800 Level and south of Alhambra
structure.
