Simple as the statement was, by Rob Telson I believe, it meant something to me! If the Co' can add simple messages like that, you will make all of us loyal investors VERY HAPPY! The simple statement was, & this is my translation, went as follows! "Brainchip looks forward to new Companies utilizing our Technology!" Simple, but meaningful to me! Exactly what I was looking for that didn't break the NDA agreements or get into details that mean nothing to the Investing Public! The talk about "The stock price does what the stock price does*" will forever be disregarded! the 2 part podcasts w Mr. Viana was very negative in my opinion! After watching them, Viana made me feel that there are more problems than I had assumed! Then Hehir suggested that sales were not what they should be and suggested that his Marketing plan was a cure-all! Yes, honesty is a valued trait, but isn't meant to spell-out problems, just make some solid commercial news? On the podcasts, the moderating person always asks tough questions that there aren't answers to, which doesn't make Brainchip look that good right now! Other than that, the FANTASTIC qualities of the AKIDA (ai) platform are directed to Co's to contract more IPs, not much to the individual Investor who wants to know what products it will be integrated into, how IP sales are going, how good are the revenue numbers, etc.? The technical facts mean little unless they are associated w products! I know solutions are upcoming, but give us a better hint as to where we are and what to expect, even if they are just estimations! I know of a Co' that has nothing concrete, only ONE provisional patent, but they ALWAYS tell the Gullible Investor how great the product is, even if it is still in the Developmental stage! To me, it shows how important a hands-on product is, even if it is still a futuristic vision! I just imagine where Brainchip got a hold of an early stage product, then developed it to the fullest w the Akida chip, then maybe stay ahead of the competition by continually advancing the technology! Let's implement the Akida, and not just direct it to Co's who will utilize it in their products, where they will benefit the most? We probably utilize the AKIDA to develop the AKIDA itself, but why not expand its use to Commercial products of our own! What great potential Brainchip has in its hands!! But who am I to say? We are all impressed with the proven attributes of our Akida! But whoever watches Brainchip's podcasts are either Business people or interested Technologists! But the vast number of "Tubers" are only interested in what the AKIDA will do for them, if they are impressed at all, given the nature of YouTube? YouTube contains a vast collection of "Common Interest" events and stories, where highly technical material has just a minor audience? Most people want to know how and where to earn more money, how they will benefit by the usage of the AKIDA, or what advances are being made that can bring the AKIDA into their homes? People nowadays will not enter the P-Field unless a present advantage will be felt! With all the NDAs, & the FEW really meaningful messages, (to the public that is,) most people will feel that revenues are not good enough, but will enliven when they know how the AKIDA is being used! They want to see a definite FORD, GM, or DELL TECHNOLOGIES connection & how, etc. Then, there are other, more suitable media outlets that will draw the public in, but seem to be overlooked! Like the Einstein equations, who truly gives a d--- if there is nothing there that will advance their present condition! Mr. Viana, your words; "Stock price will go where the stock price will go," seems to pertain to all the partnerships that are being enlisted, but not to the Cash Register counter where sales are counted! So Mr. V., don't you feel your statement is preliminary at best, and that NAMES of Co's and sales of products would enliven the interest of a great many more people? You're making such a statement seems so definite & limiting, where other means of Sales and Marketing would make your statement look VERY SHORT SIGHTED! A lot more can be done for Investors, but who will never gain anything with such a limited approach IMO? I know the basics of an NDA, where the buying Co' will gain everything, but will not announce BRAINCHIP in their purely self-centered approach unless we add conditions that will serve BRCHF a lot more! Yes, those NDAs will only terminate when the products are on the MARKET, but that could be years away! That's why I'd like to see the AKIDA being used exclusively in a few choice BRAINCHIP INC., products through a buyout of small but promising Co's? Then the Marketing people can do what they were assigned to do in the first place? Sell their own AKIDA driven products along with selling the Business System AKIDA attributes!

You know, your podcasts on YouTube will be largely ignored, as they have other things on their minds when viewing YouTube for example! On YouTube, you are giving them a CHIOCE in the matter, & since they are seeking things of personal interest, Brainchip is just glossed over! Our AI chip, as advanced and capable it is, does not excite people!I still believe that they have to buyout a couple of small Co's and utilize the AKIDA into their products! With all the Partners we have, it still seems like we have none, and are lying out in an alley somewhere begging for food? Our PRs are directed to other Partner possibilities yes, but the Investors & AKIDA buyers are not emphasized at all, as far as I can see! I giuess we are not a complete Company yet! Another thing, we bought out SPIKENET in 2016, but why hasn't there been any progress there? I would think that with the products, the AKIDA could be included in one or more of their publicly Saleable products, which would give us Investors more of an "Edge?" Rather than watch other Co's sell products with our AKIDA in them, we would have the AKIDA in a couple of products that we own outright! To me, that would excite Investors to come knocking on our door! IMO..

In between quarters, Investors will be surveying 100s of other Co's, leaving BRAINCHIP back in the dust! Can't the guys say things like; "Revenues are about to begin", "We have quite a few Co's still in the formative stage about to get their products rolling out," &/or "Mercedes Benz has from 6-9 electric driven cars coming out soon, and the superlatives they say about Brainchip's AKIDA, maybe our system will be in one or more of them? etc., etc., etc>>>>>! Please make weekly statements showing Investors we are still alive & doing well!

brchf....Yes, Brainchip inc. has a load of Employee wages and IP expenses to deal with every month, BUT, our revenues from year 2021 where 2.1 mil' was tabulated, to 2022 where 5.++ Mil' was tabulated, (More than doubled from year to year,) and those revenues were from sales of the Akida system or IP revenues!

Yet NOT ONE DIME YET from ROYALTIES which are supposed to start flowing later in 2023? There are quite a few Co's under the royalty program, so we will eventually see compound upon compound upon compound Co's building upon one another! If the Royalties come in as expected, starting late 2023, it will be an achievement in itself as we only have been at it for about 1 & 1/2 years? one would think, I guess, that it would take 5 maybe 8 years before Royalties would start coming in, so it will be quite an achievement to see it happen so soon! With over 20 Mil' in the bank, we will be able to sustain the Business for at least another 1-2 years at the pace we are going right now? GLTA.. Next few years should be exciting times!

How fickle some of us are in the Penny field! Great products going nowhere, then stocks where Ceo's promise everything, have nothing, yet the stock has very good volume and plenty of spikes before they retreat! Just one thought, though it might be out of the question? For the highest precision & efficiency, I don't think any Chip manufacturer can achieve the highest in both those capabilities, than 3D Printing! I was in one of the 3D printing stocks who increased the efficiency of standard Chips with their special array of refining tools! Though the industry doesn't have the capability, as of a few years ago, to run Chips in high numbers! But for quality and overall efficiency, I don't believe that manufacturers can match that, unless they use 3D Printing themselves?

I know the high price one has to pay for such a machine, from $750.000 to 1,5 million $ per Machine! The Germans developed one that is truly outstanding, but may not produce Chip products in the numbers BRCHF requires! A lot of good stuff going on out there, I hope Brainchip Inc. takes advantage of products that can make the AKIDA even better than it is now?
