That process is one method of taking control. However, the process of taking control. even if successful, does not automatically "trash" current shareholders. One subsequent action, after attaining control, which is often done, but not always, is a significant reverse split. This does not change the percentage owned b any particular shareholder. The percent owned by the existing shareholders is sometimes later diluted by new shares be purchased by the new leaders pouring in cash or other assets, and by issuing shares issued for compensation.

There are other options to take, such as subsequent court actions to eliminate, or cancel preferred shares, or even some common shares which meet certain criteria.

Outsiders taking control through the courts are subject to substantial risk in the process from many directions. I will mention three of these; (1) known or unknown liabilities or obligations under contracts signed ;by the previous controllers, (2) unknown accumulated tax debt to Federal, State, or local governments, and (3) Pending or unknown litigation related losses. There are many other potential risks such those related to employees, customers, vendors, governments, landlords, copyrights, patents, etc.

Hopefully a corporate raider will make a second attempt to gain administrative control. Present to the court that the Board of Directors have abandoned this company and appoint the complainant as custodian over the corporation.

That question about one percent is the kind of question that person may ask as they contemplate a move to gain control over a corporation through the courts by asking the court to find the management to have abandoned the company, therefore hoping that the court will appoint the complainant as custodian over the corporation. This results in the transfer of administrative control. The process is more complex than that, but enough said. .

This is the type of action which was attempted last year by a corporate raider group, which action was thwarted by JB bringing the company current.in filings.

It is suspected that John Bourque continues in his efforts to succeed, but without any communication to the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders.

John Bourque was conditioned by the unrelenting bashing towards him by a few disgruntle investors on this board in the years following 2011 when Bourque Industries was not able to deliver on the hype. From that John Bourque decided not to communicate with the shareholders 100% until after Bourque Industries became successful. For example, at the present time there may be in progress a positive development towards sales, but until that becomes a real and solid deliverance of revenue to Bourque Industries, John Bourque will not make public these events until the success of Bourque Industries is set in stone.

It's understood, this board is not set up for one like you to explain and teach to those less able, so you are quite correct to only say "I know, you don't, and I'm not going to give any further information."

As for a method, there is only one active, and that is a continuation of John Bourque to take a failed Bourque Industries to his grave rather than obtain a successful company where he does not have complete control.

As posted many years ago, Bourque Industries should join with an alloy company that can make BORK products, and share revenues. This would work if the alloy company has enough cash to obtain the raw materials. This would be a no-go without sales pending.

I don't recall anyone saying there is only one alternative method to what GM has suggested. I say there is more than one alternative method. Furthermore, the inability for anyone to guess what the alternatives may be is not evidence that such alternatives do not exist. Additionally, the unwillingness for anyone to share possible alternatives is not evidence of alternatives not existing.

One question that is clear to me is -- why would JB and/or his Board set out to expend the money, effort, and time to buy all the shares if they can have an equal or better result for them by going another way. Furthermore, USC Tile 11 actions, as near as I can tell with the limited information available, will not provide benefits equal or greater than the costs of such actions. Besides, they take too long, and may be seen by the Board of Directors as unnecessarily too public. Another gentle way to say that, is that typical actions ;may draw flies and other unwanted visitors.

The BORK officers and Directors will do as they choose to do, even if their decision is to do nothing. Such nothingness does not stop JB from pursuing his research and goals. Our opinions, postulates, and analyses do not count in those "alternative" realms.

Yes, I agree that John Bourque will either have his Board of Director Puppets activate the paperwork to Buy all BORKs held by investors in this company such that all BORKs held will be replaced with a cash equivalent $0.0001 for each BORK and take Bourque Industries private,
or simply have a huge reverse split in the magnitude of say 10,000:1 with the Board of Director Puppets then awarding John Bourque and them puppets with hundreds of millions of new BORK shares keeping Bourque Industries public.

Either way the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders will be trounced and receive near zero returns from a successful Bourque Industries.

It's been very recently noted that Bourque Industries does not need to go through the expense and effort of the above methods to rid Bourque Industries of the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders, but that was stated without any details given, leading me to conclude that this so-called third method does not exist or has no validity to happen.

For myself I'm weary of John Bourque holding Bourque Industries hostage with his "I am Kryron. I am Bourque Industries." attitude that prevents Bourque Industries from accepting available opportunities towards success, but requires John Bourque to relinquish his total control.

Once again, the Board of Directors should answer for what I'm sure is a violation of their duties.

If not now, then for sure eventually.

The BORK glass is 99% empty, and maybe 1% full if unexpectedly Bourque Industries has already accomplished positive movement towards success but John Bourque has decided not to make that fact public.
