Both of those financial-reports state that Bourque Industries is doing nothing.
That is, unless putting out financial-reports that state Bourque Industries is doing nothing, is something.

Like I have repeatedly spoken many many times...
... BORK will rise when John Bourque has good news to be released as an official Bourque Industries update, but until then BORK will fall as each day no news is released.
One can wonder, if the latest attempt by John Bourque has once again like every past attempt failed, then we can expect a status of failure to extend into the future.
So, have we reached a point where BORK will cease to rise again ?

As it turns out, there is a negative zero supported in the world of mathematics.

I agree, it's been like this since 2011 (10+ years ago) that Bourque Industries will put out a news release when they have something valuable to say. So far no news release has been received by the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders in the last 10+ years to identify positive progress being made to obtain sales. In fact, of all the hype on the company website, the only area actually delivered for a Kryron product was a sale of a dozen body armors, and rumor was stated that the cost to manufacture far exceeded the cost of production. Add to this another rumor stated that the actual composition of materials to make the body armor did not contain any Bourque Industries proprietary material (aka Kryron) but were ballistic blanks purchase from established companies making body armor.
Bottom Line: There has been no production of the remaining areas hyped on the company website, as follows:
- Vehicle Armor
- Heat Sink/LED
- Aerospace
- Batteries
- Power Grid
- Military/Defense
But DOUBLE WOW, such nice images shown under these areas on the company website to induce a feeling on the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders that this is a Billion Dollar Company (potential).

Yes, I too "from fools like me" have been riding this since 2011. Even thought I never gave money directly into Bourque Industries, only buying BORKs on e-Trade, there was a time on the telephone speaking with Juan Mendoza that he criticized me for not buying BORKs from Bourque Industries so that cash can be used by John Bourque. I'm sure those that did, and received certificates, still have them "at home" unable to deposit them for trading because of the Chill. Why was a new website created, giving the impression that this company is active, when the financials state this company has been, and remains, as a failed inactive enterprise with no possibility of life.
I'm sure my "gibberish and other meaningless data" to query the ability of Bourque Industries to engage in activities costing large sums of money is of concern to the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders when Bourque Industries financials disclose that the company has had no revenue (cash) these past 10+ years.

Probably the same place to keep Bourque Industries alive for these 10+ years of zero revenue.
The last patent was a complex posed endeavor that signaled a high degree and long exercise to complete, so where did the money come from knowing Bourque Industries had no cash? Plus, to file a patent is expensive, so where did the money come from to pay for the filing knowing Bourque Industries had no cash?
Seems that John Bourque continues to do research and development on Kryron each year for the past 10+ years, so where does he obtain the means to work for Bourque Industries while receiving no paycheck?
Also, the recent financial filings of Bourque Industries having no cash cost money, so again where did the money come from?
It's only hear-say, the lawsuit against Bourque Industries for selling fake masks, but if true where does the money come from to hire lawyers to fight the claim?

Just for the record those Crooks attempted to rip our company off we cut them and turned around the products before they could steal anything else from us so believe what you read.
Will us on this board still be here two months from now if by June there is no announcement by Bourque Industries to signal that sales with manufacturing of Kryron produces has commenced to generate revenue and start this company to successfully deliver to those that accumulated millions of BORKs.
The trend of the past 10+ years is not our friend.
For such, John Bourque will have failed again, just as he has every time in the past 10+ years to deliver the promise of Kryron to the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders.
As such, Bourque Industries will have to declare bankruptcy and render all BORKs to become permanently worthless.
