I am providing an update on the first half of 2013 and a summary of progress on the previous calendar year.

During the last eighteen months we have indeed minimized the corporate actions of the Company to largely offset the general and administrative expenditures related to costs of managing a public company. Over the last two fiscal years we have reduced the long term liabilities by two million dollars to minimize costs and shore up the books.
