Now the company does not need to pay even a penny to the OTCmarkets.com until he is able to make an Huge Reverse-Merger deal or some CLEAN-Shell expert (such as David Lazar) to Buy Out ZCBD from him!

I guess he wants to save the Quarterly/Annual Financial Reporting money until he finds out a merger or acquisition target then he will Upgrade ZCBD back to the OTC Pink-Sheet market again! Does that make sense? I do think so!

Anyway I'm very happy to see it on the Expert-Market now because I can easily add large amount of Super Cheap shares to my existing 100 shares of the minimal position then hold all for $245.684 (to match its peer's MV) or higher to sell later...
Note, at the Low Target price $245.684 ZCBD only has $25,272,530 MV which is still very low comparing to its major peer's MV at Tops (such as SSHT's $299,710,419 MV)!
What happened here? $0.155 x $0.975 now!

Wrong, my friend! All the common shareholders like myself do care that! Because the MV of its peer (PBHG) at its Top ($0.0055) tells us how high ($245.684) ZCBD can go at least in the future?
Anyway the ask is dropped to the Lowest asking price $0.6 now since ZCBD hit its Top $5 recently!
Buying PBHG at its New Bottom $0.0002 = buying ZCBD at $8.934 which is 14.89 Times of its current ask $0.6!
Therefore ZCBD should be traded between $245.684 and $8.934 at least to be fair v.s. it was trading at ridiculous low price range $5 ~ $0.51 recently!
So, ZCBD is Super Undervalued now! Easy to go over 100-Bagger from here...
It is very ridiculous to see such Super Low MV (mere $57,142) now for a Debt-FREE CLEAN-Shell with the-best-forever FIXED Super Tiny SS!
So, with mere $57,142 cash any Single investor can buy out the Entire OS at current ridiculous low price $0.5555!
