George Will: Obama 'About to Become the Lamest' of Lame Ducks

FOX News political analysts George Will, Charles Krauthammer, Brit Hume and Juan Williams discussed the prospect that the intensity of early Republican Senatorial victories were a referendum on the policies of President Barack Obama.

Williams credited the wins to an 'anti-incumbency' wave in races across the country, including the close margin in the Virginia Senate race, where Sen. Mark Warner (D) was originally projected by many to win easily.

"When the dust settles, and we get back to the new session of Congress in January, he's going to be the lamest of presidents," Will said, adding that Obama as thus far been "universally repudiated."
