I’m confident company will have some assets IMO. They filed numerous attorney letters, pink current, name and ticker change and R/S. This costs money so more than an empty shell IMO. GLTA

$.60 isn't going to do it. Besides, the sp isn't the only qualification for a Nasdaq listing. It's just the simplest to accomodate by doing a R/S.

They want to make pps high enough to qualify for it. Thats the reason for reverse split.. if the new company has meaningful revenues than the pps will easily be in the $3-$8 range. Imo

a. the attorney letter now has been amended twice to this one. The first one hast through 3.31.. but the year 2018.. now shows 2019.

b. The quarterly report , when you read it , shows that there was a typo in Item 10 that they fixed for the 6.30 report is all

I don't see any report posted on the 15th for the Q1 that they say they're amending.

The Attorney Letter is for the last 10-K filed which is for the year ending 3/19. They're getting whatever reports that are required posted at OTC Markets to get their tier level to Current Info.
