Tmcfo the form D filed in November intrigues me that something is cooking IMO. The offering in form was for $2 million! Not peanuts. This share structure allows PPS to move quickly as well. A slap of 100 shares last week moved PPS up and down at ease. I have provided form D below:

It is very possible based on form D submitted in November. I’ll continue to add with this share structure. Koh seems to have his hands in a number of business platforms. GLTA

Yes, that was the only thing mentioned that recognized the change that took place. But their library of information defaults to the last valid entry. Only people who followed this ticker would recognize the business description was from long ago.

That company description was from 2011 and described Avenue South Ltd, the company prior to TBSS.
