NEWS! Bluejay Mining gets LOI to fund Dundas project

Bluejay Mining plc, the AIM and FSE listed, and OCTQB traded, exploration and development company with projects in Greenland and Finland, is pleased to announce that it's 100% owned subsidiary Dundas Titanium A/S has received a Letter of Interest ("LOI") from the Export-Import Bank of the United States ("EXIM") for the provisional sum of approximately US$208 million in debt funding for the capital requirements of the Dundas Ilmenite Project. Any potential debt financing would be eligible for a maximum repayment term of 8 years 6 months.

Shareholders should note that whilst there is no guarantee that binding terms will be reached with EXIM to provide project financing for Dundas, the Company and EXIM will continue to progress the necessary eligibility requirements in order to secure the financing.

Bluejay is also advancing discussions with European Export Credit Agencies as well as other traditional commercial lenders to ensure the highest quality and most favourable commercial terms available for the development of Dundas.

With projects in Greenland and Finland, its most advanced project is the Dundas Ilmenite Project in Greenland, which is being developed towards production in the near term. The Dundas Ilmenite Project has been proven to be the highest-grade mineral sand ilmenite project globally, with a Mineral Resource reported in accordance with the JORC Code of 117 million tonnes at 6.1% ilmenite and a maiden offshore Exploration Target of between 300Mt and 530Mt of ilmenite at an average expected grade range of 0.4 - 4.8% ilmenite in-situ.

Bluejay holds three additional projects in Greenland - the 2,897sq km Disko-Nuussuaq ('Disko') Magmatic Massive Sulphide nickel-copper-cobalt-platinum group element-gold project ('Ni-Cu-Co-PGE-Au'), which has shown its potential to host mineralisation similar to the world's largest nickel-copper mining district at Noril'sk-Talnakh, northern Russia; the 692sq km Kangerluarsuk zinc-lead- silver project ('Kangerluarsuk'), where historical work has recovered grades of 41% zinc, 9.3% lead and 596 g/t silver and identified four large-scale drill ready targets; and the 2,025 sq km Thunderstone project which has the potential to host large-scale base metal and gold deposits. Bluejay also has a prospective joint-venture agreement with a mining major at Enonkoski in Finland.

I have read through your recent posts on Bluejay Mining.
Your posts are entirely worthless.

I am a UK investor and I currently have just over 10% of my portfolio invested in Bluejay Mining.

You clearly haven't concentrated your mind on Bluejay's prospects relating to Dundas in Greenland yet and simply prefer to spout irrelevant nonsense instead.

Ignoring all other licences that Bluejay holds in Greenland, Dundas when producing at 440,000 tonnes of ilmenite per annum is expected to make approximately $44,000,000 per annum (before admin type costs). It is expected that Bluejay will make over $100 profit per tonne after accounting for all shipping costs. That is approximately £32 million profit per annum at the current USD / GBP exchange rate.

So, £32 million expected profit per annum.
However, Bluejay Mining is currently valued at £93.9 million (with the share on a bid price of 9.28 pence and an offer price of 9.48 pence).
Bluejay owns a full Mining (exploitation) licence for Dunds and has already signed an offtake agreement for the majority of its expected annual output. Output could easily be ramped up to 600,000 tonnes per annum once production is in full flow.
The company has no debt.

One of Bluejay's other Greenland licences is referred to as Disko. It is considered to be the equivalent, in size and type, of Norilsk in Russia. Look it up - if you can be bothered.

I've seen this all before, at all sorts of other mining OTC operations. You have nothing here on any of these links proving there's real ore at any of these locations. Bare speculation at best. No leases like this are granted to guys who can't mine it in two years. They've been putzing around for 5 and have nothing but losses to show for it.

With all due respect, if that were even close to reality this stock's pps would be quite a bit higher.

Instead, its spun round and round on its head, in the cellar, for over 5+ years now.

Mining operations on the PINK sheets are 99.5% SCAMS, I see, after doing REAL DD, that this one is no different.

Most mining operations that do hit, take about 2-3 years tops. This one has had clear sailing to do whatever for 5 years, with barely any ground moved except for hilly topsoil.

Why dont you do DD on BLLYF before posting some nonsense advice on mining companies that is not the least bit relevant to this company.

BLLYF is QB, not PINK.

This is an ilmenite play in Greenland at a location that will not require chemicals and has 117 million tonnes of easily accessible high quality product. They already have buyers lined up in Asia and just received the license from Greenland on the Dundas project.

Not to mention Greenland and Denmark are invested in common shares here.

5 years and the stock has done nothing but dive into the cellar? If you're going to buy here, a smart OTC investor needs to wait until this dips below .05c per share. This is a completely unproven company. Nice website window dressing, but a lot of junk mining companies have such an online presence. Their stock has dumped from .39c to .13c over that five year span with NO upside.

Mining and Oil drilling operations in the PINK:OTC range require much more due-diligence, and one lame video does not cover their sad-sack record. I'll take a full look at this one before investing first. Then I'll make up my mind. But so far, major indicators say, Buyer Beware.
