BLUU was a co in cheaper 11. Do you not read 8k? Full of toxic notes that toxic financiers did not want to settle. Co is for sale by new owners if you want it. Nit sure how or what that has anything 2 do with spqs?

Agree. Better to get rid of discounted shares.

I actually saw an email one time of a young guy who worked for a Market Maker who noteholders of discounted shares dumped through.... they literally get a thrill out of destroying shareholder value.... because they know they are still profiting.

SEC needs to restrict toxic discounted shares. There should be a limit on how many a company can hand out, as well as some kind of limitation on how many the toxic financers can dump on the market and what their profit margin percentage can be.

Toxic diluted discounted shares destroy OTC companies and retail investors.
